Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif d'urgence déclenchable (7) permettant à une barrière de passage à niveau (3) de céder en cas de contrainte ou d'impact horizontal, et applications équivalentes, avec un élément terminal (22) de la barrière (3) fixé sur un corps de support (9) par un élément de guidage angulaire forcé comprenant deux moyens de coercition angulaire coaxiaux séparés (26; 30, 32) et son déplacement axial par rapport à l'élément de guidage forcé et son déclenchement étant empêché jusqu'au moment où la barrière (3) commence à céder angulairement sur l'axe (A-A) de l'élément de guidage angulaire forcé, la barrière étant déclenchée ou libérée axialement à partir des deux moyens de coercition angulaire et par conséquent à partir du corps de support (9), caractérisé en ce que le corps de support (9) et l'élément terminal (22) sont raccordés angulairement ensemble par une goupille (26) pouvant coulisser dans un manchon (28) et par un palier de roulement (30) interagissant avec une voie courbe (32) dont le centre est dans l'axe (A-A) de l'élément de guidage angulaire forcé ; et en ce qu'un boulon (10) est guidé de façon coulissante dans le corps (9) et est normalement positionné pour empêcher les déplacements de l'élément terminal (22) de la barrière (3) par rapport au corps de support (9) le long de l'axe (A-A) de l'élément de guidage angulaire forcé.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, sur l'élément terminal (22) de la barrière (3), qui est déplaçable angulairement autour de l'axe de l'élément de guidage angulaire forcé, un premier profilé (24) et en combinaison avec le boulon (10), un second profilé (20) correspondant à et interagissant avec le premier profilé ; les premier et second profilés (24, 20) pouvant faire coulisser - lors du déplacement angulaire initial de la barrière (3) - le boulon (10) et par conséquent libérer ou déclencher la barrière (3) à partir du corps de support (9).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le second profilé (20) est constitué par une glissière (16) pouvant coulisser dans le corps de support (9) et est raccordée au boulon (10) par une goupille (14).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'un des profilés (24, 20) est monté sur ressorts pour définir la position normale de la barrière et pour donner une charge prédéterminée en opposition au déplacement angulaire initial de la barrière (3).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les profilés (24, 20) sont symétriques de façon à agir après des poussées ou des impacts dans les directions opposées sur la barrière.
  6. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la goupille (26) est solidaire d'un bras (9A) du corps de support (9) et elle est dirigée vers le bas et l'autre moyen de coercition angulaire est un palier de roulement (30) faisant saillie vers le bas à partir du corps de support (9) et logé dans une voie courbe (32) dont le centre se situe dans l'axe de la goupille (26), formée dans l'élément terminal (22) de la barrière (3).
  7. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une cheville de retenue élastique (46) qui peut être rendue inopérante de l'extérieur, interagit avec la glissière (16) qui déplace le boulon (10) ou avec le boulon (10) lui-même.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens élastiques (40) pouvant agir dans l'axe (A-A) de l'élément de guidage angulaire forcé pour faciliter le déclenchement ou la libération.
