Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Steckdose, insbesondere für Kraftfahzeuge, mit einem Klappdeckel (3) einer Druckfeder (10) für den Klappdeckel, einer am Steckdosengehäuse (2) angeformten Kammer (9) für die Druckfeder und einem am Klappdeckel (3) angeformten und mit einer Steuerkurve versehenen Nocken (15), der mit der Druckfeder (10) derart zusammenwirkt, daß der Klappdeckel (3) einmal in der Schließstellung und einmal in der Offenstellung selbsttätig gehalten wird. Um die Montage des Klappdeckels (3) zu vereinfachen und um die Material-Herstellungs- und Montagekosten zu senken, wird die Druckfeder als Blattfeder (10) ausgebildet und in die Kammer (9) des Steckdosengehäuses (2) eingeformt. Eine derartige Steckdose ist nach dem DE-GM 75 12 017 bekannt. Bei der bekannten Steckdose ist eine als Druckfeder ausgebildete Schraubenwindungsfeder zusammen mit einem einen kalottenförmigen Kopf aufweisenden Sperrglied in einer der Steckdosenabdeckung angeformten mit einem Boden versehenen Hülse angeordnet, wobei das Sperrglied mit einem eine Steuerkurve bildenden Nocken zusammenwirkt, der dem Klappdeckel angeformt ist. Schraubenwindungsfeder und Sperrglied sind hierbei getrennte Bauelemente, die in die Hülse der Steckdosenabdeckung eingesetzt werden müssen, bevor der Klappdeckel auf die Steckdosenabdeckung aufgesetzt wird. Die Steckdose 1 besteht aus dem Gehäuse 2 mit dem Klappdeckel 3 und den beiden Flachkontakten 4 und 5 für den Anschluß der elektrischen Zuleitung. Zum Festklammern der Steckdose im Armaturenbrett eines Kraftfahrzeuges sind auf der Vorder- und Rückseite des Gehäuses 2 Klemmfedern 6 und 7 vorgesehen. Im Innern des Gehäuses 2 befindet sich eine zylindrische Kammer 8 zur Aufnahme des Gerätesteckers und eine Kammer 9 für die Blattfeder 10, die mit einer kalotten- oder warzenförmigen Erhöhung 11 versehen ist. Die Blattfeder 10 verläuft in Figur 3 senkrecht zur Zeichnungsebene und bildet mit dem Kunststoffgehäuse ein Bauteil und wird beim Spritzguß in das Gehäuse mit eingespritzt. An der Rückseite des Klappdekkels 3 befindet sich ein an den Deckel 3 angeformter Nocken 15, der eine Steuerkurve aufweist, die mit der Erhöhung 11 der Blattfeder 10 zusammenwirkt. In dem Nocken 15 befinden sich zwei runde Vertiefungen 16 und 17, in die die Erhöhung 11 in der Schließstellung oder in der Offenstellung des Klappdeckels 3 einrastet. Eine Kante 18 auf der Steuerkurve unterteilt diese in zwei Kurvenstücke, eins für die selbsttätige Schließbewegung des Klappdeckels und das andere für die selbsttätige Öffnungsbewegung, wenn der Klappdeckel von Hand aus der jeweiligen Raststellung gedrückt wird, bis die Erhöhung 11 die Kante 18 erreicht hat.The
