Description

The invention relates to a packaging for receiving air-sensitive substances with an erectable, tubular and in its interior a tubular film receiving outer carton, which is formed by a cardboard lower wall, a cardboard upper wall and two approximately parallel cardboard side walls, with foldable side flaps provided on the two ends of the cardboard side walls are composed of a triangle connected with its base via a first fold line to the side wall of the outer carton, a trapezoid connected to one side of the triangle via a second fold line and a rectangle connected to the top of the trapezoid via a third fold line, the base side of the trapezoid being the Side flap over a fourth fold line with one side of a bottom flap and this over a fifth fold line with the end area of the bottom wall of the outer carton and a top flap over a sixth fold line with the end area of the carton are connected to the top wall of the outer carton.

A known packaging of this type according to DE-AS 11 48 936 has the disadvantage that the tubular film arranged in the interior can no longer be closed airtight after opening, because on the one hand the tubular film is very closely connected to the end region of the outer carton and its rigidity counteracts a reclosure.

Starting from this prior art, the invention has for its object to provide a packaging of the type mentioned, which can be designed on the one hand as a dispenser pack and on the other hand ensures an airtight closure of the tubular film.

This object is achieved in connection with the generic term mentioned at the outset by the following features:
  • a) the top flap is connected to the rectangles of the two side flaps on at least one end of the outer carton,
  • b) the top flap has a seventh fold line running parallel to the sixth fold line, which runs between the side edges of the rectangles of the side flaps facing the cardboard top wall and
  • c) the closed end of the tubular film protrudes from the closed end. This design of the outer carton in conjunction with the tubular film means that the latter can be closed again airtight after it has been opened, be it with a terminal strip to be described, be it by hand-releasable adhesive or folding over in conjunction with a hand-releasable adhesive, without that these closings are hindered by the configuration of the outer carton. As a result, air-sensitive, liquid, powdery or web-like substances, such as longettes that are several meters long, can be meandering folded-up layer are taken up by the tubular film and removed therefrom in the manner of a dispenser pack without the quality of the non-removed material being impaired in terms of its quality due to the resealability of the packaging.

According to a first embodiment of the packaging, both ends of the outer carton can be provided with the above-described features a), b) and c) or, according to a second embodiment, have only these features at one end, whereas on the other end of the outer carton those facing the upper flap Sides of the rectangles of the two side flaps are separated from the upper flap in a manner known per se according to the subject of DE-AS 11 48 936.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, an inner box is arranged in the outer box, which has a geometrically similar cross-sectional shape in the upright position relative to the outer box. The inner carton has a guide slot on at least one front end near its lower wall, the lower wall of the inner carton being arranged on the lower wall of the outer carton. As a result, in addition to its guiding function, which holds a longette, for example, the slot also forms a restraining or inhibiting function in relation to the material to be removed in the manner of a holding device. If, for example, a sheet-like material, for example a longette, is arranged in the tubular film, this is removed against a frictional force occurring at the guide slot, which is dimensioned such that on the one hand an easy removal is ensured, but on the other hand an undesired falling back of the substance into the interior is prevented. Because in the latter case, the operator would have to reach deep into the tubular film when the inner carton was not present, which would not only be inconvenient and time-consuming, but would also endanger the sterility of sanitary products. In this sense, it makes sense to insert the inner cardboard inside a tubular film, as a result of which the hygroscopic or moisture-releasing substances and their sterility are even better protected from the outside atmosphere.

The inner carton is advantageously provided at its front ends with a snap-in main flap and two side flaps that can be snapped off, the main flap of which forms the guide slot in the folded position with the adjacent edge of the lower wall of the inner carton. The edge of the main flap of the inner carton facing the guide slot is either provided with a wavy, sinusoidal, meandering or a serrated configuration which is adapted to the particular material to be removed. In order to prevent damage to the closed end of the tubular film protruding from the closed front end of the outer carton and thus to ensure greater protection of the removal goods contained therein for the purpose of the task, this front end of the outer carton is covered by a slip lid, with between the slip lid and the front end of the Outer cartons a terminal block for closing the open tubular film is arranged.

The protruding end of the tubular film is advantageously sealed airtight and / or liquid-tight by welding, embossing or gluing and, depending on the material to be removed. The outer carton and the inner carton are made of cardboard and the tubular film is made of a water and / or air impermeable plastic.

The base sides of the trapezoid 24 of the side flaps 19 are connected via a fourth folding line 27 to one side of a lower flap 28 and this is connected via a fifth folding line 29 to the end region 30 of the bottom wall 13 of the outer box 12. An upper flap 31 is connected via a sixth fold line 32 to the end region 33 of the upper carton wall 14 of the outer carton 12. This type of design of an end face of a package is known from DE-AS 11 48 936.

The features according to the invention can be seen in the lower half of FIG. 1. Thereafter, the upper flap 31 is connected to the rectangles 26 of the two side flaps 19, 20 at the front end 17 of the outer carton 12. In addition, the top flap 31 has a seventh fold line 34 which runs parallel to the sixth fold line 32 and runs between the side edges 35 of the rectangles 26 of the side flaps 19, 20 facing the cardboard top wall 14. Finally, the end 36 of the tubular film 11 protrudes from the end 17 when it is closed.

The configuration of the rectangles 26, the trapezoids 24 and the triangles 22 with the fold lines 21, 23, 25 described above results in triangular cutouts or cutouts 37 at the front end 18 of FIG. 1, which are open at point 38. In contrast, there are triangular cutouts or cutouts 39 at the front end 17 which are completely closed in themselves.

In addition, square cutouts 41 are provided to facilitate the foldability of the side flaps 19, 20, including the tubular film 11, both at the front end 18 and at the front end 17 in the corner regions between the fold lines 27 and 21 on the one hand and the fold lines 21 and 40 on the other hand.

In the perspective view of FIG. 2, parts that correspond to FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals. Hence the im upper part of this figure shown folding at the front end 18, which forms the bottom of the package 10. First, the lower flap 28 is folded in the direction of arrow 42 around the fold line 29 (not visible in this figure) against the front end of the rectangle formed by the end edges of the carton side walls 15, 16 and carton top wall 14 and by the fold line 29. Only then is the upper flap 31 folded around the fold line 32 in the direction of the arrow 43, which in turn covers the lower flap 28 either completely or almost completely. After this folding, the tubular film 11 is no longer visible.

A corresponding folding is carried out at the front end 17 in the lower part of FIG. 2. The upper flap 31 according to FIG. 1 is folded around the fold line 34, so that two partial flaps 31A are formed. Here, the end edge 44 of the upper flap 31 comes into approximately parallel contact with the folding line 32, whereas the folding line 34 moves inwards towards the lower flap 28. Then the lower flap 28 is turned over in the direction of arrow 45 of FIG. 2 in such a way that its end edge 46 of FIG. 1 also reaches an approximately parallel position to the folded edge 32 of the upper flap 31. In this folding position, the closed end 36 of the tubular film 11, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, protrudes from the front end 17 of the packaging 10. The fold line 34 can also be designed as a perforation line in order to facilitate a full-surface unfolding of the two partial flaps 31A.

A sectional view along the line III-III of FIG. 6 on this closed end 36 of the tubular film 11 can be seen in FIG. 3. Parts corresponding to FIGS. 1 and 2 are again provided with the same reference numbers. Due to the folding in of the side flaps 19, 20 with the fold lines 23 and 25 of FIG. 1 turned inwards, which are not visible in FIG. 2, the closed end 36 of the tubular film 11 is also close to these side flaps 19 on both sides, 20 provided with folded folds 47, 47a.

From Fig. 3 it can be seen particularly clearly that in order to form a removal beak S, both partial flaps 31A are folded flat against one another and are connected to one another at their contact surfaces by adhesive K.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, an inner box 48 is arranged in the outer box 10, which has a geometrically similar cross-sectional shape in the upright position relative to the outer box. The top view of the outside of its blank is shown in FIG. 4 and a perspective view of the erected inner box 48 in FIG. 5.

This inner cardboard 48 consists of an erectable, tubular cardboard which can be inserted into the interior of the tubular film 11 and which is formed by a cardboard lower wall 49 two approximately parallel inner cardboard side walls 50, 51 and a cardboard upper wall 52. The inner carton side walls 50, 51 are with the carton top wall 52 and the carton bottom wall 49 connected by fold lines 53 to 55. One end 18 of the inner carton 48 is formed by an upper flap 56, a lower flap 57 and two side flaps 58, 59, which can be folded over at approximately a right angle to the fold lines 60 to 63. A longitudinal side flap 64 serves to connect to the corresponding side edge of the lower flap 49 in order to form an erectable, tubular, in the present case rectangular inner box 48. The further front end 17 is closed or narrowed by an upper flap 66 which can be folded around the folding line 65 in conjunction with two narrow side flaps 67 and 68, leaving a guide slot 69 (see FIGS. 3 and 5). This guide slot 69 is arranged in the vicinity of the inner cardboard lower wall 49, the lower wall 49 of the inner cardboard 48 being arranged on the cardboard lower wall 13 of the outer cardboard 12 when the inner cardboard 48 is inserted into the tubular film 11 of the outer cardboard 12, as is best illustrated in FIG. 3 can be removed. The front end 17 of the inner carton 48 is assigned to the front end 17 of the outer carton 12 and the front end 18 of the inner carton 48 is assigned to the front end 18 of the outer carton 12.

It can be seen from FIGS. 4 and 5 that the inner carton 48 is provided at its front end 17 with a foldable main flap 66 and two side flaps 67, 68 which can be folded over, of which the main flap 66 is in the folded position (see FIG. 5) the adjacent edge 70 of the inner cardboard lower wall 49 forms the guide slot 69.

The edge 71 of the main flap 66 of the inner carton 48 facing the guide slot 69 is provided with a wavy configuration in the present case. However, a sinusoidal, meandering or serrated design is also possible, the specific design of which essentially depends on the material located in the inner box 48, which according to FIGS. 3 and 5 consists of a longette 77 which is meandered in the inner box 48 and thus can be removed from the inner carton 48 used in the tubular film 11 in the manner of a dispenser pack.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the front end 17 of the outer carton 12 provided with the protruding end 36 of the tubular film 11 is covered by a slip lid 72, whereas the protruding end 36 of the tubular film 11 is closed by welding, embossing or gluing.

Between the slip lid 72 and the front end 17 of the outer carton 12, a clamping strip 73 is arranged for closing the end 36 of the tubular film 11 after it has been opened.

The clamping bar 73 shown in perspective in FIG. 3 essentially consists of a lower bar 74 with a U-shaped cross section and a upper bar 75 with a T-shaped cross section which engages in a form-fitting manner and with the interposition of the open end 36 of the tubular film 11, the lower bar 74 is connected to the upper bar 75 via a swivel joint 76. The terminal block 73 can the open Seal end 36 of tubular film 11 not only airtight, but also liquid-tight, which is of great importance for different substances in different shapes and consistencies.

The outer carton 12 and the inner carton 48 are advantageously made of cardboard, whereas the tubular film 11 and the terminal strip 43 consist of an alkali and / or acid-resistant, the tubular film 11 in any case consist of a water and / or air impermeable plastic.
