Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Schaumgerät zur Herstellung von Bauschaum, insb. vorgefertigtem Schaum für die Herstellung von Porenbeton (Schaumbeton) und Werk-Frischmörtel, mit einer Mischeinrichtung für ein Wasser-Schaummittelgemisch, einer Pumpe, einer Druckluftquelle und einem an die Aufschäumkammer anschließbaren Schaumschlauch mit einem Verschlußglied.The invention relates to a foam device for the production of construction foam, in particular prefabricated foam for the production of aerated concrete (foam concrete) and fresh factory mortar, with a mixing device for a water / foam mixture, a pump, a compressed air source and a foam hose that can be connected to the foam chamber with a closure member.

Durch die Einstellung des Drucks der Pumpe einerseits sowie des Luftdrucks andererseits läßt sich das Schaumgewicht in weitem Umfang regeln, ohne daß dadurch die kontinuierliche Schaumproduktion beeinträchtigt ist, wie dies bei Verwendung der bisherigen Schaumrohre sehr häufig der Fall ist.The construction according to the invention results in a foam device which permits problem-free continuous production of foam without the need for a voluminous foam pipe which is also to be specially aligned. Über eine Pumpe 1 mit angebautem regelbarem oder fest eingestelltem Injektor 2, der ggf. auch durch eine Dosierpumpe 3 ersetzt werden könnte, wird die benötigte Schaummittelmenge exakt dem Pumpenwasser zudosiert. Das Wasser-Schaummittelgemisch wird unter Druck in den Ventilblock 4 eingespritzt. Bei 5 ist ein Ansaugfilter dargestellt, um das Schaummittel möglicherweise auch anzusaugen, wie notfalls auch das Wasser angesaugt werden könnte. Bevorzugt erfolgt allerdings die Wasserzufuhr über den Anschluß 6 direkt an einer Wasserleitung, wobei bei 7 ein Druckbegrenzer angedeutet ist. Dadurch ergibt sich eine einfache und zuverlässige Fernbedienung und gleichzeitig werden stets die Bedingungen aufrechterhalten, daß beim Wiederöffnen auch ausreichender Druck zur Produktion eines Schaums mit vorgegebenen Eigenschaften möglich ist.
