Claims (12)

  1. Lösbare Halteeinrichtung (1) für einen Öffnungsflügel (2) eines Fensters, Tür oder dergleichen, mit einer ersten Kupplungseinrichtung (9) zur Montage für eine schwenkende und gleitende Relativbewegung an einem der aus dem Flügel (2) und einem umgebenden Rahmen (3) bestehenden Teile, mit zweiten Kupplungseinrichtungen (20) zur Montage an dem anderen der beiden, aus dem Flügel (2) und dem Rahmen (3) bestehenden Teile, wobei die erste Kupplungseinrichtung (9) mit der zweiten Kupplungseinrichtung (20) derart in Eingriff bringbar ist, daß der Flügel (2) in eine Grenzstellung geöffnet werden kann, und derart verschiebbar ist, daß die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) gelöst werden kann, wenn der Flügel (2) geschlossen wird, so daß der Flügel (2) über die Grenzstellung hinaus geöffnet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erste und zweite Montageeinrichtungen (6; 17) für die erste bzw. zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (9; 20) mit Einrichtungen (22, 23; 24, 25) versehen sind, um die Montageeinrichtungen (6; 17) relativ zueinander in Richtung der Gleitbewegung der ersten Kupplungseinrichtung (9) örtlich festzulegen, wenn der Flügel (2) geschlossen ist.
  2. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Kupplungseinrichtung (9) beispielsweise durch handbetätigbare Löseeinrichtungen (16) gegen die Wirkung von Federmitteln (15), wie beispielsweise eine Feder (15), gleitbar ist, um die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) zu lösen, wenn der Flügel (2) geschlossen ist.
  3. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Kupplungseinrichtungen (9; 20) im gelösten Zustand gemeinsam betätigbar sind, um die erste Kupplungseinrichtung (9) gegen die Wirkung der Federmittel (15) zu bewegen, um die Kupplungseinrichtungen (20) automatisch wieder einzurücken, um die Vorrichtung (1) beim Schließen des Flügels (2) rückzustellen.
  4. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Kupplungseinrichtung (9) einen Arm (9) aufweist, der verschwenkbar und gleitbar an einem Ende mit der ersten Montageeinrichtung (6) verbunden ist, und daß die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) mit dem anderen Ende des Arms (9) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, um die Kupplungseinrichtungen (9; 20) miteinander zu verbinden.
  5. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) einen Kupplungspin (21) aufweist, der mit einem Haken (11) am anderen Ende des Arms (9) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann.
  6. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (11) eine Führungsfläche (12) aufweist, die mit dem Kupplungspin (21) zusammenarbeitet, um den Arm (9) gegen die Wirkung der Federeinrichtung (15) für den automatischen Wiedereingriff der Kupplungseinrichtungen (9; 20) zu bewegen.
  7. Halteeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) mit der zweiten Montageeinrichtung (17) verschwenkbar verbunden ist, und daß die zweite Montageeinrichtung (17) vorzugsweise eine erste Anschlagseinrichtung (28) zur örtlichen Festlegung der zweiten Kupplungseinrichtung (20) in der Grenzstellung des Flügels (2) aufweist, sowie ferner eine zweite Anschlagseinrichtung (29), um die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (20) für den automatischen Wiedereingriff der Kupplungseinrichtung (9; 20) örtlich festzulegen.
  8. Halteeinrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen (22, 23; 24, 25) zur örtlichen Festlegung durch entsprechende zusammenarbeitende Formationen (22, 23; 24, 25) der Montageeinrichtungen (6; 17) gebildet sind.
  9. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusammenarbeitenden Formationen (22, 23; 24, 25) zumindest einen Vorsprung (24, 25) an einer der Montageeinrichtungen (6; 17) aufweisen, welcher in einer Ausnehmung (22, 23) in der anderen Montageeinrichtung (6; 17) beim Schließen des Flügels (2) aufgenommen wird.
  10. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und die zweite Kupplungseinrichtung (9; 20) zwischen einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandungen der ersten Montageeinrichtung (6) aufgenommen sind, wenn der Flügel (2) geschlossen ist, und daß die zweite Montageeinrichtung (17) mindestens ein Paar von Vorsprüngen (24, 25) aufweist, die in dazu ausgerichteten Ausnehmungen (22, 23) in den einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenwandungen der ersten Montageeinrichtung (6) aufgenommen werden.
  11. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Montageeinrichtung (6) zwei Paare von Ausnehmungen (22, 23) und die zweite Montageeinrichtung (17) zwei Paare von dazu ausgerichteten Vorsprüngen (24, 25) aufweist, welche in Richtung der Gleitbewegung der ersten Kupplungseinrichtung (9) im Abstand zueinander liegen.
  12. Halteeinrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (22, 23) Schrägflächen (26, 27) aufweisen, die mit den dazu ausgerichteten Vorsprüngen (24, 25) zusammenarbeiten.
