Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cross-country ski binding, consisting of an axis and a carrier element on the front, lower shoe sole region, the axis of rotation via which the shoe is pivoted being attached to this carrier element (1) in a fixed or rotatable manner and in its position relative to the longitudinal direction of the shoe and, or or transversely to the longitudinal axis of the shoe and, or or transversely to the surface of the ski and is or is interchangeable and can be detachably connected to the ski by this axis of rotation on the support element. The associated binding element (16) can form a unit via a base plate (20) which is adapted and manufactured with the locking bolts (22) and with the guide web (32) for shoes according to a changed position of the axis of rotation (2), so that the binding element (16) in turn takes account of the changed position of the axis of rotation through interchangeability and / or interchangeability.
So beschreibt z.
Figur 15,16The currently known cross-country bindings and cross-country shoes offer various options for reducing the types of stress on cross-country skiers. For example, B. the published patent application DE 3540 428 A 1 and the French. Patent specification No. 307 982 that an improvement for cross-country skiers is possible due to a lateral adjustability to the longitudinal axis of the shoe. To achieve improvements in assembly and adjustability, patents 567 593 (Zwalen), 144 068 (Carol) and 288 929 (SUW) are cited.
Finally, be on the int. Publication No. WO 84/03225 (Klagmann) as well as EP-A2 243847 and US Pat. 4,787,155 Callegari pointed out, which have the object of a connection to the ski by means of a coupling element.
Likewise, the Austrian patent specification 392 418 (Dachstein) on
The object of the invention has now set itself the task of not only improving the reduction in the forms of stress on cross-country skiers, but also enabling cost-effective production by means of a comprehensive technical solution.
The different requirements of the shoe and binding system are also taken into account by the different cross-country skiing techniques (skating - classic) with this invention.
This is achieved according to the invention in that a support element (1) which can be fastened to the shoe with its attached axis of rotation (2) over which the shoe is pivoted in its position relative to the longitudinal direction of the shoe and, or or transversely to the longitudinal axis of the shoe and, or transversely to the ski surface adjustable and, or or interchangeable and releasably connected to the ski (30) by this axis of rotation (2) on the carrier element (1). Figure 1-8
The associated ski binding part (16) can be designed to be removable and / or replaceable from the ski via a base plate (20). Figure 9 - 13 In a further possible embodiment, this base plate (20) with the locking bolts (22) which hold the axis of rotation (2) and form a unit with the guide web (32) for the shoe. Figure 15, 16
By using locking bolts which can be integrated either in the binding part (15), Figure 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 or in the base plate part (20) Figure 16 and which in their locking direction either to the binding part, Figure 12, 13 or from 9, 11, the more advantageous, space-saving two-part embodiment of the guide web (31), FIGS. 14, 15, 16, 18, 19 is possible in the region of the axis of rotation.
The lateral pressing away of ice or snow residues when getting into the binding is better possible in the region of the axis of rotation due to the two-part embodiment of the guide web (32).
When using wide bars in the area of the axis of rotation (Salomon profile, NNN - Rottefella) as a guide bar for the shoes, this leads to difficult binding entry.
The lateral pressing away of ice or snow residues on the shoe soles is not so easy due to the lack of free space in the area of the axis of rotation (it is required for the wide web of the profile, which includes the retaining device for the axis of rotation).
The guide bar for the shoe, which can form a unit with the base plate (20), FIGS. 15-20, is initially produced in a profile (31) that is structurally the most suitable for this purpose, not the width of the ski.
A guide web (32) is then pushed onto this profile (31) from behind, which corresponds to the respective shoe sole profile (divided into two, trapezoidal, etc.). This has the advantage that the guide web (32) is at the same height (profile depth for the ball of the foot and for the heel on the shoe)
and to a changed position of the axis of rotation, length of the shoe sole profile changes, (toe - ball)
can be adjusted by lengthening or shortening,
and there by means of bolts, pins and. Like. (33) is fixed so
that it does not hinder the freedom of movement of the ski in the deflection zone. The profile (31) can move accordingly within the casing through the guide web (32) when the ski is loaded and bent.
Through these optimal adaptation and / or exchange options described above, cross-country skiers also have the additional advantages that conventional systems with the now more versatile by this invention and. upgraded to better uses, and thus cost-saving, can continue to be used.
For the manufacturer, there are also savings in the production of new tools and molds.
Reserve-. Training u. Competition skis or training and competition skis only need to be provided with simple, easy and inexpensive to produce base plates that can be assembled without special technical effort or, if desired, can even be attached to the ski, and thus connected to the binding part and carrier element on the shoe.

Anspruch 5,6,7,12,13.FIG. 16 shows a base plate (20) shown in an oblique view, on which the binding part (16) is pushed over the guide rail (20) and held in the bore or the like by means of a locking device (10) - holding pin (11). The locking bolts (22) are integrated in this base plate (20) and are provided here on the right-hand side for the axis of rotation (2), the profile (31) with the slide-on guide web (32) for the shoe being one unit with the base plate (20) forms.
Anspruch 5,6.Figure 17 shows a section through a binding part (16) at the level of the locking lever axis (14). Claim 5.6.
Anspruch 6.Figure 18 shows a section through a base plate (20) at the level of the locking slots (18) for the axis of rotation (2).
Anspruch 7.Figure 19 shows a section through a base plate (20) at the level of the locking slots (18) for the axis of rotation (2) with integrated locking bolts (22).
In order to give the fixed (2) or movable (2) axis of rotation on the carrier element (1) the optimal position for the applied technique (classic skating) compared to the ski (30) or thrust (19), it is possible to use a Large number of drill holes (7) or elongated holes with fastening screws (8) or drill hole (7) with spacer (3) to achieve this. The better edge grip desired for the skating technique becomes more the inside edge of the ski by changing the rotational axis position, either by repositioning it in other drill holes (7) or by changing the position of spacers (eccentric) (3) with support element (1). The better contact of the bale to the ski is achieved by changing the position of the axis of rotation (2) with the support element (1) from the toe of the boot, since this technique does not require such a large, free lifting angle between the boot and the ski.
If a leg-free footprint is desired for the classic technique and not so much the edge grip, there is the possibility that by loosening the clamping (4) or fastening screws (8), spacers (3) a change in the position of the axis of rotation (2 ) with the support element (1) only in the longitudinal direction of the shoe.
Furthermore, there is the possibility that by replacing the support element (1) with a built-in axis of rotation (B), which now runs obliquely to the surface of the ski (B) FIGS. 8, 11, an additional, better one for the cross-country skier in the leg and pelvis axis torsion-free movement, more in the direction of rotation, results.
The changed position of the axis of rotation (2) towards the rear can now be carried out by the interchangeability and / or interchangeability of the binding element (16) via the base plate (20). Since this base plate (20) forms a unit with the profile (31) for the slide-on guide bar (32) that can be pushed up and down in length, it is also possible to correspond to the changed position of the axis of rotation (2) with these devices.
