Description

  • L'invention concerne un présentoir (comme déjà connu du US-A-4 923 070) pour objets de forme allongée.
  • L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement à la présentation d'objets du type stylos à bille, stylos à pointe feutre, crayons à papier ou autres instruments d'écriture.
  • Sur les présentoirs actuellement utilisés, les objets de forme allongée sont utilisés dans une succession de compartiments transparents emboi- tés les uns sur les autres et amovibles.
  • Lorsqu'on veut saisir un objet, il est nécessaire de le dégager d'un ensemble d'objets rangés en bottes ou en fagots ou de le saisir à travers un enchevêtrement d'objets.
  • On connaît des présentoirs de comptoir constitués par assemblage de cloisons délimitant des compartiments fixes présentant les produits par rangées ou par colonnes.
  • Pour des raisons d'accessibilité et de rechargement, les ouvertures permettant d'appréhender les objets de forme allongée présentent une section sensiblement égale à la section du compartiment : il en résulte que ces compartiments facilement accessibles peuvent être aisément vidés par des chapardeurs emportant une grande quantité de ces objets.
  • L'invention a pour but d'améliorer la sécurité et de réduire les risques de vol d'objets allongés, en effectuant une présentation ordonnée de ces objets tout en empêchant l'appréhension simultanée d'un grand nombre d'objets, c'est-à-dire en permettant un rechargement des compartiments aussi aisé que dans l'art antérieur mais en ne permettant qu'un retrait unitaire ou limité des objets de forme allongée.
  • L'invention a pour objet un présentoir pour objets de forme allongée, comportant un pied de présentoir et plusieurs compartiments de présentation, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments sont assemblés de façon indissociable au pied de présentoir, à pivotement par rapport audit pied autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal, lesdits compartiments présentant une ouverture supérieure et étant séparés par un espace de faible largeur empêchant l'extraction manuelle d'un paquet d'objets de forme allongée, de manière que dans la position de présentation l'extraction des objets se fasse en petite quantité et que dans la position de rechargement, le pivotement des compartiments donne accès à l'ouverture supérieure d'un compartiment donné.
  • Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention :
    • Les compartiments comportent chacun une échancrure de préhension d'objets allongés.
    • Les compartiments comportent des axes de rotation prisonniers dans des alésages solidaires du pied de présentoir.
    • Les compartiments reposent l'un sur l'autre et délimitent entre eux des fentes étroites de largeur correspondant à l'extraction d'un objet allongé.
    • Les compartiments comportent des fonds munis d'une échancrure, chaque fond étant relevé vers l'avant et recourbé selon une forme cylindrique.
    • Les compartiments sont inclinés vers l'avant selon un angle compris entre 5 ° et 35 °.
  • Ainsi, grâce à l'invention, l'enlèvement de compartiments remplis d'objets de forme allongée est impossible sans emporter le présentoir dans son intégralité, d'une part ; et l'ouverture des compartiments qui est limitée en situation de présentation est dégagée en position de rechargement grâce au pivotement des compartiments par rapport au pied du présentoir, d'autre part.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise grâce à la description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif au regard des dessins annexés dans lesquels :
    • La figure 1 représente une vue schématique en perspective d'un présentoir selon l'invention.
    • La figure 2 représente une vue de dessus d'un pied de présentoir selon l'invention.
    • La figure 3 représente une vue de face d'un compartiment de présentoir selon l'invention.
    • La figure 4 représente une vue de dessus d'un compartiment de présentoir selon l'invention.
    • La figure 5 représente une vue schématique en coupe transversale d'un compartiment de présentoir selon l'invention selon la ligne V-V de la figure 4.
  • Sur la figure 1, un présentoir 1 selon l'invention comporte un pied de présentoir 2 avec des compartiments 3 articulés à rotation sur le pied de présentoir 2. Chaque compartiment 3 peut pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation sensiblement horizontal dans le sens de la flèche R de la figure 1 pour donner accès au compartiment immédiatement inférieur.
  • Les compartiments 3 sont inclinés vers l'avant du présentoir et vers le bas selon un angle compris entre 5 ° et 350. Les objets placés dans un compartiment 3 glissent donc naturellement vers l'avant jusqu'au niveau d'une échancrure 4 découpée dans la face avant et le fond du compartiment 3. L'échancrure 4 facilite ainsi la préhension des objets allongés qui glissent jusqu'à l'avant du compartiment de manière à présenter leur milieu au niveau de l'échancrure 4.
  • Sur la figure 2, le pied de présentoir 2 comporte des moyens d'accrochage 5 par exemple des pattes ou des crampons de fixation en face arrière d'un profilé 6 en U.
  • Ce profilé 6 en U comporte en haut du pied de présentoir une traverse 7 de consolidation apte à recevoir une enseigne ou un panneau publicitaire dans l'intervalle 8 compris entre la traverse 7 et un rebord avant 9 du profilé en U.
  • A cet effet on prévoit que le fond de l'intervalle 8 soit obturé pour empêcher tout glissement vertical du panneau publicitaire.
  • A l'intérieur de la forme en U du profilé 6, des plots de fixation 10 carrés, cylindriques ou rectangulaires comportent des alésages 11 destinés à recevoir à rotation des axes solidaires de compartiments 3.
  • Avantageusement, la conformation 6 en U est obtenue par rabattement et déformation plastique d'une forme plane comportant deux bandes parallèles espacées contenant chacune un ensemble de plots de fixation 10 comportant des alésages 11, de manière que la conformation en U coopérant avec les bandes parallèles précitées retienne prisonniers les axes de pivotements des compartiments après rabattement et soit verrouillée par une traverse 7 ou un moyen de consolidation analogue empêchant tout écartement des montants parallèles de la conformation 6 en U et tout dégagement des axes de pivotement prisonniers des alésages des plots 10.
  • Le pied de présentoir 2 comporte également un plan incliné 12 sur lequel repose le compartiment 3 le plus inférieur. Le plan incliné 12 est adjacent à deux faces latérales 13 et à une face frontale 14.
  • On prévoit avantageusement sur la face frontale d'adapter une pince de fixation 15 en matière plastique transparente pour fixer élastiquement par exemple : un bloc ou une feuille de papier.
  • Le pied de présentoir est réalisé de préférence en éléments en matière synthétique thermoplastique formée à chaud et assemblée par collage ou soudure aux ultrasons.
  • Selon l'invention, le présentoir est assemblé de manière à ce que les compartiments 3 ne puissent être retirés du pied 2 et que leur seule liberté de mouvement soit une liberté de pivotement autour d'un axe de rotation sensiblement horizontal selon le sens de la flèche R de la figure 1.
  • Sur les figures 3 à 5, un compartiment de présentoir selon l'invention comporte un fond plein 16 sur lequel reposent les objets de forme allongée.
  • Le fond plein 16 comporte une échancrure 17 sensiblement en forme de demi-cercle.
  • Le fond plein 16 est relevé et recourbé vers l'avant selon une forme cylindrique 18.
  • L'échancrure 17 se prolonge dans la forme cylindrique 18 sensiblement selon deux secteurs parallèles 19 qui sont des sections droites de la forme cylindrique 18.
  • La forme cylindrique 18 est limitée par une génératrice 20 sensiblement horizontale.
  • A l'intersection des secteurs parallèles 19 et de la génératrice 20, on prévoit avantageusement deux arrondis 21 pour empêcher tout risque d'accrochage ou de coupure.
  • Le fond plat 16 ainsi formé est bordé par 3 faces latérales : 1 face arrière 22 avantageusement formée en relevant et en recourbant le fond plein 16 vers l'arrière et deux faces 23 et 24 qui sont, après assemblage du présentoir 1, parallèles aux deux côtés du profilé 6 en U.
  • Les faces 23 et 24 de forme adaptée à celle du fond portent des axes de rotation 25 et 26 qui sont de diamètres correspondants aux diamètres des alésages 11 de la figure 2.
  • Après assemblage du présentoir 1, on comprend que les axes de rotation 25 et 26 prisonniers d'alésages 11 permettent le pivotement des compartiments 3 selon la flèche R de la figure 1, mais s'opposent à tout autre mouvement et empêchent en particulier d'emporter les compartiments 3 sans déplacer tout le présentoir 1.
  • L'échancrure 4 ou 17 de préhension permet la prise des objets allongés un par un et leur extraction par la fente 27 définie par l'empilement de deux compartiments 3.
  • Mais la faible largeur de la fente 27 empêche l'extraction d'un paquet d'objets de forme allongée et réduit ainsi les risques de vol d'objets allongés.
  • Lorsque l'on souhaite recharger un compartiment donné par addition d'un grand nombre d'objets allongés, il suffit de faire pivoter l'ensemble des compartiments supérieurs à ce compartiment donné selon la flèche R de la figure 1 : grâce à ce pivotement, l'accès à l'ouverture supérieure 28 est possible et le rechargement est très facile et très rapide du fait que l'ouverture 28 correspond à la surface totale du fond 16.
  • Avantageusement on prévoit que des moyens de verrouillage non représentés empêchent le pivotement des compartiments 3 selon le sens de la flèche R de la figure 1.

Claims (6)

1. Présentoir pour objet de forme allongée, comportant un pied de présentoir et plusieurs compartiments de présentation, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (3) sont assemblés de façon indissociable au pied (2) de présentoir à pivotement par rapport audit pied (2) autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal, lesdits compartiments (3) présentant une ouverture supérieure (28) et étant séparés par un espace (27) de faible largeur empêchant l'extraction manuelle d'un paquet d'objets de forme allongée, de manière que dans la position de présentation l'extraction des objets se fasse en petite quantité et que dans la position de rechargement le pivotement (R) des compartiments (3) donne accès à l'ouverture supérieure (28) d'un compartiment donné.
2. Présentoir selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (3) comportent chacun une échancrure (4) de préhension d'objets allongés.
3. Présentoir selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments comportent des axes (25, 26) de rotation prisonniers dans des alésages (11) solidaires du pied (2) de présentoir.
4. Présentoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (3) reposent l'un sur l'autre et délimitent entre eux des fentes étroites (27) de largeur correspondant à l'extraction d'un objet allongé.
5. Présentoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments comportent des fonds (16) munis d'une échancrure (17), chaque fond étant relevé vers l'avant et recourbé selon une forme cylindrique (18).
6. Présentoir selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les compartiments (3) sont inclinés vers l'avant selon un angle compris entre 5 ° et 35 ° .
