Abstract

This conductor system is constructed from coaxial conductor pieces (1, 6) whose external diameter is at most 8 mm. Successively following conductor pieces (1) are connected to one another by means of connecting pieces (6), a good electrical connection being ensured by means of contact laminate rings (5, 9). <IMAGE>

Description

Low voltage systems, preferably 12 volts, have been used increasingly for lighting purposes for some time.

For the current distribution, non-insulated busbars can be used, which enable free cable routing and thus allow any arrangement of light sources. The arrangement of the bare and relatively large busbars results in a less aesthetic ambience in an inhabited room.

The invention aims to provide a conductor system for such a low-voltage system, which, due to its small dimensions, has a more pleasing appearance and also allows greater freedom in the routing of lines in space and along walls.

Der Aussenleiter hat dabei vorzugsweise einen Durchmesser von höchstens 8 mm.The invention proposes to arrange the two current conductors of a line coaxially, the outer conductor forming the mechanically load-bearing element. The outer conductor preferably has a diameter of at most 8 mm.

  • Fig. 1,2,3 die Verbindung zweier koaxialer Leiterstücke,
  • Fig. 4 - 9 einige Beispiele von Leiteranordnungen.
Embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. In this show:
  • 1,2,3 the connection of two coaxial conductor pieces,
  • Fig. 4-9 some examples of conductor arrangements.

In Fig. 1, two coaxially formed conductor pieces 1 are electrically and mechanically connected to one another by means of an equally designed connecting piece 6. Each conductor piece 1 consists of an outer conductor 2, an inner conductor 4 and an insulator 3 located in between. A contact lamella ring 5 sits on a stepped part of the outer conductor 2. The connector 6 has the outer conductor with a diameter of at most 8 mm with 11 and the insulator with Designated 10. Contact lamellar rings 9 sit on the inner conductor 8, which is designed as a protruding piece on both sides Thread 11, while a good electrical connection required for the high currents is ensured by the contact plate rings 5 and 9.

Such a coaxial line enables a very compact and pleasing power supply for low-voltage light sources.

The surface of the outer conductors 2 and 7 can be adapted to the respective requirements, e.g. by chrome plating or by a color coating, which can be produced in a particularly scratch-resistant version by baking an electrostatically applied powder layer.

Die Fig. 4 - 9 zeigen einige Ausführungsmöglichkeiten für ein Leitersystem.4-9 show some possible embodiments for a conductor system.

In Fig. 4 sind zwei gerade, durch ein Verbindungsstück 6 gekuppelte Leiterstücke 1 dargestellte.4 shows two straight conductor pieces 1 coupled by a connecting piece 6.

Fig. 5 zeigt ein Eckstück 12 mit zwei Verbindungsstücken 6 und an diesen angeschlossenen Leiterstücken 1.5 shows a corner piece 12 with two connecting pieces 6 and conductor pieces 1 connected to them.

Bei den Fig. 6 und 7 ist je ein Verbindungsblock 13 vorgesehen, in welchem 3 bzw 4 Verbindungsstücke, analog zu einer Hälfte des in Fig. 3 dargestellten, eingesetzt in welche eine entsprechende Zahl von Leitungsstücken 1 eingeschraubt werden können, so dass ein T- Stück (Fig. 6) bzw. ein Kreuzstück (Fig. 7) entsteht.6 and 7, a connecting block 13 is provided, in which 3 or 4 connecting pieces, analogous to one half of the one shown in FIG. 3, are inserted, into which a corresponding number of line pieces 1 can be screwed, so that a T- Piece (Fig. 6) or a cross piece (Fig. 7).

Fig. 8 shows schematically an adapter 14 with which the feeder 15 coming from the transformer are connected to the coaxial line 1.

Fig. 9 zeigt schliesslich noch den Anschluss einer Leitung 1 über einen Adapter 14 an einen Beleuchtungskörper 16.FIG. 9 finally shows the connection of a line 1 to a lighting fixture 16 via an adapter 14.
