Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a digestor sewer system for buildings (see US-A-4,107,795) and vehicles, especially passenger coaches, with a wastewater generating unit, for example a water closet or a kitchen sink, and one Transport route for connecting the unit to a container.
The disposal of wastewater and faeces in particular prepares problems with passenger trains, especially in With regard to environmental protection and aesthetics and the attitude towards life of modern people. For decades applied and still common in many moves today The principle of open downpipes runs on the above-mentioned points of view contrary. In connection with the introduction of the High speed traffic and related Enclosed tunnel sections are closed toilet systems required. The first step was to act chemically Systems thought, but because of the used Chemicals in terms of environmental protection also disadvantageous are.
That is why closed trains come on high-speed trains Toilet systems for use where waste water and faeces are collected in tanks arranged on the vehicle, these tanks for weight reasons only a few Days have sufficient volume (see DE-PS 29 32 585). For example, every four days required emptying of the collection tanks takes place in the End stations of the high-speed trains with the result that the local communities, which are already heavily burdened anyway have to deal with the actual disposal problem. The railway company also incurs high costs for an appropriate infrastructure to transport the Waste water and faeces from the trains to the municipal disposal point technically safe and free from nuisance perform.
An expansion of the closed toilet systems with Collection tanks on all rail traffic fail currently at the municipal waste disposal capacities and high infrastructure costs, which are then not only at the end stations the high-speed trains created or should be spent. The problem of disposal applies equally for example for sanitary facilities in the area of highways and for weekend homes.
The invention has for its object a sewer system of the generic type in the simplest possible and inexpensive way to design that accruing Environmental waste water in the form of perfectly cleaned, germ-free water can be easily supplied, residues in the form of solids in the waste water should be avoided.
This object is achieved in that the transport path is provided with a cutting device for comminuting solid parts of the wastewater, a filter bed for the biological decomposition of the comminuted solid parts being arranged essentially in CO 2 and water, and the container also being a Device for the evaporation of both the waste water and the water produced by the biological decomposition and a condensation space open to the atmosphere.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Subclaims specified.

11 angeschlossen. Abwasser und Fäkalien gelangen
über eine Transportstrecke 2 in einen Entsorgungsbehälter 3,
wobei die Transportstrecke 2 im wesentlichen aus einer
Rohrleitung 2b und einer Pumpe 2c mit einem integrierten
Schneidwerk 2a für das Zerkleinern von Feststoffanteilen im
Abwasser besteht. Die Rohrleitung 2b enthält ferner eine
Rückschlagklappe 2d, um die Transportstrecke 2 im Hinblick
auf den Hochgeschwindigkeitsverkehr in Richtung auf die
WC-Einheit 1 druckdicht zu verschließen.A waste water generating unit 1, here a water closet,
is located in the end area of the passenger car whose
Schneidwerk 2a gefördert.A
Verdampfen. Die Einrichtung 4 ist im wesentlichen aus dem
eigentlichen Verdampfungsraum 4a und einem Heizelement 4b
gebildet, das vorzugsweise elektrisch betrieben wird, aber
auch für andere Energiequellen - wie Propangas - ausgelegt
sein kann. Der Wasserdampf gelangt über ein Ausströmrohr 4c
in einen Kondensationsraum 5. Bei dem Kondensat handelt es
sich um einwandfrei gereinigtes, keimfreies Wasser, das
ständig durch das Ablaufrohr 5a austritt. Geringe Mengen
überschüssigen Wasserdampfes entweichen über die Entlüftungsleitung
7. Gemäß Fig. 2 ist das Ausströmrohr 4c so
ausgebildet, daß kein Kondensat in den Verdampfungsraum 4a
tropfen kann. The wastewater and the water resulting from the decomposition
flow into a
Between the container-side space of the
4b ausreichend.Regarding the design of the heating element 4b, one can
average evaporation rate of 4 liters per hour and
WC unit 1 can be assumed. For cost reasons and also
with a view to as even a utilization as possible
it is recommended to have two toilet units on one
ebenfalls erst in größeren Zeitabständen durchzuführende
Beseitigung von Mineralstoffen, die bei der Verdampfung
zurückbleiben, von außen leicht zugänglich oder herausnehmbar
sein. With normal use, there is so little in the
Behälter beansprucht also auch weniger Einbauraum.
verhindert.The described
