Claims (21)

  1. Elektrischer Verbinder mit einem ersten Gehäuseelement (1), das eine bestimmte Anzahl elektrischer Verbindungsorgane (32, 55) enthält, die mit elektrischen Leitern verbunden sind, sowie einen Aufnahmeraum (76) aufweist, in den ein betreffendes Ende eines zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3) eingreift, das elektrische Verbindungsorgane (55, 35) enthält, die mit elektrischen Leitern verbunden und dazu bestimmt sind, mit den elektrischen Verbindungsorganen des ersten Gehäuseelementes (1) zusammenzuwirken, und mit Mitteln zur Befestigung der Elemente untereinander, bei denen das erste Gehäuseelement (1) des genannten Verbinders in seinem Zentralbereich mit einer Hülse (13) fest verbunden ist, deren eines Ende, das dazu bestimmt ist, dem zweiten Gehäuseelement zugewandt zu sein, in einem Bund (23) endigt, während das andere Ende zumindest einen längsverlaufenden Durchbruch (16) aufweist, der sich bis zu einer innerhalb der Länge der Hülse (13) gelegenen Stelle erstreckt, wobei in letzterer eine Mutter (19) mit einem zylindrischen Hemd (20) verschiebbar angeordnet ist, welche zumindest einen radialen Flügel (21) aufweist, der für die Zusammenwirkung mit dem Durchbruch (16) bestimmt ist, wobei Rückhaltemittel vorgesehen sind, um die Mutter (19) in der genannten Hülse (13) zu halten, das zweite Gehäuseelement (3) in seinem Zentralbereich mit einer Hülse (107) fest verbunden ist, deren Ende, das dazu bestimmt ist, dem ersten Gehäuseelement (1) zugewandt zu sein, in einem Bund (108) endigt, die genannte Hülse (107) des genannten zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3) an seinem dem Bund (108) benachbarten Ende eine Bohrung (117) aufweist, deren innerer Durchmesser demjenigen des Hemdes (20) der Mutter (19) entspricht, die genannte Bohrung mit einer zweiten Bohrung (116) kleineren Durchmessers verbunden ist, in der verschiebbar eine Schraube (112) angeordnet ist, die einen Kopf (113) besitzt, der in einer dritten Bohrung (115) geführt ist, die mit der zweiten Bohrung (116) durch eine Schulter (118) verbunden ist, wobei die freie Fläche des Kopfes eine Vertiefung für die Aufnahme eines Werkzeuges aufweist.
  2. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückhaltemittel der Mutter (19) durch einen Sicherungsring (18) gebildet sind, der in einer Nut der Hülse (13) sitzt.
  3. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Bohrung (115) der Hülse (107) des zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3) Rückhaltemittel für den Kopf (113) der Schraube (112) aufweist.
  4. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Bohrung (115) ein Gewinde (109) aufweist, das zur Aufnahme einer Hohlschraube (111) bestimmt ist, die die Rückhaltemittel für den Kopf (113) der Schraube (112) bildet.
  5. Elektrischer Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen der Hohlschraube (111) und dem Sicherungsring (18) geringer ist als die Gesamtlänge der Anordnung,bestehend aus der Schraube (112) vom Kopf bis zu ihrem freien Ende und der Mutter von deren freiem Ende bis zu ihrem dem Sicherungsring (18) zugekehrten Ende.
  6. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der Schraube (112), welches dem Kopf entgegengesetzt ist, einen Zentrierteil (114) verringerten Durchmessers aufweist.
  7. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende der Mutter (19), welches für den Eingriff in die erste Bohrung (117) bestimmt ist, einen äußeren Durchmesser aufweist, der geringer ist als der Durchmesser der genannten Bohrung (117).
  8. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseelement (1) eine Reihe von Kanälen (7, 8, 11, 12) aufweist, die jeweils Rillen (72) zur Führung von Gleitschienen (69) einer Reihe von Trägern elektrischer Kontaktorgane aufweisen, wobei jeder Kontaktorganträger (28) einen Boden (50) aufweist, von dem sich eine Reihe paralleler Trennwände (52) nach oben erstrecken, die in einer Schrägfläche (54) endigen und zwischen sich Durchgänge (53) begrenzen, deren jeder für die Aufnahme eines Verbindungsorganes (55) bestimmt ist, wobei die Trennwände (52) in der Nähe des freien Randes des Bodens (50) in einem Anschlag (56) endigen, während auf der der Schrägfläche entgegengesetzten Seite die Trennwände (52) eine Verlängerung (57) aufweisen, die mit einem Boden (58) fest verbunden ist, von dem sich, jedem Durchgang (53) gegenüberliegend, je eine elastische Leiste (59) erstreckt, die auf der dem Durchgang (53) zugekehrten Seite einen Vorsprung (60) aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsorgane (55) aus einem Elektrizität gut leitenden Metallstreifen gefertigt sind, der zugeschnitten und gebogen ist, um am einen Ende Mittel (64) für seine Befestigung an einem elektrischen Leiter und am anderen Ende eine Bodenwand (66) mit einer Verlängerung (67) zu bilden, die haarnadelförmig gebogen ist, um eine elastische Zunge (68) und zwei Seitenwände (70) zu bilden, welche in Klappen (71) endigen, um eine Art Leitung rechteckförmigen Querschnitts zu bilden, wobei die Bodenwand durch eine Öffnung (63) durchbrochen ist, die für die Aufnahme des Vorsprunges (60) der elastischen Leiste (59) bestimmt ist, und das zweite Gehäuseelement (3) eine Reihe von Kanälen (119, 120, 123 und 124) aufweist, die je Rillen aufweisen, die zur Aufnahe der Gleitschienen (69) der elektrischen Kontaktträger (28) bestimmt sind, die denjenigen gleich sind, welche in den Kanälen des ersten Gehäuseelementes sitzen, jedoch oben nach unten umgewendet sind, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die genannten Kontaktträger (28) in den Kanälen der zwei Gehäuseelemente festzulegen.
  9. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (50) jedes elektrischen Kontaktträgers (28) einerseits in der Nähe seines freien Endes Rastnasen (61) und andererseits eine Querrippe (49) aufweist, während die Kanäle (119, 120, 123, 124, 7, 8, 11, 12) der Gehäuseelemnte (1 und 3), Querstege (73) aufweisen, die Riegelanschläge für die Rippen (49) bilden und Ausnehmungen (62) aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme der Rastnasen (61) bestimmt sind.
  10. Elektrischer Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseelemente (1 und 3) Riegel (173) aufweisen, die durch Leisten gebildet sind, die verschiebbar in Führungen (171) angeordnet sind, die zu den Führungsrillen (72) der Gleitschienen der elektrischen Kontaktorganträger (28) quer verlaufen, daß die genannten Leisten seitlich Einschnitte (176) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, mit den Rillen in Deckung zu kommen, um den Durchtritt der Gleitschienen (69) zu ermöglichen, und daß Mittel (177, 182, 189, 188) vorgesehen sind, um die genannten Riegel in zwei Stellungen zu verrasten, in einer Stellung, in der die Rillen verschlossen sind, und in einer Stellung, in der die Rillen freigegeben sind.
  11. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querstege (73) Rippen (74) aufweisen, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit den elastischen Leisten (59) bestimmt sind.
  12. Elektrischer Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum (76) des ersten Gehäuseelementes (1) längs eines ersten seiner Ränder zwei Rampen (167), die gegen das Innere des Raumes hin geneigt sind, und längs eines dem ersten Rand entgegengesetzten Randes zwei Rampen (169) aufweist, während dasjenige Ende des zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3), welches zum Einsetzen in den Raum (76) bestimmt ist, an seinem für die Zusammenwirkung mit den Rampen des ersten Randes bestimmten Rand zwei Vorsprünge (170) aufweist, die durch Führungsrillen (168) verlängert sind.
  13. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseelement (1) zwei zusätzliche Kanäle (9 und 10) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme von Gehäusen (30) bestimmt sind, die eine Reihe von Durchgängen (31) aufweisen, die jeder zur Aufnahme eines steckerartigen elektrischen Kontaktorganes (32) bestimmt sind, während das zweite Gehäuseelement (3) entsprechende zusätzliche Kanäle (121, 122) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme von Gehäusen (126) bestimmt sind, die eine Reihe von Durchgängen (131) aufweisen, die jeder zur Aufnahme eines buchsenartigen elektrischen Kontaktorganes (135) bestimmt sind.
  14. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (30), welches zur Aufnahme steckerartiger elektrischer Kontaktorgane (32) bestimmt ist, in jedem Durchgang (31) eine elastische Lasche (36) aufweist, die mit einem Vorsprung (37) versehen ist, der für die Zusammenwirkung mit einer Öffnung (33) eines steckerartigen elektrischen Kontaktorganes (32) bestimmt ist, daß das genannte Gehäuse mit einer elastischen Riegellasche (38) versehen ist, während der zur Aufnahme des genannten Gehäuses (30) bestimmte Kanal mit der elastischen Riegellasche (38) verbundene Mittel (38) aufweist, um das Gehäuse in zwei Stellungen zu halten, einer Bereitschaftsstellung, in der die steckerartigen elektrischen Kontaktorgane (32) in Stellung gebracht werden können, und einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der die elastischen Laschen (36) blockiert sind.
  15. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zur Aufnahme von buchsenartigen elektrischen Kontaktorganen (135) bestimmte Gehäuse (126) in jedem Durchgang (131) elastische Leisten (139,141) aufweist, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit einem Bund der genannten buchsenartigen Organe (135) bestimmt sind, welche mit elastischen Zungen (152) versehen sind, die zur Zusammenwirkung mit Anschlägen (162) von Durchgängen (161) vorgesehen sind, welche in einem Vorbau (160) des betreffenden Kanales ausgebildet sind, welcher mit einer elastischen Riegelleiste (154) des Gehäuses verbundene Mittel aufweist, um dieses in zwei Stellungen zu halten, einer Bereitschaftsstellung, in der die buchsenartigen elektrischen Kontaktorgane in Stellung gebracht werden können, und einer Verriegelungsstellung, in der die elastischen Leisten (139,141) blockiert sind.
  16. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseelement zwei Schrauben (26) für seine Befestigung an einer Wand aufweist.
  17. Elektrischer Verbinder nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Gehäuseelement (3) einen Ring (78) aufweist, der auf einer Seite eine Dichtung, die für die Zusammenwirkung mit einem Bund (88) des genannten Gehäuseelementes vorgesehen ist, und an seiner zweiten Seite eine Lippendichtung (85) trägt, die für die Anlage an der Wand bestimmt ist, an der das erste Gehäuseelement (1) angebracht ist.
  18. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (78) mit elastischen Laschen (87) versehen ist, die sich in Öffnungen (80) des zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3) hinein erstrecken.
  19. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er zur Abdeckung derjenigen Seite des zweiten Gehäuseelementes (3), welche der dem ersten Gehäuseelement (1) zugewandten Seite entgegengesetzt ist, eine Haube (4) aufweist, die eine Öffnung (93) für den Durchtritt eines Werkzeuges zur Betätigung der Schraube (112) aufweist.
  20. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (4) in der Nähe der Öffnung (93) eine Spitze (95) aufweist, um die elektrischen Leiter aus der Achse der Öffnung (93) zu bringen.
  21. Elektrischer Verbinder nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (4) ein Rohrelement (99) mit einer beweglichen Klappe (100) aufweist, um eine Schutzhülle elektrischer Leiter aufzunehmen und festzulegen.
