Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anlage zum verpackungsgerechten Ordnen von als Schüttgut angelieferten länglichen Nahrungsmitteln, wie z.B. Salzstangen.The invention relates to a system for the packaging-appropriate arrangement of elongated foods delivered in bulk, such as Pretzel Sticks.

Mit den bekannten Anlagen werden die als Schüttgut angelieferten Salzstangen durch Vibratoren so geordnet, dass sie in horizontaler Lage parallel nebeneinander liegen. In dieser Lage werden sie dann quergefördert, also quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung, wobei die Salzstangen dann gewogen werden, dann portionenweise in einen horizontalen Zylinder eingebracht werden, der dann um 90° gedreht wird, so dass dann die Salzstangen portionenweise verpackungsgerecht in vertikaler Richtung vorliegen. Bei dieser bekannten Anlage werden die Salzstangen mittels Vibratoren mehrmals umgelenkt, das bedeutet, dass erhebliche Krafteinwirkungen auf die Salzstangen erfolgen. Die Nachteile dieser bekannten Anlage sind darin zu sehen, dass die Salzstangen bis zur verpackungsgerechten vertikalen Stellung einen verhältnismässig langen Weg zurücklegen müssen, wobei auf diesem Weg mehrere Umlenkungen stattfinden. Weiterhin sind auf diesem langen Weg Vibratoren wirksam, die Kräfte auf die Salzstangen zur Einwirkung bringen. Die langen Wege und die mehreren Umlenkungen während des langen Weges können zu einem Bruch von Salzstangen führen, der natürlich nicht erwünscht ist. - Installation for arranging elongate foodstuff, such as salt sticks, supplied as bulk material for packaging, characterised by several falling tubes (3) directed downwardly and arranged in a circle around a vertical axis (2) between upper weighing devices (1) for foodstuff bulk material and lower receiving devices (10) for portions of salt sticks, wherein the cross sectional size of each falling tube (3) is selected for only a sub part of a food stuff portion, wherein each falling tube (3) is divided into several sections (4-9) along its downward extension, wherein at least one (7) of these sections (4-9) is connected to a vibrator (15), and wherein horizontally displaceable blocking sliders (13,14,17) are arranged between these sections (4-9) for stepwise conveying the sub parts and merging these into a single portion by means of free fall.
- Installation of claim 1 characterised in that the section (4) of each falling tube (3) adjacent to a weighing device (1) is running at a larger angle towards the vertical axis (2) than the remaining sections (5-9) of this falling tube (3).
- Installation of claim 1 or 2 characterised by sections (7,8,9) of the falling tubes (3) that are combined to a ring of sections (7,8,9) in a plane transversal to the vertical axis (2).
- Installation of one of the claims 1-3 characterised in that the sections (7) arranged between a first blocking slider (13) and a second blocking slider (14) of all falling tubes (3) are connected to the vibrator (15).
- Installation of one of the claims 1-4 characterised in that the receiving devices (10) comprise upright portion tubes (18) each for one portion of food stuff, which portion tubes (18) are arranged on a rotating table (19) movable in steps, the rotation axis (20) of which lies outside the circle axis (2).
- Installation of one of the claims 1-5 characterised in that the section (4) of each falling tube (3) adjacent to a weighing device (1) is designed as an open, funnel shaped channel (11,12), the larger funnel opening (11) of which is facing the weighing device (1).
- Installation of claim 1 characterised in that ten falling tubes (3) are provided.
- Installation of claim 5 characterised in that the rotating table (19) is provided with three portion tubes (18) distributed over its circumference.
- Installation of one of the claims 1-8 characterised in that three blocking sliders (13,14,17) are present.
