Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for removing double parts from the last processing stage of a press.
- the removal device has two gripper rails which can be moved in three axes for the transfer movement of sheet metal parts and the return movement in the processing stages of the press. If double parts are to be removed from the last processing stage of the press, they must be supported in the areas located away from the gripper rail and located in the center of the gripper rails.
- DE 37 12 838 C2 provides a traverse for this purpose, which is movably mounted in guides on the gripper rails transversely to the transport direction. Part support is arranged on the crossbeam. The traverse is held in the center of the outside guides to the gripper rails. With a lower gripper rail basic setting, e.g. for smaller sheet metal parts, the crossbeam extends beyond the gripper rails during the entire service life.
- the solution according to claim 1 uses frame-fixed guide means for the central support layer of the support element.
- the solution according to claim 2 provides a guide bar carried with the gripper rails and is therefore independent of other frame or stationary guide means.
- the solution according to claim 3 dispenses entirely with guide means for the support elements.
- FIG. 1 shows the last processing stage of a press 1, which is only indicated in the drawing, with the press stands 16.
- the processing stage essentially has a press ram 3 moved up and down by the press drive with the upper tool part 4 and a lower tool part 5 on the press table.
- Between the press stands 16 extend along the direction of travel 23 gripper rails 6, 7 for the transfer movement of sheet metal parts 11 machined in the press.
- the gripper rails 6, 7 have gripping tools in a known manner for gripping the sheet metal parts 11 in their edge regions near the gripper rail.
- a support device is positioned at 15 for supporting the sheet metal parts 11 in the areas between the gripper rails 6, 7, far from the gripper tools on the gripper rails.
- the support takes place via support elements 12, 13 which are moved with the gripper rails by means of an attachment 21.
- the attachment 21 is attached to a sleeve 20, which can be seen more clearly from FIG. 2.
- an outer tube 18 is rigidly attached to one of the gripper rails 6, 7 and an inner tube 19 to the other of the gripper rails 6, 7 via holding plates 8, 9, if necessary.
- the pipes 18, 19 are telescopically slidable.
- the sleeve 20 is slidably mounted on one of the pipes or on both.
- guide means are arranged between the sleeve 20 or, for example, the attachment 21 and a bracket 17 fixed to the frame, which can also be a stand part for the conveyor belt 14.
- the tread 22 in Fig. 3 refers to such an embodiment.
- the inner tube 19 dips more or less far into the outer tube 18.
- the tubes can have a multi-profile shape, that is to say they have a polygonal design.
- the sheet metal parts 11 can be lifted out of the lower tool part 5 to such an extent that an additional movement of the support elements 12, 13 in the vertical can be unnecessary.
- the tubes 18, 19 are moved into the position indicated by 10, the sheet metal parts 11 can be deposited on the front, left region of the conveyor belt 14.
- the takeover or transfer of the sheet metal parts can be carried out by drivers on the conveyor belt 14 or by an additional movement of the support elements 12, 13 in the vertical.
- FIG. 4 shows a second example with gripper rails 6, 7 movable between the stands 16 of the press, a sheet metal part 11 which was separated into two individual sheet metal parts 11 ′, 11 ′′ in processing stage 2, and a support device 15.
- the support device 15 15 has the from Fig. 1 and 2 known tubes, outer tube 18 and inner tube 19, which are rigidly attached to the gripper rails 6, 7 and can be telescopically pushed into one another in the area of the sleeve 20.
- an attachment 21 is fastened in the manner of a carrier for the support elements 12, 13.
- a guide bar 27 is also rigidly attached, the other end is slidably mounted in a guide rail 24 in the direction of the press run 23.
- the guide rail 24 is always held in the center of the gripper rails 6, 7 by a parallel linkage from the parallel rods 25.
- the parallel rods 25 are mounted in pivot bearings 26 on the gripper rails 6, 7 and the guide rail 24.
- FIG. 5 shows a bearing point 26 according to the section line V - V in FIG. 4 to show details.

Description
The invention relates to a device for removing double parts from the last processing stage of a press. The removal device has two gripper rails which can be moved in three axes for the transfer movement of sheet metal parts and the return movement in the processing stages of the press. If double parts are to be removed from the last processing stage of the press, they must be supported in the areas located away from the gripper rail and located in the center of the gripper rails.
Bei geringerer Greiferschienengrundeinstellung, z.B. für kleinere Blechteile, steht die Traverse während der gesamten Standzeit über die Greiferschienen hinaus.DE 37 12 838 C2 provides a traverse for this purpose, which is movably mounted in guides on the gripper rails transversely to the transport direction. Part support is arranged on the crossbeam. The traverse is held in the center of the outside guides to the gripper rails. With a lower gripper rail basic setting, e.g. for smaller sheet metal parts, the crossbeam extends beyond the gripper rails during the entire service life.
In contrast, it is an object of the invention to accommodate the support means overall in the area between the gripper rails. This object is achieved by the features characterizing each of the claims.
