Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Stellantrieb mit Elektromotor, insbesondere für Fenster, Türen, Markisen, Rolladen od. dgl., wobei auf einer Montagefläche eine Motoreinheit mit Spindelantrieb insbesondere mit Schrauben befestigt ist, deren Spindelstange mit einer Stellstange verbunden ist. Bei den bekannten Ausführungsformen dieser Art ist die Montage der Motoreinheit und die Herstellung der Verbindung zwischen der Stell- und der Spindelstange verhältnismäßig umständlich, da die Teile meist von vorne nicht zugänglich sind. Desweiteren wird dabei die Spindelstange des Motors in die Hülse an der Spindelstange der öffnerschere eingeschoben und dort festgeklemmt. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, die Montage des Stellantriebes zu erleichtern, den gesamten Antrieb zu vereinfachen und Platz einzusparen. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß am freien Ende der Spindel- oder der Stellstange durch eine Ringnut ein Kopfteil abgegrenzt und am freien Ende der jeweils anderen Stange eine Hülse befestigt ist, welche eine das Kopfteil bis auf eine Einsatzöffnung formschlüssig umfassende Ausnehmung aufweist, an welche sich ein einseitig offener von der Einsatzöffnung bis zur Stirnfläche führender Schlitz für den durch die Nut abgesetzten Stangenteil anschließt, wobei die Einsatz- und die Schlitzöffnung bei Anbringung der Hülse an der Stellstange entgegen und an der Spindelstange zur Montagefläche der Motoreinheit gerichtet sind. Bei der Montage der Motoreinheit wird diese in einfacher Weise von vorne auf die Montagefläche gesetzt, wobei das Kopfteil in die entsprechende Ausnehmung der Hülse eingeführt und damit die Kupplung der Teile vollzogen wird. Damit ergibt sich in axialer Richtung eine feste Verbindung der beiden Stangen 5, 7. Die Einsatzöffnung 22 der Ausnehmung 17 und die offene Seite des Schlitzes 18 sind entgegen der Montagefläche des Fensterrahmens 1 gerichtet, so daß die Motoreinheit 6 von vorne aufgesetzt werden kann, wobei dann das Kopfteil 21 eingeschoben wird. Die Befestigung der Motoreinheit 6 erfolgt durch die Schrauben 23, wobei die Schraubenköpfe entgegen der Montagefläche 1 gerichtet und damit von vorne zugänglich sind.The structure of the coupling of these parts can be seen from Fig. 7. In gleicher Weise werden die Endkappen 25 und 26 aufgesetzt, welche mit Rastausnehmungen 29 versehen sind, in welche Rasthaken 30 eingreifen, welche sich an einer der Baugruppe 8 bis 11 befinden. Es reicht aber aus, wenn die Endkappe (25) am Kabelanschluß in dieser Weise befestigt wird, da sie häufiger abgenommen und wieder befestigt wird und vor allem hier kein Spritzwasser eindringen darf. Für die andere Endkappe (26) genügt es dagegen, wenn zwei kleine nicht dargestellte Vorsprünge derselben unter die Stege des C-Profils 12 im Bereich der Absätze 13 greifen. Die durch die Ausprägungen 27 verursachten Ausnehmungen an der Haube 24 werden durch die Endkappen 25,26 abgedeckt, so daß sich ein vollständiger Abschluß nach außen ergibt. Zum Spritzwasserschutz ist zwischen den Endkappen 25 und 26 einerseits und der entsprechenden Baueinheit 8 bis 11 andererseits ein Dichtelement 31 vorgesehen.(Fig. 8)A cover 24 and two end caps 25 and 26 are used to cover the motor unit 6.
