Claims (4)

  1. Ein Zyklonabscheider, umfassend einen Innenzylinder (36), eine Mehrzahl von Rohren (14, 44) mit Segmenten, die sich senkrecht in paralleler Beziehung zueinander erstrecken, so daß sie einen Außenzylinder (6, 42) bilden, der sich koaxial um den Innenzylinder (36) erstreckt, was zur Folge hat, daß zwischen den Zylindern eine Ringkammer abgegrenzt wird, wahrend andere Rohrsegmente (14, 44) einwärts gebogen sind, so daß sie einen kegelförmigen Trichterabschnitt (8, 44) bilden, der sich unterhalb des Außenzylinders (6, 42) erstreckt, Mittel zum Umwälzen von Flüssigkeit durch die Rohre einschließlich eines einzigen unteren Ringsammlers (10, 50), an den die unteren Enden aller der Rohre (14, 46) angeschlossen sind, und Mittel (6a) zum Richten von feste Teilchen enthaltenden Gasen durch die Ringkammer, um die festen Teilchen durch Zentrifugalkräfte von den Gasen zu scheiden, wobei die abgeschiedenen Gase aus dem Innenzylinder (36) austreten und die abgeschiedenen Feststoffe zwecks Beseitigung oder Wiederaufbereitung in den Boden des Trichterabschnitts (8, 44) fallen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entweder ein Teil der Rohre (14) in mindestens einem Bereich aus der Wand des Trichterabschnitts (8) entnommen wird, so daß die restlichen Rohre (14) den Trichterabschnitt (8) über den Bereich hinaus verlängern, in dem jedes der Rohre (14) mit den daran anschließenden Rohren in Kontakt käme, wenn keines der Rohre entnommen wäre, oder mindestens ein Teil der den Trichterabschnitt (44) bildenden Rohre (46) in mindestens einem Bereich gestaucht ist, um den Durchmesser der Rohre (46) zu verringern und somit die Länge des Trichterabschnitts über den Bereich hinaus zu verlängern, in dem jedes der Rohre (46) mit den daran anschließenden Rohren in Kontakt käme, wenn keines der Rohre gestaucht wäre.
  2. Ein Abscheider nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Mittel zum Umwälzen von Flüssigkeit durch die Rohre einen oberen Ringsammler (12) umfassen, der mit dem oberen Enden der Rohre (14, 46) in Verbindung steht, sowie den unteren Ringsammler (10, 50), der mit den unteren Enden der Rohre in Verbindung steht, und Mittel zum Hindurchleiten von Wasser, Wasserdampf bzw. einem Gemisch aus Wasser und Wasserdampf durch die Ringsammler (12, 10, 50), um das Wasser, den Wasserdampf bzw. das Gemisch aus Wasser und Wasserdampf zwecks Kühlung des Abscheiders durch die Rohre (14, 46) umzuwälzen.
  3. Ein Abscheider nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die oberen Rohrsegmente (16, 46) einwärts gebogen sind, so daß sie einen Dachabschnitt (4) bilden.
  4. Ein Abscheider nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die aneinander anschließenden Rohre (14, 46) durch eine Vielzahl von Rippen miteinander verbunden sind, um den Abscheider gasdicht zu machen.
