Definitions
- the invention relates to a removable construction such as hall, marquee, tent or the like, comprising a rigid structure forming a framework, covered with removable panels designed in flexible material constituting, in particular, the roof.
- the present invention will find its application in the field of temporary constructions of the demountable type and more particularly in the manufacturers of marquees, tents, halls or the like.
- these removable constructions such as halls, capitals, tents or the like, generally comprise a rigid structure forming a framework which is covered with removable panels designed in flexible or semi-rigid or even rigid material. More specifically, the structure is frequently in the form of an assembly of profiles, in wood or in synthetic material or even of metallic type, possibly tubular, such as aluminum profiles or the like, while the cover panels can be of any kind.
- these cover panels like the structure, moreover, must have as main characteristic a weight that is as small as possible in view, precisely, to facilitate handling.
- one of the essential parameters conditioning the difficulty of the assembly and disassembly operations of this type of construction is the weight of all the elements making up the latter.
- this last parameter which is snow constitutes a real problem in the case of these dismountable structures. Indeed, if it is obvious that it is necessary to take into account, in all cases, the additional load represented by rain and wind during the dimensioning of the rigid structure, the question arises whether It is advisable to integrate, systematically, the snow parameter for determining the section of the profiles. Indeed, the risk of an additional load caused by snow occurs only during a very limited period of the year in most temperate regions.
- this parameter represented by the load created by snow on a roof of a demountable construction, leads, if we take it into account, to a substantial increase in the weight of the rigid structure and, therefore, difficulties and time for erection and dismantling of constructions.
- the solution to the problem posed above consists in being able to use a light demountable construction structure whatever the period during the year so that, on the one hand, one no longer meets the disadvantages, for the lessor, of a large demountable building stock due to the types of construction meeting different mechanical strengths and that, on the other hand, there is no longer any dependence between the duration of the rental and, specifically, the mechanical characteristics of the demountable construction.
- Such a solution would ultimately translate into lower rental costs for the tenant.
- the present invention has been able to respond to this problem through a solution which makes it possible, effectively, to disregard the additional load that can cause the snowfall on the roof of a removable construction. In fact, it is a question of avoiding, through the invention, the presence and the maintenance of this snow on the roof.
- the invention solves this problem and consists of a removable construction such as hall, marquee, tent or the like, comprising a rigid structure forming a framework, covered with removable panels designed in a flexible material, constituting , in particular, the roof, these removable panels comprising an electric infrared heating device constituted by a network of conductive elements using the configuration of a strip to ensure the diffusion of heat, these conductive elements having, on the internal side at the dismountable construction, reflecting means and, at their sides oriented towards the outside of this demountable construction, an emissive black film.

- This removable construction 1 includes a rigid structure 2 which can be designed from an assembly of wooden or synthetic material profiles or of metallic type, possibly tubular, such as aluminum or other profiles. Such a rigid structure 2 thus forms a framework, which is covered with removable panels 3, 4, 5, some of which 3, 4, come to form the roof 6, others 5 constituting the side walls 7 of the removable construction 1.
- removable panels 3, 4, 5 can be made from a flexible material and in particular a textile fabric or synthetic material, or from a material semi-rigid or rigid.
- an electrical infrared heating device 8 as a means of snow removal. More specifically, by heating the roof 6, the snow 2 will fall on the latter and comes to melt immediately. This avoids its maintenance and its accumulation on this roof 6.
- this heating device 8 consists of a network 10 of conductive elements 11, 11A, 11B (see FIGS. 1 to 4) associated with the panels 3, 4 of the roof 6 and supplied with electrical energy in order to produce heating by radiation. infrared capable of leading to a rise in the temperature of the external face 12 of these panels 3, 4.
- this conductive element 11 B can be installed on the side of the internal face 13 of the panels 3, 4 or even at the level of the external face 12 of the latter.

- busbars 22, 23, external to the panels 3, 4 are used, each of the conductive elements 11, 11A, 11B, forming the network 10, will comprise, at its ends, connection means capable of to cooperate with these busbars 22, 23.
- the supply of the conducting elements 11, 11A, 11B can be done at a usual operating voltage of the 220 Volt type. In this case, it is, however, necessary to ensure perfect insulation of these conductive elements 11, 11A, 11B, but also, of the busbars 22, 23. According to another embodiment, this supply is of the low voltage type making it possible to respond more easily to the safety conditions required for such a heating device for dismountable construction 1.
- the rigid structure, forming the framework of the removable construction is no longer under the obligation to meet mechanical strength such that it is able to withstand an overload produced by the accumulation of snow on the roof. Indeed, under these conditions, any risk of such accumulation is avoided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a removable construction such as hall, marquee, tent or the like, comprising a rigid structure forming a framework, covered with removable panels designed in flexible material constituting, in particular, the roof.
The present invention will find its application in the field of temporary constructions of the demountable type and more particularly in the manufacturers of marquees, tents, halls or the like.
In fact, many dismountable constructions are already known which correspond to the above description. Thus, these removable constructions such as halls, capitals, tents or the like, generally comprise a rigid structure forming a framework which is covered with removable panels designed in flexible or semi-rigid or even rigid material. More specifically, the structure is frequently in the form of an assembly of profiles, in wood or in synthetic material or even of metallic type, possibly tubular, such as aluminum profiles or the like, while the cover panels can be of any kind. However, in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of this type of construction, these cover panels, like the structure, moreover, must have as main characteristic a weight that is as small as possible in view, precisely, to facilitate handling. Thus, it is frequent to cover the rigid structure of a marquee, hall or the like, with a covering of textile canvas or synthetic material so as to form, thus, the roof panels and the peripheral wall of the removable construction. It is obvious that this type of flexible cover panels are easy to handle and therefore lead to easier assembly and disassembly operations. However, we also find, in these demountable constructions, the use of semi-rigid or rigid structural panels, for example of synthetic material or of metallic type, the choice being able to be linked to the type of activity or to the material coming to be stored under these marquees, halls or the like.
As already mentioned above, one of the essential parameters conditioning the difficulty of the assembly and disassembly operations of this type of construction is the weight of all the elements making up the latter.
However, it can be seen that there is a proportionality relationship between this weight and the mechanical strength of these removable constructions.
Thus, when sizing the profiles making up the rigid structure, account must be taken of all the loads that must be borne by this rigid structure, i.e. the weight of the profiles themselves, the weight of the cover panels, but also additional loads due to external conditions such as rain, wind and ultimately snow.
In fact, this last parameter which is snow constitutes a real problem in the case of these dismountable structures. However, this parameter, represented by the load created by snow on a roof of a demountable construction, leads, if we take it into account, to a substantial increase in the weight of the rigid structure and, therefore, difficulties and time for erection and dismantling of constructions.
In this regard, it should be understood that these demountable constructions are used, most frequently, for the need of exercising a temporary activity. Also, a rental network has been set up for this type of demountable construction. However, it is obvious that the rental yield is directly linked to the time of assembly and disassembly of these constructions. Thus, the greater the time required for assembly and disassembly, the higher the cost of labor and the more profitability is affected.
Also, it is frequent that the hirers of these demountable constructions have at least two different types of demountable constructions, one finding its utility during the cold periods of the year, with risk of snowfall, the other being used the rest of the year. However, this leads, of course, to the disadvantage, for the lessor of having a larger dismountable construction park, park which, moreover, can prove to be not adapted to the demand during certain periods of the year. . There is another disadvantage which arises in the event of an extension of the duration of the rental of the demountable construction so that one passes from a period of the year without snow to a period at risk of snowfall. Indeed, it is then necessary for the renter to dismantle the construction not intended to support the additional loads created by the snow to replace it with a construction of superior mechanical strength, not to mention that the tenant himself must evacuate the premises to authorize this disassembly and reassembly. Thus, the cost linked to these successive assembly and disassembly operations, if passed on to the rental costs, makes these exorbitant and if it is borne by the lessor, considerably reduces the rental profitability for the latter.
In short, the solution to the problem posed above, consists in being able to use a light demountable construction structure whatever the period during the year so that, on the one hand, one no longer meets the disadvantages, for the lessor, of a large demountable building stock due to the types of construction meeting different mechanical strengths and that, on the other hand, there is no longer any dependence between the duration of the rental and, specifically, the mechanical characteristics of the demountable construction. Such a solution would ultimately translate into lower rental costs for the tenant.
The present invention has been able to respond to this problem through a solution which makes it possible, effectively, to disregard the additional load that can cause the snowfall on the roof of a removable construction. In fact, it is a question of avoiding, through the invention, the presence and the maintenance of this snow on the roof.
Thus, the invention, as characterized in the claims, solves this problem and consists of a removable construction such as hall, marquee, tent or the like, comprising a rigid structure forming a framework, covered with removable panels designed in a flexible material, constituting , in particular, the roof, these removable panels comprising an electric infrared heating device constituted by a network of conductive elements using the configuration of a strip to ensure the diffusion of heat, these conductive elements having, on the internal side at the dismountable construction, reflecting means and, at their sides oriented towards the outside of this demountable construction, an emissive black film.
The advantages obtained thanks to this invention consist essentially in that by associating such a heating device with the panels forming the roof of a removable construction such as hall, marquee, tent or the like, this is avoided, in the event of a fall of snow, the presence and, the maintenance of this snow on this roof. Therefore, the rigid structure, as well as the cover panels themselves, do not necessarily have to be designed so as to withstand the additional load that can represent the snowfall in winter.
- la figure 1 représente une vue schématisée et en perspective d'une construction démontable comportant, plus particulièrement, au niveau des panneaux formant toiture, un dispositif de chauffage en tant que moyen de déneigement ;

- la figure 3 représente une vue analogue à la figure 2 mais correspondant à un second mode de réalisation ;
- Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a removable construction comprising, more particularly, at the level of the roof panels, a heating device as a means of snow removal;
- Figure 2 shows a schematic sectional view of a first embodiment of a panel incorporating a heating device;
- Figure 3 shows a view similar to Figure 2 but corresponding to a second embodiment;
- Figure 4 shows just like Figures 2 and 3 a sectional view of a panel comprising a heating device and corresponding, again, to another embodiment.
As shown in Figure 1 of the attached drawing, the present invention relates to a
It should be noted, in this regard, that such
In order to avoid oversizing, in particular, of profiles constituting the
As shown in FIG. 4, this
In the context of FIG. 3, there is shown a
In the context of FIG. 4, this
Whatever solution is adopted, it is important that the
Note that reflector means 20, located relative to the
This heating efficiency produced by a
Each of the conductor wires or
It should also be noted that the supply of the conducting
In conclusion from the above, by using roof panels fitted with a heating device according to the characteristics of the invention, the rigid structure, forming the framework of the removable construction, is no longer under the obligation to meet mechanical strength such that it is able to withstand an overload produced by the accumulation of snow on the roof. Indeed, under these conditions, any risk of such accumulation is avoided.
Furthermore, the particularly attractive character from the point of view of the cost price of removable panels comprising a heating device with respect to panels which do not have them makes it possible to systematically envisage and equip the constructions. removable from heated roof panels avoiding, for this very reason, for the renter to have different removable constructions according to their period of use.
