Gemäß Fig. 1 weist ein erfindungsgemäßer Materialstreifen (1) in seinen Endbereichen (2 und 2') je eine Lasche (3 und 3') auf, die durch jeweils einen breiten Einschnitt (4 und 4') vom Materialstreifen selbst abgesetzt sind. Die Ziffern 11 und 11' kennzeichnen angrenzende Bereiche, innerhalb derer das obere Ende der verpackten Ware, hier einer Langfeldleuchte, zu liegen kommt.
