Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Aggregat aus einerseits einem Reißverschluß mit Reißverschlußtragbändern, Verschlußgliederreihen und Betätigungsschieber sowie andererseits einem Versteifungsstreifen, wobei der Reißverschluß und der Versteifungsstreifen mit Hilfe einer Klebverbindung miteinander verbunden sind. Solche Aggregate präsentieren den Reißverschluß, der auf dem Versteifungsstreifen befestigt ist, als einzelnen Reißverschluß zum Zwecke des Verkaufs. Das Aggregat ist steif genug, um stehend oder liegend in einer Aufnahme angeordnet zu werden, ohne daß infolge der dem Reißverschluß eigentümlichen Flexibilität und Faltbarkeit Störungen auftreten, die die Entnahme eines einzelnen Reißverschlusses aus der Aufnahme beeinträchtigen. Die Klebverbindung läßt zwar im Bereich der Verschlußgliederreihe einen schmalen Streifen frei, bedeckt und fixiert jedoch bestimmungsgemäß auch die sogenannten äußeren Enden der Reißverschlußglieder in den Verschlußgliederreihen. Der Reißverschlußschieber kann folglich nicht betätigt werden. Das alles ist der Grund, weshalb die bekannte Ausführungsform den Anforderungen nicht genügt, die heute bei der Präsentation von Reißverschlüssen erfüllt werden müssen, weil der Käufer diese Anforderungen stellt. Insbesondere stört, daß eine Schieberbetätigung zum Zwecke eines Ausprobierens des Schieberlaufes und der Schieberfestsetzung nicht möglich ist. Hier ist die Versteifungseinrichtung ein sogenannter Folder aus einer ausreichend dicken, klarsichtigen Kunststoffolie, die beachtlich breiter ist als der Reißverschluß, den es zu präsentieren gilt, wobei zwei Längsränder des Folienstreifens um die Kanten der Reißverschlußtragbänder umlegbar sind und einen Schlitz für die Schieberbetätigung freilassen. Im übrigen sind die Reißverschlußtragbänder über Schweißverbindungen mit dieser Folie vereinigt. Diese Ausführungsform hat sich bewährt. Sie genügt hohen Ansprüchen, ist jedoch herstellungstechnisch aufwendig. Der Begriff Pappe umfaßt auch ein Halbzeug, welches in der Praxis als Karton bezeichnet wird und für die Herstellung von Kartonagen eingesetzt wird. Die Dicke des Versteifungsstreifens richtet sich nach der Gestaltung dieses generell als Pappe bezeichneten Werkstoffes. Das läßt sich besonders leicht dann verwirklichen, wenn der Reißverschluß textile, als Gewebe oder Gewirke ausgeführte Reißverschlußtragbänder aufweist, die aus Kunststoffilamenten hergestellt sind. Im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung befindet sich die Klebverbindung 6 reißverschlußgliederfern im Bereich der Kante des Versteifungsstreifens 5, wie die Fig. 2 erkennen läßt. Die Klebverbindung 6 besitzt gegenüber dem Versteifungsstreifen 5 eine größere Adhäsion als gegenüber den Reißverschlußtragbändern 2, die folglich leicht abgezogen werden können. Aggregat aus einerseits einem Reißverschluß mit Reißverschlußtragbändern, Verschlußgliedern und Betätigungsschieber, sowie andererseits einem Versteifungsbauteil,

wobei eine Verbindung zwischen Reißverschluß und Versteifungsbauteil lediglich im Bereich der Reißverschlußtragbänder angeordnet ist und das Versteifungsbauteil eine Schieberbetätigungsbahn freiläßt,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

das Versteifungsbauteil als Versteifungsstreifen (5) aus Pappe ausgebildet ist und der Reißverschluß (1) auf dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) angeordnet ist,

daß die Verbindung (6) zwischen Reißverschluß (1) und Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine Kleberverbindung (6) ist, die auf dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine Schieberbetätigungsbahn (7) freiläßt,

daß die Kleberverbindung (6) gegenüber dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine größere Adhäsionskraft aufweist als gegenüber den Reißverschlußtragbändern (2)

und daß zumindest die dem Reißverschluß (1) abgewandte Rückseite des Versteifungsstreifens (5) als Kennzeichnungsträger ausgebildet ist.Unit consisting of a zipper with zipper carrying straps, fastener elements and actuating slides on the one hand, and a stiffening component on the other hand,

das Versteifungsbauteil als Versteifungsstreifen (5) aus Pappe ausgebildet ist und der Reißverschluß (1) auf dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) angeordnet ist,

daß die Verbindung (6) zwischen Reißverschluß (1) und Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine Kleberverbindung (6) ist, die auf dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine Schieberbetätigungsbahn (7) freiläßt,

daß die Kleberverbindung (6) gegenüber dem Versteifungsstreifen (5) eine größere Adhäsionskraft aufweist als gegenüber den Reißverschlußtragbändern (2)
