Mappen sind mit Einheftlöchern versehen, mit Hilfe derer die Ablage im Aktenordner vorgesehen ist. Innerhalb des Ordners lassen sich darin eingeordnete Hefter leicht und mühelos lokalisieren und entnehmen. Durch die Verwendung unterschiedlich gefärbter Deckel bzw. durch eine unterscheidende Deckelbeschriftung bzw. -markierung sind einzelne Hefter rasch und einfach identifizierbar. Wenn einer der Deckel eine etwas größere Breite als der andere und das inliegende Schriftgut aufweist, kann sein Außenrand durch entsprechende Ausschnitte und Beschriftungen in einer Weise manipuliert werden, daß im Zusammenwirken mit weiteren, in ähnlicher Weise beschnittenen und markierten Heftern eine registraturmäßige Ablage im Aktenordner ermöglicht wird.With staplers, straps or staples that are fastened to it and provided with cover rails are used to hold perforated stapler contents.
