Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Archivsystem gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to an archive system according to the preamble of Claim 1.

Such archive systems are known and are made of boxes or box-like basic boxes with a rectangular layout made of cardboard, stacked in height and width or can be arranged side by side. These basic boxes serve to hold drawer elements, standard folders, Archive boxes and the like. A disadvantage of the known Archive systems is the fact that these archive systems are not sufficiently compatible with each other, that is not the individual modules of the modular system as a whole can be combined. For example, according to a known archive system differently dimensioned basic boxes are used, to be able to accommodate drawer elements or folders, what means that either only basic boxes one above the other or next to each other can be stacked to accommodate Serve folders, or basic boxes for recording Drawer units. This makes it more usable Archive systems affected. Furthermore, the known Archive systems for the purpose of stacking the Base modules separate connecting elements made of plastic or steel, in particular plastic frames enclosing the basic box with steel reinforcement required, so that for the Manufacture and very useful for recycling itself Uniformity of materials is not guaranteed. In addition, the known fasteners formed in a certain shape, so that they either connect horizontally arranged basic boxes or between vertical basic boxes. A However, simultaneous connection in the horizontal and vertical directions is not possible. In addition to lower stability of the composite, this diminishes also the versatility of such archive systems.

The object of the invention is to provide an archive system which is simpler Way an archive system in a stable mixed combination of over and Side-by-side arrangement thanks to basic boxes in which various module elements can be used.

This object is achieved by the in the characterizing part of Features contained claim 1 solved, expedient further developments of the archive system according to the invention by that contained in the subclaims Characteristics are marked.

According to the invention, the basic boxes are a stable archive system in a mixed network of side by side, one above the other and mixed side by side arranged basic boxes interconnectable, which by connecting elements takes place along predetermined fold lines in different Functional positions can be folded.

According to the invention, the archive system comes with a uniform basic box, which is used both to accommodate the Drawer elements, as well as optionally for holding standard folders and archive boxes. The basic box preferably has a dimension of the interior of approximately 310 mm depth, 380 mm in length and 320 mm in height, so that optionally different Standard folder, especially 5 standard folders with one Back width of 75 mm can be accommodated. Because of the uniform basic box for the different modules can be from the basic boxes by stacking and juxtaposition built up shelf system or archiving system extremely variable use by folders, Archive boxes and / or drawer elements can be used. It is also advantageous that all modules of the archive system are constructed from a flat blank. this makes possible on the one hand, advantages for transport and packaging of the flat blank and also ensures that the archiving system saves space when not in use can be. The basic box can optionally be fitted with an attachable Cover or a cover that can be put on is closed become. The drawer element can also be replaced by a clip-on hinged lid can be closed. Both the Basic box as well as the drawer element can thus be used as Transport boxes are used. The one from a separate blank assembled hinged lid can also in the case of Stacking or lining up several Basic boxes on the basic box to close its opening be used.

The basic box and the drawer element are expedient double-walled with respect to the side walls, so that appropriate loads can be absorbed. The connection the basic boxes are interconnected by connecting elements, the same material with the other module elements made of cardboard and preferably cut to size the basic box are integrated, so easily if necessary can be broken out of the basic box.

Since all elements of the archive system in an advantageous manner Made from cardboard is a simple one Given recycling. Due to the foldability arise Advantages for warehousing when the archive system is not in use. Furthermore, the drawer element can be made simpler if necessary Be converted as a hanging folder element by an inner ring made of cardboard, which also consists of a flat Blank is built up, inserted. The inner ring also brings an advantageous stiffening and stabilization of the drawer element. The individual elements are so on top of each other agreed that with a combination, that is, when assembling or when joining the individual elements, for example an additional Stabilization and strength of the structure of each Archive elements is guaranteed. The connecting tabs that preferably also made of cardboard like the basic box and moreover in the Cutting the basic box are included, show possible variations with regard to their design. This is achieved in that the connecting elements consist of strip-like bands with four grooves, which on the Grooves can be folded into the desired shape. This results in different, advantageous forms that the simultaneous connection laterally adjacent and one above the other basic boxes and the connection of basic boxes only in the vertical or only in the horizontal direction enable.

The archive system, as described below, includes as the basic module, designated 1 in FIG. 1, in the system uniformly constructed and with the same basic dimensions provided basic box made of rectangular bottom and four opposite Side walls 2, 3, 4 and 5, of which shown in Embodiment the side walls 2 and 4 the Long side walls and side walls 3 and 5 the narrow ones Form side walls. The basic box 1 is from one of FIG. 3 one-piece blank made of cardboard produced by appropriate folding. The base module Basic box 1 open at the top or front can also be opened by a made from a blank according to FIG. 11 Hinged lid 6 are closed, the to be described in more detail Tabs into corresponding openings in the basic box 1 can be used and closed by a locking tongue. Optional can the open top box instead of the hinged cover 6 1 are closed by a slip-on cover 7, the likewise from a blank corresponding to FIG. 10 is constructed. The hinged lid is particularly suitable for Close the basic boxes if they are part of a wall-like archive system from one another and / or side by side arranged basic boxes, whereas by the attachable Cover 7 the basic box 1 becomes a transport box.

This basic box, which is the basic module, is compatible with other archive elements of the system, namely based on one 4 to 7 existing drawer element, which for Hanging systems an inner ring shown as a blank in Fig. 6 has and if necessary with a slip lid a transport box can be closed. The drawer element is can be pushed into the basic box. This also applies to those in the 8 and 9 explained archive box. The basic box 1 is also so designed that you can choose from seven standard 50s folders five standard 75 folders or four standard 80 folders can record, with the usual ring folder under standard folder, such as ring binder from Leitz (registered trademark) be understood with appropriate back width. For this purpose, the basic box 1 with respect to the assembled state their interior a depth of about 310 mm, a length of about 380 mm and a height or width of about 320 mm. It is essential that both the folder and the following still described drawer element including the Archive boxes are compatible with one and the same basic box, so that shelf-like wall systems can be built from the basic boxes with the standard folders, the drawer elements, and the archive boxes and other module elements are. To meet these requirements also in terms of strength to become the basic box 1 in the illustrated embodiment double-walled with respect to the side walls 2 to 5 formed, as can be seen clearly from Fig. 2 left representation results. After that, the basic box is cut accordingly Fig. 3, from which the basic box 1 by appropriate folding longitudinal groovings can be produced, additional foldable inwards Wall sections 8 to 11, which according to Fig. 2 over the wall sections 2 to 5 inwards to the floor the basic box 1 are folded and so the two-layer side wall structure form the basic box 1. Here are between the Side walls 2 to 5 and corresponding additional wall carving 8 to 11 two creases for folding provided that delimit a thin web 12 between them, so that there is a circumferential, through the thickness of the web 12th certain upper edge of the basic box 1 results in which openings 13, 14 and 15 designed to accommodate the hinged lid are. These openings 13, 14 and 15 are also cut 3, the openings serve here 13 and 14 for receiving foldable insert tabs 16 and 17 of the hinged lid 6, which after insertion through the openings 13 and 14 are unfolded again, so that the hinged cover is firmly anchored in the basic box 1. The further one and opposite opening 15 serves to receive the Closing tongue 18 of the hinged cover 6. Further details of the Hinged lid 6 result from the blank according to FIG. 11, the graphical representation in terms of details of the hinged lid is so clear that one goes into detail Description is superfluous, since the expert of the representations the blanks in the figures without further structure, arrangement and functionality and thus the essential technical and functional features. Here are the creases in the blanks, i.e. the folded edges indicated by dashed representations. The pulled out Lines represent trailing edges of the blank.

The details of the cutting of the slip lid 7 result in turn from the blank according to FIG. 10 in an analog manner Way, without additional explanations being required. However, the slip lid contains two opposite Side recesses or openings 19, a total of four on the Number that is used to hold connecting elements according to FIG. 2 serve, a fixation one above the other, with To ensure slip covers provided basic boxes. Finally contains the basic box approximately at the middle of the side walls in the area immediately adjacent to the corner edges in each case arranged on the two opposite longitudinal side walls Openings or recesses 20 analogous to the openings or recesses 19 of the slip lid 7, which is for inclusion in the following connecting elements for the Stacking or side-by-side arrangement and appropriate fixation of several basic boxes. This Openings 20 are also cut to size in the basic boxes according to FIG. 3 indicated and can be found complementary in the over the side walls to fall additional side wall sections 9 and 11, these recesses with the reference numerals 20a are provided.

The bottom of the basic box is shown in FIG. 3 Folded sections 21, 22, 23 and 24 are formed, the interior is limited by the bottom portion 24. Access openings for transport are in the side walls 3 and 5 represented by a punched flap with grooves, see above dag the handle openings after breaking through the Tab can be formed. This designated in Fig. 3 with 25 Access tabs correspond in size and Alignment with the access openings 26 in the additional Wall sections 8 and 10.

30, die im übrigen zwischen sich einen dünnen Steg 33 begrenzen.3 are two connecting lugs 27 and 28, which when used from the additional Wall section 8 to lie inside when the basic box is set up comes, can be broken out. These fasteners 27 and 28 are designed as strip-like bands, the two central grooves 29 and 30 and two outside Grooves 31 and 32 included, so that the connecting elements as required, as shown in Fig. 2 can be folded right. For this, the outside Grooves 31 and 32 at a distance from the free ends of the connecting elements 27 and 28 arranged, which is preferably greater than the distance between the grooves 31 and 32 to the closest central grooves 29 or 30, which, moreover, has a thin web 33 between them limit.

As can be seen from FIG. 2, right representation, two juxtaposed basic boxes by corresponding M-shaped folded connectors can be inserted at 34. As shown in Fig. 2, right illustration below, wear the outer tabs of the fasteners above the basic box, so that they are stacked connections can be used. There are two on the side Fasteners used at 35 which are substantially G-shaped are bent. These are also available after insertion in the corresponding openings 20 upwards, so that they as Stacked connections for the stacking of the Basic boxes serve. For piercing the connecting elements it is essential that the side walls are double-walled are trained because this ensures good anchoring of the connecting elements and overall stiffening on the Connection areas results. The thin web 33 is used here to bridge the double wall structure of the side walls. If, on the other hand, the connecting elements are folded in a U-shape, so can the openings 20 by simply inserting or Attach the U-shaped connecting straps closed become. Here, one of the U-legs of the Connecting element between the additional wall section and the actual side wall so that the inserted connecting element is also fixed accordingly.

Fig. 5 zeigt den Zuschnitt des in die Grundbox 1 einschiebbaren Schubladenelementes, wobei die Fig. 4 das Aufrichten bzw. den Aufbau des Schubladenelementes aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 5 zeigt, so daß detaillierte Ausführungen insbesondere hinsichtlich Form, Anordnung und Gestaltung des Zuschnitts nicht erforderlich sind, da sich dies für den Fachmann ohne weiteres aus den Darstellungen gemäß den Fig. 4 und 5 ergibt.5 shows the cut of the insertable into the basic box 1 Drawer element, FIG. 4, the erection or the structure of the drawer element from the blank Fig. 5 shows, so that detailed explanations in particular in terms of shape, arrangement and design of the cut are not necessary, since this is without the specialist further results from the representations according to FIGS. 4 and 5.

Should the drawer element be converted into a hanging system be, so that usual hanging files in the drawer element can be hung, so is used as a cut 6 visible inner ring 36 in the drawer element used, the upper peripheral edge for the Supporting the hanging system. An additional Reinforcement is not necessary.

The apparent from Fig. 4 drawer element 37, which with respect the side walls also for the purpose of stabilization double-layered or double-walled by appropriate folding additional wall sections is formed can a slip-on cover 38 can be combined so that the drawer element can be used independently as a carrying box can. The slip lid 38, which also consists of one piece Seam cut is produced as a cut from Fig. 7. As from the cutting of the inner ring Fig. 6 can be seen are with through openings of the Corresponding access openings 39 provided so that the drawer element is carried separately can be. The corresponding access openings in the Drawer elements are identified by reference number 40.
