Claims (5)

  1. Wässrige Schmier- und Desinfektionslösung für Förderketten von Gefässen in der Lebensmittelindustrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie umfaßt
    - eine wirksame Menge mindestens eines Etheramins der Formeln:

            R-O-(CH₂)₃-NH₂     (1)

    oder

            RO-(CH₂)₃-NH(CH₂)₃-NH₂     (2)

    worin R eine gesättigte oder ungesättigte, verzweigte C₆- bis C₂₁-Alkylkette darstellt, wobei das Etheramin mittels einer organischen Säure ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Essigsäure, Hydroxyessigsäure, Gluconsäure, Milchsäure, Benzoesäure, den C₈- bis C₂₀-Fettsäuren, wie etwa Kopra-Fettsäure oder Oleinsäure, oder mittels einer Mineralsäure ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Phosphorsäure und Salzsäure vollständig oder teilweise bis zu einem pH-Wert von 5 bis 9, bevorzugt von 6 bis 8, neutralisiert worden ist,
    - ein oberflächenaktives Mittel, bevorzugt nicht-ionisch und ausgewählt aus den wenig schäumenden Produkten, und
    - ein wasserlösliches Lösungsmittel ausgewählt aus, einerseits den kurzkettigen C₁- bis C₈-Alkoholen und bevorzugt den C₂- oder C₃-Alkoholen der Gruppe umfassend Ethanol, n-Propanol, oder Isopropanol, und, andererseits den Glykolethern der Gruppe umfassend die Methyl-, Ethyl-, Butyl- oder Phenylether von Propylen- oder Dipropylen- oder Tripropylenglykol, sowie den gleichen Ethern von Ethylen- oder Diethylenglykol.
  2. Wässrige Schmier- und Desinfektionslösung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etheramin mittels Essigsäure oder Gluconsäure neutralisiert ist.
  3. Wässrige Schmier- und Desinfektionslösung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einer Konzentration von 0,2 bis 1 Vol.-% hergestellt ist, und daß sie mindestens ein vollständig oder teilweise neutralisiertes Etheramin gemäß Formel (1) und/oder (2), sowie ein oberflächenaktives Mittel und ein wasserlösliches Lösungsmittel enthält.
  4. Verfahren zur Schmierung und Desinfektion einer Förderkette von Gefässen in der Lebensmittelindustrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man auf eine Förderkette in der Lebensmittelindustrie eine wässrige Schmier- und Desinfektionslösung aufbringt, umfassend
    - eine wirksame Menge mindestens eines Etheramins der Formeln:

            R-O-(CH₂)₃-NH₂     (1)

    oder

            RO-(CH₂)₃-NH(CH₂)₃-NH₂     (2)

    worin R eine gesättigte oder ungesättigte, verzweigte C₆- bis C₂₁-Alkylkette darstellt, wobei das Etheramin mittels einer organischen Säure ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Essigsäure, Hydroxyessigsäure, Gluconsäure, Milchsäure, Benzoesäure, den C₈- bis C₂₀-Fettsäuren, wie etwa Kopra-Fettsäure oder Oleinsäure, oder mittels einer Mineralsäure ausgewählt aus der Gruppe umfassend Phosphorsäure und Salzsäure vollständig oder teilweise bis zu einem pH-Wert von 5 bis 9, bevorzugt von 6 bis 8, neutralisiert worden ist,
    - ein oberflächenaktives Mittel, bevorzugt nicht-ionisch und ausgewählt aus den wenig schäumenden Produkten, und
    - ein wasserlösliches Lösungsmittel ausgewählt aus, einerseits den kurzkettigen C₁- bis C₈-Alkoholen und bevorzugt den C₂- oder C₃-Alkoholen der Gruppe umfassend Ethanol, n-Propanol, oder Isopropanol, und, andererseits den Glykolethern der Gruppe umfassend die Methyl-, Ethyl-, Butyl- oder Phenylether von Propylen- oder Dipropylen- oder Tripropylenglykol, sowie den gleichen Ethern von Ethylen- oder Diethylenglykol.
  5. Konzentrat, das geeignet bei Verdünnung mit einer geeigneten Wassermenge die wässrige Schmier- und Desinfektionslösung nach Anspruch 3 zu liefern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie wie folgt zusammengesetzt ist:
    - neutralisiertes Etheramin: 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 10 bis 17 Gew.-%,
    - wenig schäumendes oberflächenaktives Mittel: 2 bis 10 Gew.-%,
    - Lösungsmittel vom Alkohol- oder Etherglykoltyp; 2 bis 10 Gew.-%,
    - Wasser q.s.p. 100%.
