Claims (12)

  1. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter zum Verdichten eines Kühlmittels eines Kühlsystems, umfassend:
    einen Zylinderblock (1) mit einer mittigen Achse, einer zylindrischen mittigen Bohrung (1a), welche koaxial mit der mittigen Achse ausgebildet ist, und mit einer Mehrzahl an axialen Zylinderbohrungen (1b), welche rund um und parallel zu der mittigen Achse angeordnet sind, wobei jede der axialen Zylinderbohrungen (1b) mindestens ein Bohrungsende aufweisen, durch welches Kühlmittel eintreten und daraus ausgestoßen werden kann;
    eine Gehäuseanordnung, welche ein Paar Gehäuse (2, 4) einschließt, welche luftdicht mit den gegenüberliegenden Enden des Zylinderblocks (1) verbunden sind, wobei eines der Gehäuse mit einem der axialen Enden des Zylinderblocks (1) über eine Trennwandplatte (3) verbunden ist und darin eine Ansaugkammer (17) für das zu verdichtende Kühlmittel, welche in Fließverbindung mit der zylindrischen mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) steht, und eine Ausstoßkammer (18) für das verdichtete Kühlmittel bildet, welche um die Ansaugkammer (17) herum angeordnet und von dieser abgetrennt ist;
    eine drehbare Antriebswelle (6), deren axiale Enden von in der Gehäuseanordnung und dem Zylinderblock (1) sitzenden Lagern drehbar gehalten sind;
    eine Mehrzahl an Hubkolben (15), welche in der Mehrzahl von axialen Zylinderbohrungen (1b) des Zylinderblocks (1) eingepaßt sind, wobei jeder Kolben in einer aus der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) zum Ansaugen, Verdichten und Ausstoßen des Kühlmittels hin- und herbewegt wird;
    ein mittels Taumelscheibe betriebener Kolbenantriebsmechanismus, welcher rund um die drehbare Antriebswelle (6) angeordnet ist, um die Hubbewegung der Mehrzahl von Hubkolben (15) in der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) im Zusammenwirken mit der Antriebswelle (6) anzutreiben; und
    eine Drehventilvorrichtung, welche in der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks angeordnet und mit der Antriebswelle (6) so verbunden ist, daß sie zusammen mit der Antriebswelle (6) gedreht wird;
    wobei der Verdichter ferner eine Fluiddurchlaßvorrichtung umfaßt, welche eine Mehrzahl an radialen Fluiddurchgängen umfaßt, so daß eine konstante Fluidverbindung zwischen jeder aus der Mehrzahl der Zylinderbohrungen (1b) und der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) geschaffen ist,
    wobei die Drehventilvorrichtung mindestens ein zylindrisches Element (22) umfaßt, welches auf eines der axialen Enden der Antriebswelle (6) gekeilt und mit einer äußeren zylindrischen Oberfläche versehen ist, welche gleitend in die mittige zylindrische Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) paßt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehventilvorrichtung mit einem Fluiddurchgang versehen ist, welcher eine axiale Sackbohrung (25a) einschließt, welche mittig in dem zylindrischen Element (22) ausgebildet ist, so daß es mit der Ansaugkammer (17) der Gehäuseanordnung in Verbindung steht, wobei eine umlaufende Nut (25b) in der äußeren zylindrischen Oberfläche so ausgebildet ist, daß sie mit der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) über die radialen Fluiddurchgänge der Fluiddurchlaßvorrichtung in Verbindung steht,
    und wobei eine radiale Bohrung (25c) in dem zylindrischen Element (22) so ausgebildet ist, daß sie die axiale Sackbohrung (25a) mit der umlaufenden Nut (25b) verbindet, wobei der Fluiddurchlaß des zylindrischen Elements (22), welcher eine Zufuhr des noch nicht verdichteten Kühlmittels aus der Ansaugkammer (17) des Gehäuses zu mindestens einem aus der Mehrzahl der Zylinderbohrungen (1b) über die Fluiddurchlaßvorrichtung ermöglicht, während diese mindestens eine Zylinderbohrung (1b) in der Ansaugphase ist, um dorthinein das zu komprimierende Kühlmittel im Zusammenwirken mit den Hubkolben (15) einzusaugen, entsprechend der Drehung der Antriebswelle (6) und der Drehventilvorrichtung.
  2. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin die Mehrzahl an radialen Durchgängen der Durchlaßvorrichtung in der Trennwandplatte (3) ausgebildet sind;
    wobei jeder der radialen Durchgänge radial sich gegenüberliegende erste und zweite Enden aufweist;
    wobei das erste Ende ständig mit der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) in Verbindung steht und das zweite Ende ständig mit dem Bohrungsende einer aus der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) in Verbindung steht.
  3. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin diese Mehrzahl an radialen Durchgängen der Durchlaßvorrichtung in dem Zylinderblock (1) gebildet ist;
    wobei jede der radialen Bohrungen (25c) radial sich gegenüberliegende erste und zweite Enden aufweist;
    wobei das erste Ende ständig mit der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) in Verbindung steht und das zweite Ende ständig mit dem Bohrungsende einer aus der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) in Verbindung steht.
  4. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin das zylindrische Element (22) der Drehventilvorrichtung axial durch ein Drucklager gelagert ist, welches in einem Lagersitz aufgenommen ist, welcher in der Ansaugkammer (17) der Gehäuseanordnung ausgebildet ist.
  5. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 4, worin das zylindrische Element (22) der Drehventilvorrichtung ständig in Axialrichtung gegen das Drucklager durch ein elastisches Element gedrückt wird, so daß jegliches axiales Spiel des zylindrischen Elements (22) während dessen Drehbewegung zusammen mit der Antriebswelle (6) verhindert wird.
  6. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin die umlaufende Nut (25b) der Drehventilvorrichtung eine solche vorgegebene umlaufende Länge aufweist, daß jede der Zylinderbohrungen (1b) des Zylinderblocks (1) nach einer gewählten kurzen Zeitdauer in Verbindung mit der Ansaugkammer (17) gebracht wird, während der dem Kühlmittelgas, das nach dem Verdichten in dem Bohrungsende der Zylinderbohrung (1b) verbleibt, erlaubt wird zu expandieren.
  7. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 6, worin die vorgegebene Umfangslänge der umlaufenden Nut (25b) der Drehventilvorrichtung ferner so bestimmt wird, daß jede Zylinderbohrung (1b) des Zylinderblocks (1) von der Ansaugkammer (17) nach einer anderen gewählten kurzen Zeitdauer getrennt wird, während welcher das den Zylinderbohrungen (1b) zugeführte noch nicht verdichtete Kühlmittel angefangen wird zu komprimieren.
  8. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin die Drehventilvorrichtung ferner umfaßt:
    ein zylindrisches hohles Buchsenelement, welches fest in die mittige zylindrische Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) eingepaßt ist; wobei das zylindrische hohle Buchsenelement mit einer zylindrischen Wandung ausgebildet ist, welche hierin eine axiale Bohrung bildet, welche drehend das zylindrische Element (22) aufnimmt, und wobei eine Mehrzahl an Fenstern in der Zylinderwandung ausgebildet ist, welche ständig in Verbindung mit der Durchlaßvorrichtung stehen, und worin die umlaufende Nut (25b) des Durchgangs der Drehventilvorrichtung mit der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) über die Mehrzahl an Fenstern des zylindrischen hohlen Buchsenelements und der Fluiddurchlaßvorrichtung verbindbar ist, wobei die umlaufende Nut (25b) eine vorgegebene umlaufende Länge aufweist, wobei die umlaufende Nut (25b) mit der axialen Sackbohrung (25a) über die radiale Bohrung (25c) in Fließverbindung steht, welche in dem zylindrischen Element (22) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 8, worin das zylindrische hohle Buchsenelement gegen einen ringförmigen Absatz anliegt, welcher in einem der Gehäuse (2; 4) der Gehäuseanordnung ausgebildet ist, so daß es die Ansaugkammer (17) umrundet, wodurch die Axialbohrung des zylindrischen hohlen Buchsenelements ständig in Verbindung mit der Ansaugkammer (17) steht.
  10. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 1, worin das mit einem axialen Ende des Zylinderblocks (1) über die Trennwandplatte (3) verbundene Gehäuse mit einer darin ausgebildeten zylindrischen Trennwand ausgestattet ist, so daß eine zylindrische Wandoberfläche, welche die Ansaugkammer (17) umschließt, vorhanden ist, durch welche die Ansaugkammer (17) von der Ausstoßkammer (18) abgetrennt ist, und worin die Drehventilvorrichtung ferner mit einem Teil hiervon drehbar in Eingriff mit der zylindrischen Wandoberfläche der zylindrischen Trennwand der Gehäuseanordnung steht, und wobei ein zusätzlicher Fluiddurchgang hierin vorhanden ist zum Steuern bzw. Regeln des Ausstoßes des Kühlmittelgases nach der Kompression aus mindestens einem aus der Mehrzahl der Zylinderbohrungen (1b) zur Ausstoßkammer (18) der Gehäuseanordnung über die Mittel zur Bildung einer ständigen Fließverbindung zwischen jedem aus der Mehrzahl der Zylinderbohrungen (1b) und der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) und einer Mehrzahl an Anstoßbohrungen, welche in der zylindrischen Trennwand der Gehäuseanordnung gebildet sind, um die Ausstoßkammer (18) zu öffnen, solange mindestens eine Zylinderbohrung (1b) einen Ausstoßhub vollführt, wobei hieraus Kühlmittelgas nach dem Verdichten zusammenwirkend mit den hin- und herbewegten Kolben (15) als Folge der Drehung der Antriebswelle (6) und der Drehventilvorrichtung ausgestoßen wird.
  11. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 10, worin der zusätzliche Fluiddurchgang der Drehventilvorrichtung eine axiale Nut hierin so ausgebildet enthält, daß die Möglichkeit der Verbindung der Durchlaßvorrichtung zur Bildung einer ständigen Fluidverbindung zwischen jedem aus der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (16) und der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) mit einer aus der Mehrzahl an Ausstoßbohrungen der Gehäuseanordnung in einer Abfolge besteht in Folge der Drehung der Drehventilvorrichtung.
  12. Hubkolben-Kühlmittelverdichter nach Anspruch 10, worin die Durchlaßvorrichtung, welche eine ständige Fluidverbindung zwischen jeder aus der Mehrzahl an Zylinderbohrungen (1b) und der mittigen Bohrung (1a) des Zylinderblocks (1) schafft, eine Mehrzahl an radialen Durchgängen umfaßt, welche in der Trennwandplatte (3) ausgebildet sind und worin der zusätzliche Fluiddurchgang der Drehventilvorrichtung eine axiale Nut hierin so ausgebildet umfaßt, daß sie in der Lage ist, jeden aus der Mehrzahl an radialen Durchgängen der Trennwandplatte mit einer aus der Mehrzahl der Ausstoßbohrungen der Gehäuseanordnung in einer Abfolge zu verbinden, als Folge der Drehung der Drehventilvorrichtung.
