Eine Heizvorrichtung der vorstehend genannten Art ist aus der DE-OS 40 13 212 bekannt. Bei einer solchen Heizvorrichtung können Kaltleiter zur Erwärmung eines Wärmetauschers direkt oder auch mittels eines Trägerkörpers in eine Tasche in einem als Wärmetauscher dienenden Metallkörper eingesetzt werden, wobei eine zwischen die Kaltleiter eingeführte Feder diese mit jeweils einer eine metallische Kontaktbelegung aufweisenden Fläche gegen eine zugeordnete Fläche des Metallkörpers drückt. Die Feder greift dabei jeweils an der anderen metallischen Kontaktbelegung an, so daß der elektrische Anschluß der Kaltleiter über den den Wärmetauscher bildenden Metallkörper einerseits und die Feder andererseits erfolgt.A heating device of the type mentioned above is known from DE-OS 40 13 212. Es ist aber auch möglich, eine Feder und einen Kontaktstift in den Trägerkörper 4 einzuspritzen, um die Haltleiter in die Tasche 2 zu pressen und zu kontaktieren. Diese Möglichkeit ist nicht eigens dargestellt. Ersichtlich können aufgrund der vorstehend erläuterten Ausgestaltung von Metallkörper 1 und Trägerkörper 4 metallische Kontaktbelegungen der in den Ausnehmungen 6 befindlichen Kaltleiter beim Einführen in die Tasche 2 des Metallkörpers 1 nicht an den Flächen 3 reiben, weil sie praktisch erst nach dem vollständigen Einführen des Trägerkörpers 4 in die Tasche 2 mit den Flächen 3 in Kontakt gelangen. Es wird nicht nur ein Abrieb von metallischen Kontaktbelegungen der Kaltleiter an den Flächen 3 der Tasche 2 daher vermieden sondern die Kaltleiter werden auch mit relativ großem Druck gegen diese Flächen gepreßt.The cuboid carrier body 4 is provided with recesses 6 on opposite sides from the surfaces 5 for receiving disc-shaped PTC thermistors (not shown). Claims (1)

Heizvorrichtung zum Erwärmen strömender Medien mit einem durch Kaltleiter beheizten Wärmetauscher (1) aus warmeleitendem Metall, mit einer im Wärmetauscher (1) vorgesehenen schlitzförmigen Tasche (2) und mit einem in seiner Form an die Tasche (2) angepaßten quaderförmigen Trägerkörper (4) für Kaltleiter, der an sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (5) Ausnehmungen (6) zur Aufnahme der Kaltleiter sowie einen Innenkanal (8) zur Aufnahme einer Kontaktfeder aufweist, so daß beim Einführen des Trägerkörpers (4) mit den in seinen Ausnehmungen (6) befindlichen Kaltleitern in die Tasche (2) die Kaltleiter an ihnen gegenüberliegenden Taschenflächen (3) angepreßt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens die die Ausnehmungen (6) aufweisenden Flächen (5) des Trägerkörpers (4) sowie die diesen gegenüberliegenden Flächen (3) der Tasche (2) derart abgeschrägt sind, daß der Querschnitt des Trägerkörpers (4) und der Tasche (2) von der Einführungsseite her nach innen abnimmt.
