Claims (2)

  1. Textile Armierung, die zur Herstellung von insbesondere nach dem "Zieh-Strangpressen" genannten Verfahren gewonnenen Schichtverbundwerkstoffen verwendbar ist, mit drei Sätzen von relativ zueinander unterschiedlich orientierten Fäden (1a, 1b, 2), wobei zwei (1a, 1b) in zueinander entgegengesetzter Richtung schräg zur Längsrichtung angeordnet sind, und wobei die Fäden (2) des dritten Satzes ihrerseits parallel zur Längsrichtung angeordnet und zwischen den beiden Sätzen der schräg angeordneten Fäden (1a, 1b) eingeschlossen sind, und bei der die längsverlaufenden Fäden (2) zumindest teilweise aus Fäden mit einer Warmklebefähigkeit gebildet werden, deren Adhäsionsvermögen nach Herstellung des Geflechts entwickelt wurde, und die die Verbindung der äußeren zweiseitig gerichteten Lagen (1a, 1b) gewährleisten, ohne daß sich die Fäden aus ihrer Lage relativ zueinander verschieben können, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das röhrenförmige Geflecht entlang einer Mantellinie aufgeschnitten und anschließend flach ausgebreitet wurde, wodurch eine Armierung in Form einer biegsamen Faserbahn erhalten wird, die aus einer einzigen dreiseitig gerichteten Lage besteht.
  2. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Materials nach Anspruch 1, bei dem ein röhrenförmiges Geflecht gebildet wird, das zumindest zwei Sätze von ineinander verflochtenen und schräg zur Mantellinie des geflochtenen Schlauches angeordneten Fäden (1a, 1b) aufweist, und bei dem gleichzeitig mit dem Bilden des Geflechts in dieses ein Satz von parallelen längsverlaufenden Fäden (2) zwischen die schräg angeordneten Fäden (1a, 1b) eingefügt wird, die zumindest teilweise aus Fäden mit einer Warmklebefähigkeit gebildet werden, wobei die relative Lage der quer- und längsverlaufenden Fäden auf der Flechtmaschine durch eine thermische Behandlung fixiert wird, durch die die Warmklebefähigkeit der Fäden entwickelt wird, wobei die thermische Behandlung unter Beibehaltung der Form des röhrenförmigen Geflechts durchgeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Geflecht entlang einer Mantellinie aufgeschnitten und flach ausgebreitet wird, nachdem die Fäden relativ zueinander fixiert worden sind, wodurch eine Armierung erhalten wird, die aus einer einzigen dreiseitig gerichteten Lage besteht.
