The connection to the strap assembly 1 facilitates the carrying of ski pair 50 while keeping the inividual's arms free for other uses.

This avoids tiresome dangling of the extremity 68 of the belt 66 from the connector 74.
  • the loop fastener portion 64 can always be positioned adjacent to the hook fastener portion 62 of strap extremity 68, for whatever length adjustment of the belt 66.
