Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Behälterelement aus Kunststoff. The invention relates to a container element made of plastic.

The container elements according to the invention are, in particular, separable elements which form the bottom, the lid and the side walls of a box-shaped container and can be assembled to form the container. They are used for packaging, transport and exhibition of sales goods, especially food and beverages. The invention also relates to container elements which themselves form a container.

While previously used cardboard boxes can hardly slide against each other due to the surface condition of the cardboard used, there is a risk of slipping when plastic and plastic / cardboard surfaces lie on top of each other.

The containers formed from container elements are stacked on top of one another in a known manner for transport and storage, the bottom surfaces being able to be arranged congruently to one another or transversely to one another. Since the new containers are also used for sale as display boxes, it often happens that the individual boxes are also inclined. There is therefore a need to secure the containers or container elements against slipping against one another or even slipping off.

The invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a container or a container element by means of which containers or containers formed from container elements are prevented from sliding against one another, in particular even when mixed with cardboard boxes.

This object is achieved by the characterizing features of patent claim 1. Further features emerge from the subclaims.

According to the invention, the container element made of plastic has at least one studded area on at least one of its surfaces. These knobs are expediently arranged in the corner areas of the respective surfaces. If the center line symmetry or center point symmetry is adhered to, it is ensured that when stacking and stacking containers on top of one another, studded areas each stand on or abut one another. This prevents the containers from sliding against each other, even if they are on an inclined plane, or are arranged at an angle for sale. Furthermore, according to the invention, a safety function is achieved because the arrangement and configuration of the knobs ensures that only container elements with the same knob system are compatible, that is, they can be safely stacked together. When using the knob system on the loading surface of a pallet, only container elements with corresponding corresponding knob systems can be stacked on their base or contact surface.

In order to be able to seal the containers formed from the container elements in a suitable manner, the surfaces of the container elements are often subdivided into several areas, between which there are tracks or grooves for sealing tapes which are looped around the container elements. In this case it is provided that the studded areas are arranged in the corner areas of the individual surfaces.

Advantageously, the dimpled areas are dimensioned and spaced from one another such that at least two dimpled areas always lie on or on top of one another if surfaces provided with the dimpled areas lie congruently or transversely to one another. A container formed from the container element according to the invention can thus be stacked as desired.

Each pimple field is preferably formed by the arrangement of pimples which are closely spaced apart on the container surface. It is advantageously proposed that the knob fields are formed within a rectangular contour, the knobs being arranged either in lines running parallel to the sides of the rectangular contour or in oblique lines. Successive rows are preferably offset from one another, in particular with a gap.

If the dimpled fields are not arranged in a rectangular contour but, for example, in a round one, then they are arranged parallel or at an angle to a right-angled coordinate system.

In a particularly preferred manner, the studded areas can have open areas on which no studs are arranged, so that the open areas have symbol or letter contours.

The knobs are preferably spherical segment-shaped projections, which can also have a hemispherical shape.

Due to the spherical segment-shaped knobs arranged in oblique lines, an anti-slip device is provided in an ideal manner, which acts practically in every direction of movement. Even if the container element provided with the knobs is used as the side surface of a container, the knob fields offer a slip protection against the sliding of adjacent containers. In addition, the container elements are used as a bottom or top surface, so that the containers can be stacked accordingly. The knob systems provide a surprising holding effect when stacked on top of each other ter container by the interlocking of the knobs, whereby stacked container elements do not slip against each other even in a substantial inclined position. Even with mixed stacking of plastic and cardboard containers, there is a good hold between the containers.

Since the containers are particularly subject to cleaning regulations, it is advantageously proposed to design the contact edges between the knobs and the surface of the container element as radii, which results in smooth transitions. Dirt is difficult to settle in these soft transitions, so that the container elements are easy to clean. The radii also reduce the risk of injury.

Overall, the knobs arranged in rectangular contours offer a visually uniform appearance, which is an aesthetic moment that comes into play when the containers formed from the container elements are used as display boxes.

Further advantages and features result from the following description with reference to the figures. Show:
  • 1 shows a view of a surface of a container element with knob surfaces; and
  • Fig. 2 is a partially sectioned schematic view of a container element seen from the narrow side.

Gleiche Elemente sind mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen. The same elements are provided with the same reference symbols.

The container elements shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are, roughly speaking, tray-shaped container elements 1 which have two surfaces 2 and 3, two longitudinal edges 4 and 5 and two narrow edges 6 and 7.

One of the surfaces is provided as an outer surface 3, the other as an inner surface 2. In the area of the outer surface 3 and the longitudinal edges 4, 5, groove-like or track-like depressions 8 are provided for fastening tapes. On the longitudinal edges 4 and 5 and the narrow edges 6, 7, the container elements are provided with a recess 9 in the lower area, as a result of which the container elements can be stacked one inside the other. Otherwise, the container elements are provided with connecting devices 10 and inside with stiffening elements 11.

On the underside of the container 3 there are arranged knobs 12 which, as shown in FIG. 2, have a spherical segment-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG. 1, the knobs 12 are grouped in rectangular knobs that lie essentially within a rectangular contour. The knobs are arranged in rows 14a and 14b, which are expediently staggered from row to row evenly with respect to each other. The knob fields 13 themselves are arranged symmetrically to the surface center lines in the corner regions of the surface 3 of the container.

As shown in the preferred embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the surface 3 of the container element 1 is divided into two, namely by the fastener tape track 8 along the central axis. Rectangular pimples are therefore arranged in the corner areas of the surfaces formed, symmetrically to the center lines of the respective surface.

It is obvious that, in addition to a very good appearance, there is a very effective anti-slip protection provided by the nub fields when these lie against or on top of one another when stacking containers formed from container elements according to the invention. Even if a container element with its surface provided with nubs is placed transversely on another container element, at least two nub fields with parts of their nubs lie one above the other.
