Abstract

A multipart gas burner head consists of a support body and a cap, a gas nozzle ring being held between cap and support body. Bei diesem Gasbrenner ist der Brennerkopf zweiteilig gebildet, wobei hier die Brennerkappe mit dem Brenner-Düsenring einteilig gebildet ist. Eine andere Anordnung eines Gasbrenners ist beispielsweise in der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE 37 09 445 beschrieben und dargestellt. Auch hier ists der Gasbrennerkopf zweiteilig ausgebildet. In der Offenlegungsschrift wird vor allen Dingen die Führung des Primärgasstromes innerhalb des Brenners behandelt. So ist beispielsweise in der Fig. 4 der Anmeldung ein Schnittbild eines Gasbrenners dargestellt, der auf seiner Brennerwand des Tragekörpers ein ringförmiges Leitelement trägt, welches dazu dient, den Gasstrom den Austrittsöffnungen, die hier mit der Brennerkappe verbunden sind, zuzuführen.Such gas burners are usually manufactured in several parts and are known in a wide variety of embodiments. Ein derartiger Blechstreifen läßt sich durch Stanzen schnell zu herzustellen, wobei auch die engen Düsen bzw. Schlitze gut zu fertigen sind. Der aus dem Blechstreifen herzustellende Düsenring kann an seinen Stoßstellen entweder hart verlötet oder verschweißt werden.
