Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to petroleum production facilities and, more particularly, relates to facilities for cleaning the interior of the pipe from paraffin and other deposits in wells.
The operation of oil wells is made difficult by the intensive deposition of paraffin and other solid substances on the inner wall of risers, which considerably complicates and often completely excludes the flow of oil through them.
Various constructions of devices are used to clean the inside of the pipe.
A device is known for cleaning the inside of the pipe from petroleum manifolds of paraffin in a hermetically sealed system of oil and gas collection, which has arranged on the body of an upper and a lower cleaning head, cutting elements or knives, which are carried out on the outer side surface of the cleaning heads , and contains an assembly located in the upper part of the body for connection to a traction element (SU, A, 153890). The presence of a valve group, the shut-off element of which is connected to the traction element, and a sealing sleeve, which is arranged on the body, complicate these in the known device and reduce their operational reliability. The device can stick to the sections with an uneven intensity of the paraffin deposit and can be jammed on deformed pipe sections. The device is not intended for the removal of solid deposits.
A device for removing paraffin from the inner tube wall is known, which has a body in the form of a shaft, an upper and a lower cleaning head, which are arranged on the shaft with the possibility of rotation in the opposite sense in a liquid flow, cutting elements, which oppositely directed spirals are carried out on the outer surface of the cleaning heads, a main stabilizer lying on the shaft between the upper and lower cleaning heads and contains an assembly for connection to a traction element (SU, A, 1594265).
The known device has the disadvantage that the forces of the liquid flow are not sufficient to overcome the resistance which the cutting elements (pins) interacting with the tube wall provide. As a result, the cleaning heads do not rotate, which reduces the effectiveness and quality of cleaning the inner surface of the pipes.
The invention has for its object to perform a device for cleaning the interior of the paraffin and other deposits in such a way that the effectiveness and quality of cleaning in the presence of the gas factor by the choice of optimal structural geometric parameters of the components of the device while simultaneously Simplification of construction can be increased.

The mathematical relationships between the parameters of the components of the device according to the invention are determined experimentally and confirmed by the practice of operating the given device in oil fields.
The work of the device for cleaning the inside of the pipe from paraffin and other deposits is considered using the example of its one-piece design.
Die Einrichtung arbeitet wie folgt. The setup works as follows.
With the buffer slide closed, the device is placed in a lubricator (not shown), which is then hermetically sealed. The buffer slide is opened and the device is placed on the pulling member in a tubing string (not shown) until it comes into contact with the liquid which flows in under pressure from the bottom of the borehole. Because the cutting elements - knives 6 - lie on the cleaning heads 4, 5 on oppositely directed spirals, the cleaning heads 4, 5 rotate in the opposite direction in the liquid flow. The cutting
Then it is lifted up by the
The construction of the device according to the invention allows it to be operated safely in the presence of the gas factor in the liquid to be conveyed, ensures an excellent and effective cleaning of the interiors in automatic operation; Moving down and up and down again, etc., without being carried out for a long period of time. For example, the period between repairs at 28% asphalt resin paraffin components is 150 to 180 days earlier 18 to 25 days, which is particularly important in low temperature conditions. The use of the device does not interrupt the operation of the well, which makes it possible to increase the oil production by 2 to 4 tons per day, to abandon the use of electrochemical cleaning methods, with pump and heating units for a flushing medium.
