Изобретение относитс  к нефт ной промышленности и может быть использовано дл  удалени  парафино-смолистых отложений с внутренней поверхности насоснокомпрессорных труб 8. Цель - повышение эффективности работы за счет более полной очистки обрабатываемой поверхности. Скребок состоит из корпуса (К) 1, подвешенного на проволоке 2. На концах К 1 размещены турбины (Т) 5, а между ними - стабилизатор 6. На наружной поверхности Т 5 размещены по спирали штыри 7. Направление захода каждой спирали противоположно вращению Т 5, которые выполнены с возможностью вращени  в противоположные стороны. Скребок размещают внутри труб 8. Встречный поток жидкости вращает Т 5, и штыри 7 срезают парафин. Несовпадение вращени  Т 5 и направлени  спирали увеличивает ширину очищаемой поверхности за один оборот. Очистка по двум винтовым лини м разного захода обеспечивает полную очистку поверхности.
