Claims (5)
- Sécheur rotatif à disques comprenant :(a) un tambour creux (30) dans lequel onpeut faire circuler de la vapeur d'eau,(b) des moyens de montage en rotation du tambour creux dans un caisson extérieur (10),(c) une pluralité de disques rotatifs creux (11) fixés sur la surface périphérique extérieure du tambour creux,(d) une première cloison (31) divisant l'intérieur du tambour creux en une chambre d'injection de vapeur (S1) et une chambre d'évacuation de vapeur (S2),(e) un trou d'injection de vapeur (32) pour chaque disque rotatif creux, ménagé dans la paroi périphérique du tambour creux et en communication avec la chambre d'injection de vapeur (S1), et un trou d'évacuation de vapeur (33) pour chaque disque rotatif creux, ménagé dans la paroi périphérique du tambour creux et en communication avec la chambre d'évacuation de vapeur (S2), de sorte que la chambre d'injection de vapeur et la chambre d'évacuation de vapeur communiquent toutes deux avec l'espace intérieur (S) des disques rotatifs creux,(f) une deuxième cloison (40) prévue dans chacun des disques rotatifs creux, entre ses trous d'injection de vapeur et d'évacuation de vapeur, pour diriger la vapeur du trou d' injection de vapeur au trou d'évacuation de vapeur,(g) des moyens de pulvérisation (12) pour pulvériser une matière boueuse sur les deux surfaces desdits disques rotatifs creux, et(h) des moyens de raclage pour racler et enlever la matière solide séchée de la surface des disques rotatifs creux respectifs,le sécheur étant caractérisé en ce que :
la deuxième cloison (40) est constituée d'une plaque qui s'étend entre le tambour creux et la surface extérieure du disque rotatif, et
ladite plaque définit un angle, dans le sens de rotation du tambour, entre sa partie radialement intérieure (40a) et un prolongement d'une ligne (L) reliant le centre (O) du tambour creux (30) et l'extrémité proximale radialement intérieure (40b) de la plaque (40) qui est fixée en contact avec la surface extérieure du tambour rotatif creux (30). - Sécheur rotatif à disques suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit sécheur rotatif à disques comprend un dispositif d'égalisation d'épaisseur (F) qui comporte deux rouleaux de contact en forme de tige (63) qui serrent entre eux chaque disque rotatif creux (11), lesdits rouleaux de contact étant fonctionnellement reliés à des moyens de mise en rotation des rouleaux (64-68).
- Sécheur rotatif à disques suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de raclage (G) comprennent une lame de raclage (45)dont l'extrémité proximale ou de base est montée de façon pivotante sur une pièce fixe (48) et dont l'extrémité distale ou libre vient en contact avec la surface de disque (lla) desdits disques rotatifs creux, et des moyens de sollicitation qui appliquent une force de compression vers ladite surface de disque.
- Sécheur rotatif à disques suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de raclage comprennent un dispositif de raclage périphérique (H) qui comporte deux plaques de raclage (80,81) qui se chevauchent partiellement de manière à définir une gorge de raclage (85) à l'intérieur de laquelle la surface périphérique (11b) du disque rotatif creux (11) vient en contact avec le dispositif de raclage périphérique.
- Sécheur rotatif à disques suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit sécheur comprend en outre :(a) une cuve de stockage de boue (D) pour stocker une matière à sécher, sous forme de boue,(b) une cuve de collecte de boue (B) placée au-dessous dudit caisson,(c) une tuyauterie principale d'amenée de boue (E) qui relie ladite cuve de stockage de boue (D) à ladite cuve de collecte de boue (B),(d) une tuyauterie de circulation de boue (C) qui relie ladite cuve de collecte de boue (B) audit tube de pulvérisation (12)(e) des moyens de pompage (14) montés sur ladite tuyauterie principale de boue (E) pour amener ladite matière boueuse à ladite cuve de collecte de boue (B), et(f) des moyens de pompage (13) montés sur ladite tuyauterie de circulation de boue (C) qui relie ladite cuve de collecte de boue (B) audit tube de pulvérisation de boue (12).
