Description
- La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif interrupteur auxiliaire constituant un additif d'appareil interrupteur principal et comportant, dans un boîtier se fixant à côté de l'appareil principal, un élément mobile de commande d'interrupteur susceptible d'être accouplé, par l'intermédiaire de moyens de couplage, à un équipage lié aux contacts mobiles de l'appareil principal et servant à commuter le courant entre deux bornes de raccordement.
- Des blocs de contacts ou interrupteurs auxiliaires sont actuellement proposés pour être associés à un contacteur principal soit sur la face avant, soit sur une face latérale de celui-ci. Ces contacts auxiliaires sont des pôles auxiliaires du contacteur et sont commandés en même temps que les contacts principaux. Ils assurent différentes fonctions annexes: commande de l'auto-alimentation, insertion de la résistance additionnelle des électro-aimants à courant continu, commande de contrôle et de signalisation, asservissement entre différents contacteurs, liaison avec automates programmables, etc...
- Les relais thermiques ou sectionneurs peuvent également être équipés de contacts auxiliaires.
- On distingue les contacts auxiliaires instantanés, à ouverture ou à fermeture, qui basculent en même temps que les pôles principaux et les contacts temporisés qui basculent avec un certain retard par rapport à la fermeture ou à l'ouverture du contacteur principal.
- Chaque contact auxiliaire se compose, comme un contact principal, d'un contact fixe et d'un contact mobile pressé ou non sur ledit contact fixe correspondant. Une pièce d'entraînement des contacts mobiles est accouplée aux parties mobiles du contacteur principal. Les brevets FR-A-2 555 804 et EP-A-0086 698 illustrent des blocs de contacts auxiliaires conventionnels. Ces contacts auxiliaires traditionnels présentent des inconvénients de vieillissement ou de durée de vie notamment dans un environnement agressif.
- La présente invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif de commutation destiné à servir d'additif à appareil interrupteur et dans lequel des détecteurs à sorties statiques (sans contacts) remplacent les contacts auxiliaires conventionnels (à contacts mobiles). Un bloc de contacts auxiliaires utilisant cette technologie de détection présente de nombreux avantages. Outre un prix de revient avantageux, il ne vieillit pas ou ne s'use pas quel que soit le nombre de manoeuvres. Il est parfaitement adapté aux automatismes électroniques en particulier aux caractéristiques des entrées d'automates programmables du type 24V courant continu. Il a une bonne tenue aux environnements industriels (aux atmosphères dangeureuses en particulier). Le dispositif selon l'invention permet, par l'adjonction d'un étage de puissance, de commuter un courant de plusieurs ampères sous 250V ou davantage. Il permet, dans une autre application, de remplacer des contacts auxiliaires temporisés, travail et repos, traditionnels par une technologie à semiconducteurs.
- Conformément à l'invention, le dispositif est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un circuit du type détecteur de proximité monté dans le boîtier et apte à détecter les mouvements de l'élément mobile de commande d'interrupteur de manière à assurer la commutation entre lesdites bornes de raccordement, en fonction de la position de l'équipage mobile de l'appareil principal.
- Selon une caractéristique préférentielle, le détecteur monté dans le boîtier est du type détecteur inductif et l'élément mobile est au moins partiellement en métal de manière à coopérer avec le détecteur.
- Selon une autre caractéristique préférentielle, le dispositif comporte une carte à circuit imprimés qui présente au moins un enroulement de piste conductrice constituant une bobine de self de l'oscillateur du circuit inductif.
- Selon une autre caractérisitique préférentielle, le dispositif comporte un circuit détecteur ouvrant et fermant le circuit entre les bornes de raccordement et accouplé à la bobine de self.
- Selon une autre caractéristique préférentielle, le dispositif comporte un étage de sortie de puissance servant à commuter le courant entre les bornes de raccordement et commandé par le circuit détecteur.
- Selon une autre caractéristique préférentielle, le dispositif comporte un circuit temporisateur électronique programmable inséré entre le circuit détecteur et l'étage de sortie de puissance.
- L'invention va maintenant être décrite avec plus de détail en se référant à des modes de réalisation donnés à titre d'exemples et illustrés par les dessins annexés sur lesquels :
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique d'un bloc interrupteur auxiliaire conforme à l'invention,se montant sur l'avant du contacteur principal ;
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique en élévation du bloc interrupteur auxiliaire ;
- la figure 3 est une vue schématique du circuit imprimé monté dans le bloc interrupteur auxiliaire ;

- Le dispositif interrupteur auxiliaire 1 de l'invention est rapporté sur un appareil principal 2. Dans le mode de réalisation représenté aux figures 1 et 2, cet appareil 2 est constitué par un contacteur.
- Le dispositif auxiliaire 1 qui est représenté aux figures 1 et 2 est un bloc à montage frontal. En variante, ce dispositif pourrait être à montage latéral.
- L'appareil principal 2 est pourvu d'une semelle ou socle 22 servant à l'accrochage sur un support. Il comporte plusieurs pôles servant au contrôle de circuits de puissance.
- Le boîtier 21 de l'appareil principal 2 présente des joues ou cloisons 23 qui s'étendent perpendiculairement à la face avant et qui délimitent des bornes de puissance 24 associées à des vis de serrage 25. La face avant du boîtier présente des moyens d'assemblage tels que 27 pour recevoir le boîtier du bloc 1 auxiliaire.
- Dans le boîtier 21 est logé un électro-aimant commandant le déplacement des contacts mobiles. Lorsque cet organe moteur est alimenté, les contacts mobiles viennent s'appuyer contre les contacts fixes reliés aux bornes de puissance. L'équipage mobile 28 portant les contacts mobiles et accouplé à la pièce mobile de l'électro-aimant effectue un mouvement de translation, ces contacts étant à double coupure. Cet équipage mobile présente des moyens d'accrochage 29 débouchant sur l'extérieur du boîtier.
- Le dispositif interrupteur auxiliaire 1 présente un boîtier 11 pourvu de moyens d'assemblage et de verrouillage adaptés aux moyens d'assemblage 27 de l'appareil principal. Ces moyens d'assemblage se composent d'une rainure en queue d'aronde permettant de glisser le boîtier 11 sur la glissière qui constitue les moyens de fixation 27. Un verrou assure le verrouillage du boîtier 11 sur le boîtier 21. Le boîtier 11 présente des bornes auxiliaires 12, 13 destinées aux raccordements extérieurs.
- Le dispositif auxiliaire 1 présente un élément ou coulisseau mobile 14 pourvu de moyens d'accrochage 16 destinés à s'accoupler aux moyens d'accrochage 29 lorsque le dispositif auxiliaire 1 est monté sur l'appareil contacteur principal 2. Cet élément ou coulisseau mobile 14 est guidé en translation dans le boîtier 11 de manière à coulisser dans le plan de translation de l'équipage mobile 28. Le coulisseau 14 se déplace parallèlement à un circuit interrupteur 3 monté à l'intérieur du boîtier 11 et associé aux bornes de raccordement 12 et 13. Ce circuit 3 comporte un circuit du type détecteur de proximité détectant les mouvements du coulisseau mobile 14 et commutant le courant entre les bornes 12 et 13.
- Dans le mode de réalisation représenté sur les dessins, ce circuit 3 est du type détecteur de proximité inductif. Il est représenté en détail aux figures 3 et 6.
- Le circuit interrupteur 3 des modes de réalisation des figures 3 à 6 comporte un oscillateur générateur d'un champ électro-magnétique alternatif. Le coulisseau mobile 14 est pourvu d'un écran métallique 15 qui lorsqu'il est placé dans le champ magnétique est parcouru par des courants de Foucault (courants induits). La puissance électrique transformée dans l'écran métallique amortit les oscillations du circuit.
- Le circuit interrupteur 3 est disposé dans le boîtier 11, sur une carte à circuits imprimés 6 portant des composants électroniques qui sont nécessaires à l'accomplissement des fonctions d'interrupteurs. La carte à circuits imprimés 6 présente un enroulement de piste conductrice 31 faisant partie du circuit électronique interrupteur 3 représenté en détail à la figure 4 et associé aux deux bornes 12 er 13. Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 3, la carte 6 présente un second enroulement de piste conductrice 41 faisant partie d'un second circuit interrupteur 4. Le dispositif comporte deux interrupteurs. La carte à circuits imprimés 6 porte les deux enroulements 31 et 41 associés respectivement aux circuits électroniques 3 et 4. On peut adapter le nombre d'interrupteurs et les types de ces interrupteurs (normalement ouvert, normalement fermé).
- L'enroulement de piste conductrice 31 ou 41 constitue une bobine de self produisant un champ électromagnétique alternatif dans lequel l'écran métallique 15 vient se déplacer.
- Le circuit 3 comprend un circuit analogique pour détecteur de proximité inductif 32, dont les broches 1 et 6 sont reliées aux bornes de raccordement 12 et 13. Le circuit 32 comprend un étage de sortie qui ouvre et ferme le circuit compris entre la borne 12 à 0V et la borne 13 (+ Vcc). Ce circuit 32 est couplé par ses bornes 3 et 7 au bobinage de self 31 sur lequel est monté en parallèle un condensateur 33. L'amortissement de cet oscillateur par l'écran métalllique 15 assure la commutation de l'étage de sortie du circuit 32.
- Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 5, le dispositif comporte un amplificateur de puissance 34 qui commute le courant entre les bornes 12 et 13. Cet amplificateur de puissance 34 est commandé par le circuit détecteur 32. Cet étage de puissance 34 comporte un transistor de puissance dans le cas du courant continu et des thyristors ou triacs dans le cas de courant alternatif. Il permet de commuter un courant de plusieurs ampères sous 250V ou davantage.
- Dans le mode de réalisation de la figure 6, le dispositif a une fonction de temporisation. Un circuit temporisateur électronique programmable 35 traite le signal de sortie du circuit détecteur 32. Ce temporisateur 35 commande un étage de sortie puissance 34 qui contrôle la commutation du courant entre les bornes 12 et 13. Ce dispositif permet de remplacer les contacts auxiliaires temporisés travail et repos traditionnels par une technologie à semiconducteurs.
- Il est à remarquer que dans les utilisations décrites, le dispositif ne présente toujours que deux bornes de raccordement.
- Le fonctionnement du dispositif va maintenant être expliqué.
- A l'état normalement ouvert, l'énergie nécessaire au fonctionnement du circuit électronique 3 ou 4 est prélevée aux bornes 12 et 13 sous la forme d'un courant de fuite admissible pour la charge (branchée sur les bornes 12 et 13).
- Lorsque le coulisseau porte-écran 14 est déplacé en translation par l'appareil principal 2, le détecteur 3 rend le circuit passant entre les bornes 12 et 13 et l'énergie nécessaire au fonctionnement est obtenue par une tension résiduelle admissible pour la charge.
- La figure 7 donne les chronogrammes du dispositif temporisé de la figure 6, pour un contact normalement ouvert (NO) et pour un contact normalement fermé (NC).
- Il est bien entendu que l'on peut sans sortir du cadre de l'invention telle que revendiquée imaginer des variantes et des perfectionnements de détails.
- Le détecteur de proximité 3 équipant le dispositif auxiliaire au lieu d'être du type inductif pourrait être d'un autre type : à effet Hall, etc...
- Le dispositif auxiliaire selon l'invention pourrait être un relais thermique.
Claims (6)
- Dispositif interrupteur auxiliaire (1) constituant un additif d'appareil interrupteur principal (2) et comportant, dans un boîtier (11) se fixant à côté de l'appareil principal (1), un élément mobile (14) susceptible d'être accouplé par l'intermédiaire de moyens de couplage (15) à un équipage (28) lié aux contacts mobiles de l'appareil principal (2) et servant à commuter le courant entre deux bornes de raccordement (12,13), caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte au moins un circuit (3 ou 4) du type détecteur de proximité monté dans le boîtier (11) et apte à détecter les mouvements de l'élément mobile (14) de manière à assurer la commutation entre lesdites bornes de raccordement (12, 13), en fonction de la position de l'équipage mobile (28) de l'appareil principal (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le détecteur monté dans le boîtier (11) est du type inductif et que l'élément mobile (14) est au moins partiellement en métal (15) de manière à coopérer avec le détecteur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une carte à circuits imprimés (6) présentant au moins un enroulement (31,41) de piste conductrice constituant une bobine de self de l'oscillateur du circuit inductif (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un circuit détecteur (32) ouvrant et fermant le circuit entre les bornes de raccordement (12, 13) et couplé à la bobine de self (31).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un étage de sortie de puissance (34) servant à commuter le courant entre les bornes de raccordement (12, 13) et commandé par le circuit détecteur (32).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un circuit temporisateur électronique programmable (35) inséré entre le circuit détecteur (32) et l'étage de sortie puissance (34).
