Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a kit for a fire-resistant mounting wall in steel frame construction, containing rectangular hollow profile pieces as a steel frame and possibly cross struts and non-combustible wall panels to be attached.
Fire-resistant assembly walls are available for the purpose of preventive structural fire protection. They are designed as partitions for indoor use. In a known embodiment according to DIN 4102, part 4, gypsum cardboard plates are provided as wall plates, which are screwed onto the steel stand on both sides. The cavities formed with the steel stands are filled with non-combustible mineral wool.
This embodiment appears to be in need of further improvement. First of all, the direct attachment of the wall panels to the steel stands is relatively complex. In addition, the proposed wall structure with its filled cavities makes it difficult to lay electrical or other lines. Yes, even opening pre-assembled walls, e.g. B. for laying additional cables or simply for inspection or repair purposes is considered cumbersome.
This is where the invention begins. She wants to further develop a kit for forming fire-resistant assembly walls of the type mentioned in such a way that assembly and any (partial) disassembly that may become necessary are simplified. In addition, it should be easier to lay cables in the new assembly wall than before.
This object is achieved by jacket profile pieces made of a non-combustible, non-metallic material of sufficient mechanical strength, which cover the hollow profile pieces on one stop side and the two inner sides and at the same time form a support and a fastening base for the wall panels or the like.
As can be seen, the wall panels are no longer to be connected directly to the steel stands as well as cross struts, but only indirectly via the jacket profile pieces. The latter completely enclose the steel stands except for one stop side. As soon as a wall plate is attached to the free stop side, ie connected to the jacket profile piece, a permanent hold on the steel stand is guaranteed. This hold between the jacket profile piece and the wall plate on the one hand and the steel stand on the other hand is essentially based on a positive connection. This still allows a certain mobility between the steel stand and the rest of the mounting wall, which is of great advantage for the existence of the mounting wall as a whole. This is because the material-related higher expansions and shrinkages of the steel stands no longer necessarily transfer to the wall panels and thus prevent deformations and crack-forming stresses. - This is all the more so as the extensive encapsulation of the steel stands is reflected in the Sheath profile pieces also acts as additional heat protection.
In addition, the attachment of the wall panels is made considerably easier, since the jacket profile pieces should in any case consist of a non-metallic material. This should have sufficient mechanical strength, which means, in particular, sufficient compressive, tensile but also flexural strength, and also a sufficiently high pull-out resistance for connecting means. The latter, in particular, allows simple screw connections between wall plates and jacket profile pieces, in particular the use of self-tapping screws (quick-assembly screws). Such screw connections also allow effortless and quick (partial) disassembly if required.
The special insulation of the steel stand, in conjunction with wall panels made of suitable, non-combustible and in particular poorly heat-conducting materials, even makes it unnecessary to continue filling the cavities, which also eliminates the associated difficulties. Only special requirements in terms of heat and sound insulation are likely to require backfilling. If necessary, this could also be done retrospectively, with mineral wool panels in particular being used.
Finally, the invention can also be used in such a way that instead of wall plates extending from steel stands to steel stands, only sections thereof are attached, namely as small projections over the jacket profile pieces. These can serve as glass stops to accommodate fire protection glazing. Corresponding ones can then be found on the opposite side Simply screw the glass retaining strips to the jacket profile pieces.
The jacket profile pieces advantageously have folds at their outer corners, where they merge from the course along the inner sides of the hollow profile pieces into the course along an abutment side, for receiving wall plates or glass retaining strips. - As a rule, the folds should be deepened so that the full thickness of the wall panels or glass retaining strips is contained therein. This gives wall panels and glass retaining strips an optimal hold and, moreover, enables a smooth wall course.
The full insulation effect of the wall panels is maintained if joints are avoided on the open side of the casing profile pieces, where the free stop side of the steel stand is covered solely by wall panels. Instead, the wall panels should be attached so that there are only joints between the steel stands. Rectangular spacer strips made of non-combustible, non-metallic material of sufficient mechanical strength are then provided for this purpose, which serve as supports and fastening bases in the cavity between continuous and butt-jointed wall panels. Fastening, in particular screwing, with this spacer bar only needs to be carried out on the side of the abutting wall panels.
Expanded mica is expediently provided as the material for the casing profile pieces and the spacer strips, possibly also glass retaining strips and wall panels, which was pressed into solid form with the addition of binders. - Draws such a material is particularly characterized by the fact that it hardly shrinks or warps when exposed to fire.
A density (density) between 350 and 450 kg / m³ is advantageously provided.
According to a further proposal, the jacket profile pieces and the spacer strips, possibly also glass retaining strips, are formed from strips obtained from plates.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, rectangular
As can be seen from the left half of FIG. 3, instead of
In addition to the above, FIGS. 7 to 9 also show that
To sum up, it can be said that fire-resistant assembly walls can be erected quickly and easily with the kit according to the invention. The new concept usually allows open cavities, which can possibly be used without restrictions for laying cables. Later opening of the assembly wall is easy and non-destructive at any time.
