Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotating floor with rotary axis storage for corner cabinets in the form of a full circle or partial circular floor, which is made in one piece from plastic and has a stiffened by bottom side, radially extending ribs support plate with a central pivot bearing and circumferential, raised edge.
- the bottom reinforcing ribs are designed with relatively large and high cross sections for reasons of stability, which on the one hand leads to a greater material requirement for plastic in these rotating floors and gives the rotating floor an undesirably high weight, as a result of which the axle bearing must be made stronger and the mobility is difficult.
- the height of the edge delimiting the receiving and storage space on the carrier plate is lost due to the relatively stiffening ribs, so that the edge often has an insufficient securing height.
- the known rotating shelves on the top of their carrier plate are equipped with anti-slip ribs for the parked objects, which, however, do not exist during the rotating movement result in the desired effect for securing the position of the objects.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a plastic rotating floor constructed according to the type mentioned at the outset with a special design of its stiffening ribs, by means of which, with greater stability, less material is required for the rotating floor production, the rotating floor is lighter in weight and its peripheral edge with the same overall floor height should be executable higher for improved security.
- the hollow ribs can be easily formed during the spraying process by means of an additional internal gas pressure:
- the invention relates to a rotating axle bearing for the rotating floor, which has a standpipe which can be fixed in the corner cabinet, around which the rotating floor is rotatably held with a basket bearing and is rotatably supported with this basket bearing on a basket support fixed against rotation of the standpipe, and the basket bearing and the basket carrier have superimposed sliding flanges.
- Such a rotary axis bearing has become known from DE-GM 87 15 548, which is, however, designed for rotating baskets made of wire.
- the object of the invention is to further develop the known rotary axis bearing and to equip it with a specially designed rotary basket bearing for the rotary bearing of plastic rotary baskets, which can be used in the rotary axis bearing according to DE-GM 87 15 548 while maintaining the pedestal and the basket carrier .
- a specially designed rotary basket bearing has been created, which results in a one-piece adapter made of plastic, which is provided for the rotary mounting of plastic rotating shelves.
- This rotary basket bearing is designed as a flange bearing and engages with at least one, preferably several, integrally formed driver webs in grooves in the bearing bush of the rotating basket.
- the rotating floor bearing bush is designed with more grooves than the rotating basket bearing with driving webs, so that the rotating floor can be fixed in different, rotated positions on the rotating basket bearing.
- the rotating floor with its grooves is simply plugged onto the driver webs and is then supported on the sliding flange of the rotating basket bearing.
- This optionally rotated use position of the rotating floor solves the further task of a variable rotating floor device and rotating floor end limit position in the corner cabinet.
- this rotary basket bearing is a further development of the rotary axis bearing according to DE-GM 87 15 548 and can be used on this rotary axis bearing using the existing pedestal and the basket carrier.
- the rotary basket bearing is simple and inexpensive and has a very simple assembly.
- an embodiment of the invention is shown, which is explained in more detail below. It shows:
- Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a
- FIG. 2 shows a rotating floor in the left half from the underside and in the right half from the top, as well as shown in full lines as a partial circular floor and in additional dash-dotted lines as a full circular floor,

These ribs (5) are connected to the underside (la) of the carrier plate (1) in part of their rib height to form hollow profiles (6) and these hollow profiles (6) run from the pivot bearing (2) in the radial direction to the edge (3) and end there on the inner edge wall (3b), where they run out in an arc (6a) between the edge wall (3b) and the support plate (1) (FIG. 3).
- Each rib (5) is formed by an upright web (7) and the hollow profile (6) between the web (7) and the underside of the carrier plate (la), which, with its cross section enlarged compared to the web (7), has rounded portions (8). into the web (7) and the carrier plate (1).
- This expanded hollow profile (6) shows a channel (9) which is continuous from the pivot bearing (2) to the profile arch (6a) and is closed by the profile arch (6a) at the end of its length.
- these hollow profiles (6) are extended as professional profiles (6b) into the U-profile of the edge (3) and end under the edge web (3c) (Fig. 5) , or on the outer edge wall (3a) at a distance below the edge web (3c) (Fig. 6), so that in both versions the channel (9) is guided around the inner edge wall (3b) and from the arch (6b) and the edge wall (3b) is limited according to FIG. 5 or runs out between the two edge walls (3a, 3b) and the web (3c).
- the edge (3) has been given an increased rigidity by this hollow profile arch (6b) which is extended into the edge U-profile (3).
- Each hollow profile (6) has the same profile height over the entire radial length and each web (7) is gradually reduced in height from the pivot bearing (2) to the support plate edge (3). Furthermore, the web (7) on the pivot bearing (2) is made greater in height than the height of the hollow profile (6) and at a distance from the edge of the carrier plate (3, 3a) the web (7) and the hollow profile (6) have approximately the same Height.
