Die Exzenterringe, die den beiden oben gegenüberliegenden Stützrollen zugeordnet sind, haben eine spiegelbildliche Exzentrizität und sind zwischen den Stützsätteln und den Tragachsen der Stützrollen angeordnet. Verstellt werden die Exzenterringe gegenüberliegender Sützsättel von einer jeweils gemeinsamen Zahnstange mit zweiseitiger Verzahnung, in die von den Exzenterringen getragene Zahnritzel eingreifen. Damit entsprechend der gewünschten Korrektur unterschiedliche Exzentrizitäten an den einzelnen Stützrollen eingestellt werden können, wird jede Zahnstange von einem eigenen Antrieb angetrieben. Da bei der erfindungsgemäßen Walzenstützvorrichtung die Exzenterringe drehfest auf der Tragachse angeordnet sind, ist es allein durch Verdrehung der Tragachse möglich, die gewünschte Korrektur der Durchbiegung der Arbeitswalze vorzunehmen. Die für die Korrektur der Durchbiegung der Arbeitswalzen in Achsrichtung unterschiedliche Exzentrizität läßt sich schon bei der Dimensionierung der einzelnen Exzenterringe berücksichtigen, so daß es nicht notwendig ist, an den einzelnen Exzenterringen unterschiedliche Verstellungen vorzunehmen.
