Abstract

A recipient for stackable containers is designed in such a way that simple manufacture and suitable storage of the stackable containers is possible with increased stability. To this end the longitudinal strips (10) for the construction of a recipient tube (1) are divided and the two parts are joined together into a continuous unit by an overlapping catch connector. The longitudinal strips (10) are introduced into recessed cut-outs in intermediate plates (3'') and an upper and lower end plate (3; 3') which are of sufficient rigidity. The attachment to the intermediate plates (3'') and to the end plates (3; 3') is simplified by the divided form of the longitudinal strips (10). In the region of the upper end plate (3) are fitted elastic or movable components so that the stackable containers must always be inserted into the recipient tube (1) by their bottoms first, the diameter of which is smaller than that of the aperture end.

Description

The invention relates to a receiving device for stackable containers, in particular for drinking cups and cups made of plastic, consisting of parallel receiving tubes connected to the openings of an end plate, the cross-sectional area of which is slightly larger than the maximum cross-sectional area of the stackable containers and which is one in one Waste bin insertable unit are connected.

Used drinking cups or plastic cups are generally thrown into garbage containers or garbage bags that are clamped to a garbage bag stand. The cups and cups thrown in take up a large storage volume, which has a negative effect on collection and transport. In addition, any remaining liquids run out of the cups or cups.

A collecting device for stackable plastic drinking cups is already known from DE utility model G 90 00 735.2. The collection device provided with at least one opening must be attached to a fixed support, preferably a wall. It is important here that the opening width in the collecting device is smaller than the diameter of the cup at the upper edge and larger than the diameter of the cup base. The cups to be put down are thus stacked in the collecting device and the stack is removed manually from the collecting device at the appropriate height.

This collecting device is only designed for a certain shape and size of a cup. In addition, the stackability is relatively low, so that manual removal of the stacked dirty cups is often required.

In addition, in GB-PS 15 35 922 a device for receiving used plastic or cardboard cups is described, in which connected to the openings provided in a container lid into the interior of the container for stackable reception of the cups. A similar device is known from FR-PS 23 15 457, in which the receiving tubes can also be replaced by vertically arranged rods.

Disadvantages of these known devices are the unstable mounting of the receiving tubes on the container lid and the high material requirement due to the use of tubes. With the design of the receiving shafts by vertically arranged rods, on the other hand, no exact guidance of the falling cups is guaranteed and, in particular, no stable arrangement of the receiving shafts is possible.

The invention has for its object to provide a receptacle for stackable containers, in particular for drinking cups or cups made of plastic, which can accommodate a variety of receiving tubes while being material-saving and lightweight is, at the same time, a stable, compact unit and ensures good guidance of the stackable containers in the receiving tubes.

This object is achieved in that the receiving tubes are formed from a plurality of longitudinally shaped circular arc-shaped strips which are designed to be insertable in openings of intermediate plates provided with undercut recesses and an upper and lower end plate. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal strips are divided and the two parts are connected to one another by a comprehensive latching connection to form a continuous unit. In one embodiment of the invention, one end face of the divided longitudinal strips is provided with a projection which rests in a rectangular additional recess in the undercut recess of the upper end plate or the lower end plate, the outer boundary of the projection being in one plane with the respective outer surface of the upper or lower end plate. Each intermediate plate expediently has additional recesses adjoining the undercut recesses, each of which is assigned two locking knobs of the longitudinal strips that run conically in opposite directions. To increase stability, the longitudinal strips can be provided with two longitudinal ribs on their inside. After further training According to the invention, each receiving tube in the region of the upper end plate has at least one elastic or displaceable element which is intended to reduce the diameter, the elastic element being able to be formed by a leaf spring and the displaceable element by a slide which can be pressed from the region of the clear opening of the receiving tube . There is the possibility that the edges of the insertion openings in the end plate each run angled all the way down and the receiving tubes can be connected to these angled portions.

The receiving device designed according to the invention for stackable containers is inserted into the refuse container, which is formed, for example, by a refuse bucket or a refuse sack clamped in a refuse sack stand, and fixed with the end plate at the upper edge of the refuse container. The stackable drinking cups or cups used are inserted into the individual holding tubes, which slide down due to their own weight. If all of the receptacles are filled over their entire length with the used drinking cups or cups, the end plate with the attached receptacles pulled up out of the garbage container, the stacked used drinking cups and cups remain in the garbage container.

Die Aufnahmevorrichtung besitzt zwei seitliche Griffe 5.The receiving device for stackable drinking cups used in a rubbish bin 2 has parallel receiving tubes 1, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the drinking cups. Each receiving tube 1 is in an upper and lower end plate 3; 3 'and two intermediate plates 3''firmly held. About these plates 3; 3 '; 3 ″, all the receiving tubes 1 of a receiving device are connected to one another. According to FIG. 2, four longitudinal strips 10 can be inserted into the receiving tube 1, which are evenly distributed in the openings 4 of the plates 3; 3 'and 3''are fixed. The long sides of the strips 10 are tapered, so that the strips 10 can be inserted from above or below into the undercut recesses 15 of the walls of the openings 4 in a fitting manner. The receiving device has two side handles 5.

To facilitate the manufacture of the receiving device, the longitudinal strips 10 are divided, each partial strip being inserted separately into the cutouts 15 and a connection between them being established only after the two partial strips have been inserted. The longitudinal strips 10 have on their inside two longitudinal ribs 17; 17 ', the rib 17 having a cantilevered anchoring part 18 to which an equivalent anchoring receptacle 19 is assigned in the alignment of the other rib 17'. To establish the connection between the two parts of the longitudinal strip 10, the anchoring part 18 of the rib 17 of the one partial strip is inserted into the anchoring receptacle 19 of the rib 17 'of the other partial strip adjoining at the end. In order to be able to insert the anchoring part 18 into the anchoring receptacle 19, the rib 17 ′ is provided with a recess 20 in the region of the anchoring receptacle 19.

Die äußere Begrenzung der Auskragung 14 liegt in einer Ebene mit der jeweils außenliegenden Fläche der oberen bzw. der unteren Abschlußplatte 3; 3'.On the end face of a longitudinal strip 10 opposite the anchoring part 18 and the anchoring receptacle 19, a projection 14 is provided, which extends in a rectangular additional recess 15 'of the undercut recess 15 of the upper and the lower end plate 3; 3 'rests. The additional recess 15 'runs only on part of the plate thickness, so that a residual lining 15''remains. The outer boundary of the projection 14 lies in one plane with the outer surface of the upper or lower end plate 3; 3 '.

On the inside of the longitudinal strips 10, elastically deformable and conically extending locking knobs 16 are arranged. Each projection 14 is assigned a locking knob 16 which rises conically in the direction of the projection 14, the distance between the projection 14 and the locking knob 16 being slightly larger than the thickness of the remaining chuck 15 ″ of the additional recess 15 ′.

The additional recesses 15 'are each assigned two counter-conical locking knobs 16 of the longitudinal strips 10. The distance between the two locking knobs 16 assigned to the intermediate plate 3 ″ is slightly larger than the thickness of the residual chuck 15 ″ of the recess 15 in the intermediate plate 3 ″.

In order to prevent the stackable containers from being inserted into the receiving tubes 1 with the opening facing downward, each receiving tube 1 in the region of the upper end plate 3 according to FIG. 8 has at least one elastic element in the form of a leaf spring 21 intended to reduce the diameter, which has an upper angled shorter leg. According to FIG. 9, a displaceable element in the form of a slide 22 that can be pressed from the area of the clear opening is arranged to reduce the diameter of the receiving tube 1. This slide 22 is mounted in a positive guide and is pressed against the force of a spring 23. The end face of the slide 22 can be rounded or oblique.

The edge of the insertion opening 4 in the end plate 3 is provided in FIG. 10 with a downward-pointing bend 24 in the form of a peripheral flange. A receiving tube 1 is connected to this bend 24 by a fastening clamp 25. The receiving tube 1 is made of flexible material.
