Abstract

Emballage (30) pour aliments devant être chauffés dans un four à micro-ondes. Une pluralité d'aliments (33) disposés dans l'emballage sur au moins deux couches sont chauffés afin de rendre croustillantes leurs parties externes et afin de faire dorer la surface externe de ces mêmes aliments (33). L'emballage (30) comporte un matériau absorbant les micro-ondes (32, 36) servant à répartir la chaleur qu'il produit sur les surfaces opposées de chaque aliment (33) placé dans l'emballage (30). Un emballage type comporte par exemple une boîte, par exemple un carton jetable (31), un couvercle équipé d'un matériau absorbant les micro-ondes (36), un fond comprenant également un matériau absorbant les micro-ondes, et un autre élément de ce type situé à mi-hauteur (32) entre les deux couches voisines d'aliments (33) de sorte que les surfaces opposées de chaque aliment (33) sont placées près des éléments absorbant les micro-ondes (32, 36), préférablement en relation de contact étroit pour que les aliments (33) soient chauffés par conduction directe au moyen des éléments voisins absorbant les micro-ondes.

Claims (17)

  1. Un emballage (30) destiné à être utilisé pour le chauffage dans un four à micro-ondes des surfaces tournées en vis-à-vis de chacun des morceaux (33) d'une pluralité de morceaux (33) d'un produit alimentaire, lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire étant disposés suivant au moins deux couches dans ledit emballage, ledit emballage comprenant:
    (a) un moyen d'enceinte pour loger au moins deux couches des morceaux du produit alimentaire, lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire ayant une paire de surfaces tournées en vis-à-vis et au moins deux autres surfaces; caractérisé en ce que ledit emballage comporte en outre:
    (b) un capteur de micro-ondes de dessus (36), pratiquement plan;
    (c) un capteur de micro-ondes intermédiaire (32), pratiquement plan, disposé entre chacune de deux couches adjacentes desdits morceaux du produit alimentaire; et
    (d) un capteur de micro-ondes de fond (56), pratiquement plan, lesdits capteurs étant disposés selon une relation de contact avec les surfaces adjacentes, tournées en vis-à-vis desdits morceaux du produit alimentaire disposés dans les couches adjacentes; lesdits capteurs pratiquement plans, étant adaptés pour croustiller lesdites surfaces tournées en vis-à-vis et pour croustiller lesdites autres surfaces desdits morceaux du produit alimentaire pratiquement uniformément, lesdits capteurs étant les seuls éléments actifs aux micro-ondes dans l'emballage.
  2. L'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire ont une épaisseur uniforme et ont des surfaces tournées en vis-à-vis, pratiquement planes, et dans lequel ladite enceinte et lesdits capteurs sont dimensionnés et configurés par rapport auxdits morceaux du produit alimentaire de telle sorte que lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire s'adaptent étroitement entre lesdits capteurs et lesdites surfaces planes selon une relation de contact avec les parties de surface desdits capteurs.
  3. L'emballage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire sont allongés et sont disposés sensiblement parallèlement entre eux.
  4. L'emballage selon la revendication 3 comportant, en outre, un moyen pour espacer côte à côte lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire adjacents dans chacune desdites couches de morceaux du produit alimentaire.
  5. L'emballage selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, dans lequel lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire sont des frites.
  6. L'emballage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdites frites ont été préalablement frites avant d'être emballées.
  7. L'emballage selon la revendication 1, 2, 3 ou 4, dans lequel lesdits morceaux du produit alimentaire sont des frites reconstituées.
  8. L'emballage selon la revendication 1 comportant, en outre, un moyen pour ventiler ladite enceinte pendant que ledit emballage est soumis à l'énergie des micro-ondes.
  9. L'emballage selon la revendication 1 comportant, en outre, des moyens pour ouvrir ladite enceinte pour transformer ladite enceinte en un récipient de service.
  10. L'emballage selon la revendication 1 comportant un moyen d'ouverture double grâce auquel un utilisateur peut ouvrir éventuellement ledit emballage pour ménager soit un accès total auxdits morceaux du produit alimentaire soit un accès couche par couche auxdits morceaux du produit alimentaire.
  11. L'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit moyen d'enceinte est une structure unitaire et chaque panneau capteur de microondes intermédiaire comporte une partie solidaire avec ledit moyen d'enceinte ayant un matériau capteur de micro-ondes disposé sur lui.
  12. Un emballage selon la revendication 1 destiné à être utilisé pour le chauffage dans un four à micro-ondes de deux surfaces tournées en vis-à-vis de chacun des articles d'une pluralité d'articles, lesdits articles étant disposés suivant au moins deux couches dans ledit emballage, ledit emballage comprenant:
    (a) un moyen d'enceinte comportant un panneau de dessus et un panneau de fond, ladite enceinte étant dimensionnée par rapport à l'épaisseur desdits articles pour ménager une relation de contact entre les surfaces juxtaposées des capteurs de micro-ondes et lesdits articles adjacents, ledit moyen d'enceinte étant destiné à loger au moins deux couches d'articles, lesdits articles ayant une surface tournée vers le haut, une surface tournée vers le bas et au moins deux autres surfaces;
    (b) un capteur de micro-ondes de dessus (36), pratiquement plan, qui est disposé selon une relation de contact avec les surfaces tournées vers le haut desdits articles qui sont placés dans la couche desdits articles qui est disposée immédiatement en dessous dudit panneau de dessus;
    (c) un capteur de micro-ondes intermédiaire (32), pratiquement plan, qui est disposé entre chacune de deux couches qui sont juxtaposées au-dessus et en dessous respectivement, ledit capteur de micro-ondes intermédiaire étant disposé selon une relation de contact avec les surfaces tournées vers le haut desdits articles qui sont placés dans une couche desdits articles qui est disposée immédiatement en dessous dudit capteur intermédiaire, et selon une relation de contact avec les surfaces tournées vers le bas desdits articles qui sont placés dans une couche desdits articles qui est disposée immédiatement au-dessus dudit capteur intermédiaire;
    (d) un capteur de micro-ondes de fond (56), pratiquement plan, qui est disposé selon une relation de contact avec les surfaces tournées vers le bas desdits articles qui sont placés dans une couche desdits articles qui est disposée immédiatement au-dessus dudit panneau de fond, lesdits capteurs, pratiquement plans, étant adaptés pour croustiller pratiquement uniformément lesdites surfaces tournées vers le haut et lesdites surfaces tournées vers le bas desdits articles, lesdits capteurs étant les seuls éléments actifs aux micro-ondes dans l'emballage;
    (e) des moyens pour ventiler ladite enceinte (58) pour permettre aux produits volatils, émis à partir desdits articles, de s'échapper lorsque ledit emballage est chauffé dans un four à micro-ondes; et
    (f) des moyens pour ouvrir ladite enceinte afin de permettre le retrait desdits articles à la fin du chauffage dans ledit four à micro-ondes grâce à quoi ladite enceinte devient un récipient de service.
  13. Le produit alimentaire emballé selon la revendication 12, dans lesquels un ou plusieurs desdits capteurs comportent des parties solidaires de ladite enceinte ayant le matériau capteur de micro-ondes disposé sur elles.
  14. Le produit alimentaire emballé selon la revendication 1, 12, dans lequel lesdites couches sont au nombre de deux.
  15. Le produit alimentaire emballé selon la revendication 1, 12, dans lequel lesdites couches sont au nombre de trois et dans lequel il est prévu deux desdits capteurs intermédiaires.
  16. Le produit alimentaire emballé selon la revendication 15 comportant, en outre, un moyen pour enlever simultanément lesdits capteurs intermédiaires lors de l'ouverture de ladite enceinte.
  17. Le produit alimentaire emballé selon la revendication 16 dans lequel lesdits deux capteurs intermédiaires sont intégrés selon un élément unitaire.
