Oft merkt dieser Besitzer gar nicht, daß er die Entriegelung versehentlich fernsteuerte, z.B. weil er sich irgendwo anlehnte und dabei versehentlich auf einen Betätigungsknopf des Senders S drückte, welcher seinerseits zufällig noch in Reichweite des Empfängers E war. Auch Unbefugte, z.B. Falls aber der Empfänger E bis zum Ende der Zeitspanne noch nicht jenes Kontaktsignal C erhielt, geht dieser Empfänger E automatisch von seinem zweiten Zustand in seinen ersten Zustand über. Man kann bei der Erfindung auch noch auf andere Weise eine zusätzliche Sicherheit gegen unbefugtes Öffnen und Betreten des Kfz erreichen, wobei auch dann - mangels eines "Klack"-Geräu- sches im Schloß V und z.B. mangels Bewegen eines im Türinneren angebrachten, mit dem Schloß V verbundenen Stiftes A - für Außenstehende weder akustisch noch optisch erkennbar ist, daß das Kfz (auch nach einem versehentlichen Aussenden des Sendersignales !) - jedenfalls für die Dauer der Zeitspanne - an sich leicht zu öffnen und zu betreten ist :

  • Man kann diese Sicherheit nämlich auch dann erreichen, wenn der Empfänger E sofort nach dem Empfang des Sendersignales I das Schloß V entriegelt. Dazu kann man das Schloß V und/oder den Empfänger E so dimensionieren und/oder betreiben,
    • ° daß der Empfänger E schon beim Übergang von seinem ersten Zustand in seinen zweiten Zustand das Schloß V entriegelt, aber ohne jegliche für Außenstehende deutlich hörbaren Auswirkungen zu erzeugen (ohne "Klack- "Geräusch des Schlosses V) und ohne für Außenstehende optisch erkennbare Auswirkungen zu erzeugen, und
    • ° daß der Empfänger E, falls die Öffnung nicht geöffnet wird, das Schloß V nur wahrend der Dauer der Zeitspanne im entriegelten Zustand beläßt.

Dazu eignet sich z.B. eine entsprechende Schalldämpfung am Schloß V. Dazu eignet sich auch ein Verstärker V, welcher die Entriegelung so langsam durchführt, daß dies akustisch für Außenstehende nicht mehr deutlich hörbar ist. Das Aussenden des Sendersignales I löst bei dieser Weiterbildung der Erfindung also kein hörbares Geräusch, z.B. "Klacken", der Entriegelung aus, weil das Schloß V und/oder der Empfänger E entsprechend konstruiert und/oder betrieben werden.This additional goal can therefore be achieved by choosing a special design or dimensioning and a special operation of the lock V and / or the receiver E. Um dieses Erkennen zu verhindern, kann man zusätzlich einen Kontakt K anbringen, welcher, wenn er kurz vor und/oder während des zweiten Zustandes des Empfängers E angefaßt oder betätigt wird, ein Kontaktsignal C an den Empfänger E abgibt, wobei erst dieses dann entstandene Kontaktsignal C den Empfänger E endgültig veranlaßt, seinerseits den Stift A in die Stellung "entriegelt" zu bewegen. Der Empfänger E und/oder das Schloß V wird dann so dimensioniert, daß das Schloß V zwar schon bei Beginn des zweiten Zustandes des Empfängers E völlig entriegelt wird, obwohl der Empfänger E noch nicht das Kontaktsignal C erhielt; vor dem Empfang des Kontaktsignales C bewegt aber der Empfänger E noch nicht den Stift A. Claims (4)

1. Motor vehicle locking system which can be remote-controlled by means of a transmitter signal (I) and has
- a portable transmitter/key (S) and
- a receiver (E) which is mounted in the motor vehicle and controls the locking of at least one lock (V) of at least one opening and which can have two states, specifically
- - a first state in which the receiver leaves the respective lock (V) in the locked state or locks the previously unlocked lock (V) and
- - a second state in which the receiver, prompted by the transmitter signal (I), permits the respective opening to be opened, in which case the receiver (E), in the second state for a prescribed time period which is triggered by the transmitter signal (I), permits the opening to be opened, and at the end of the time period, if the opening has not yet been opened by then, the receiver changes automatically from the second state to the first state,
characterized in that the lock (V) and/or its receiver (E) are dimensioned and/or operated in such a way that even during the changeover from the first state into the second state the receiver unlocks the lock (V) without producing effects which can be distinctly heard or visually perceived by third parties.
