Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Greifvorrichtung für gemeinsam in einen Kasten oder dergl. abzusetzende oder daraus zu entnehmende Flaschen und dergl. Behältnisse, insbesondere für Flaschen und Behältnisse, deren Durchmesser im Bereich ihres Halses nur geringfügig kleiner ist als im Bereich ihres Bauches, mit einem Packkopf und mehreren daran angeschlossenen Packtulpen, die jeweils eine einzige im wesentlichen hohlzylindrische Aufnahme für jeweils eine zu greifende Flasche sowie einen in der Aufnahme umfangseitig angeordneten elastischen Packtulpeneinsatz aufweisen, der über einen axial verschiebbaren, auf der dem freien Öffnungsrand der Aufnahme abgewandten Seite vorgesehenen Stellkolben in den freien Aufnahmequerschnitt vorverstellbar ist.The invention relates to a gripping device for bottles and the like to be placed or removed from a box or the like together. Eine derartige Greifvorrichtung ist aus der deutschen Patentschrift DE-A-38 19 598 bekannt und hat sich in der Praxis bewährt. Die zylindrische Ausbildung der an den Packkopf angeschlossenen Packtulpen bedingt jedoch einen gegenseitigen Mindestabstand der einzelnen Packtulpen, der durch ihren Durchmesser vorgegeben ist. Insbesondere die Wandstärke der Packtulpe kann hierbei nicht beliebig verringert werden, da die im Innern der Packtulpe angeordneten Teile, u. a. der Stellkolben, auch zu ihrer Befestigung und Lagerung eine bestimmte Mindestwandstärke erforderlich machen. Dies bedeutet, daß eine Handhabung von Flaschen, deren Durchmesser im Bereich ihres Halses nur geringfügig kleiner ist als im Bereich ihres Bauches, mit dieser Greifvorrichtung unter Umständen nicht mehr möglich ist, wenn nämlich der Abstand der Flaschen, bedingt durch den Durchmesser der Packtulpen, größer ist als das Rastermaß in dem die Flaschen aufnehmenden Kasten.Such a gripping device is known from the German patent DE-A-38 19 598 and has proven itself in practice. Der durch die Erfindung erreichte Vorteil besteht darin, daß die Wandstärke der Packtulpe jeweils im Bereich zwischen den Ecken sehr dünnwandig ausgeführt sein kann, während die aus Stabilitäts-, Befestigungs- und anderen Gründen erforderliche größere Wandstärke im Bereich der Ecken erreicht wird. In bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Querschnittsfläche der Packtulpen vier- oder sechseckig. Dabei bietet sich die viereckige, also quadratische Ausführungsform für übliche Kästen an, bei denen die Flaschen in Längs- bzw. Querreihen in quadratischem Raster angeordnet sind. Es sind jedoch auch Kästen im Gebrauch, bei welchen jede zweite Reihe um das halbe Rastermaß einer Aufnahme verschoben angeordnet ist. Behältnisse, insbesondere für Flaschen und Behältnisse, deren Durchmesser im Bereich ihres Halses nur geringfügig kleiner ist als im Bereich ihres Bauches.
