Abstract

Une bobine inductive (5) pour le chauffage d'un cylindre tournant (4) est logée dans un support en plastique (1). Claims (3)

  1. Armature de bobine (100) d'un dispositif de chauffage inductif de la surface d'un cylindre de révolution (4) en matériau électriquement conducteur pour le traitement en pression et en température de feuilles de papier et analogues,
       avec un support (1) en matière plastique, qui présente une face antérieure (2) concave en partie cylindrique, adaptée au rayon de la périphérie du cylindre et destinée à être approchée le plus près possible de la périphérie du cylindre,
       et avec une bobine (5) incorporée dans un support (1) en matière plastique juste derrière la face antérieure, caractérisée en ce qu'on prévoit une chambre réfrigérante (13) plane présentant une faible extension, recouvrant la face antérieure (2) en contact conducteur de chaleur plan avec la face antérieure (2), présentant des connexions (17, 18) pour un milieu réfrigérant fluide (14) et parcourue par celui-ci (13).
  2. Armature de bobine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la chambre réfrigérante (13) est bordée en révolution par une entretoise (15) hermétique de hauteur constante et est recouverte d'une couverture (16) en matière plastique coaxialement à la face antérieure (2), en partie cylindrique à paroi mince et liée de façon hermétique vis-à-vis de l'entretoise (15).
  3. Armature de bobine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface de délimitation (19) de la couverture (16) tournée vers la périphérie du cylindre (3) est de structure fortement réfléchissante de la chaleur.
