Claims (9)

  1. Un dispositif qui sert à supporter et à entraîner l'unité d'engemmage et de transfert des étiquettes dans une machine d'étiquettage et qui comprend un dépôt d'étiquettes (3), un rouleau d'engemmage (5) et un tambour de transfert (4) disposés autour d'une station centrale (1) qui porte une pluralité de segments ou de palettes pouvant tourner (2); des moyens d'entraînement qui mettent en mouvement le rouleau d'engemmage (5) et la station centrale (1);
    caractérisé
    en ce fait qu'il comprend des moyens par lesquels le rouleau d'engemmage (5), la station centrale (1) et les moyens d'entraînement relatifs sont supportés par le haut, et en ce fait que ces moyens d'entraînement sont positionnés au-dessus du rouleau d'engemmage (5) et de la station centrale (1).
  2. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens par lesquels le rouleau d'engemmage (5) et la station centrale (1) sont supportés par le haut comprennent une colonne ou une pièce verticale (6) qui relie l'une à l'autre une base (7) qui supporte la machine et qui loge un système d'entraînement principal, et une tête d'entraînement supérieure (8) qui loge les moyens d'entraînement et les organes par lesquels le mouvement est transmis au rouleau d'engemmage et à la station centrale.
  3. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 2, dans lequel la colonne (6), qui est réalisée avec l'intérieur creux et qui remplace un arbre central de la station centrale (1), loge des moyens de transmission qui relient le système d'entraînement principal logé dans la base (7) aux organes de transmission logés dans la tête d'entraînement supérieure (8).
  4. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 2, qui comprend en plus un arbre central (11) supporté de façon telle qu'il puisse tourner, à l'intérieur d'un manchon (10) qui relie l'une à l'autre la tête d'entraînement supérieure (8) et la base (7), par lequel le mouvement est transmis du système d'entraînement logé dans la base (7) aux organes de transmission logés dans la tête d'entraînement supérieure (8).
  5. Un dispositif comme ceux des revendications 1 et 2, qui comprend en outre des moyens de transmission mécaniques par lesquels un engrenage (20) mis en rotation par le système d'entraînement principal de la machine d'étiquettage est relié aux organes de transmission logés dans la tête d'entraînement supérieure (8), et qui peuvent être mis en mouvement par un moteur à train d'engrenage (14) avec l'engrenage (20) qui reste immobile de façon à régler le rythme de la station centrale (1).
  6. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 5, dans lequel les moyens de transmission mécaniques comprennenet un arbre (15) mis en mouvement par le moteur à train d'engrenage (14) et destiné à faire tourner une plaque portante (16) qui supporte une pluralité de roues satellites (17) engrenées à l'intérieur avec un pignon (18) claveté sur l'arbre central (11) et à l'extérieur avec une couronne dentée (19) qui est associée librement à l'arbre central (11) et qui est aussi en prise avec l'engrenage (20) mis en rotation par le système d'entraînement principal de la machine d'étiquettage.
  7. Un dispositif comme ceux des revendications 1 et 2, qui comprend en plus une pluralité d'ajutages d'arrosage (23) associés au pourtour extérieur de la tête d'entraînement supérieure (8) grâce auxquels on peut laver automatiquement les parties inférieures de la machine d'étiquettage, et un bac (21), qui présente un tuyau d'écoulement (22), qui sert à recueillir les liquides utilisés pour laver et les résidus de colle qui sont enlevés pendant l'opération de lavage.
  8. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 7, dans lequel le bac (21) occupe une position qui se trouve entre la plate-forme inférieure (24) et une enveloppe de protection (28), et qui entoure un manchon protecteur (10).
  9. Un dispositif comme celui de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce fait que les axes centraux du tambour de transfert (4), du récipient qui doit être étiquetté et de la station centrale (1) ne subissent pas de changements de position.
