Description

The invention relates to a load suspension device, consisting of a crossbar, load hook and a self-contained hydraulic system arranged between the load hook and the crossbar, which consists of hydraulic pistons, hydraulic cylinders and these interconnecting compensating lines, the load hooks via the hydraulic system on the Support the traverse.

Accident prevention regulations for load suspension devices in hoist operation stipulate that the multi-leg slings, the load must be evenly distributed over all strands if these are assumed to be load-bearing. An uneven load distribution on the strands always occurs when the load is not flexible enough or a compensation device is not available. From DE-PS 28 19 986 a lifting and transporting harness is known which uses a balancing rocker with lifting land arrangement as a compensating device. This balancing rocker is designed as a gas forged part with two support arms pointing outwards from the upper stop eye, which are directed obliquely downwards and form the fork heads, to each of which a lifting strap is fastened via suitable connecting and supporting elements as a support means, in which as a stop for the lifting load, a load hook is attached in each case.

This known lifting and transporting harness has the disadvantage that the length difference of the lifting straps can only be compensated in pairs when lifting, so that an uneven load distribution due to the other pair of straps cannot be excluded. This occurs particularly when heavy goods of considerable length and different load distribution are to be lifted and transported. The use of lifting belts is therefore limited to applications that guarantee an even load distribution.

The arrangement of several of these balancing rockers next to each other for even load distribution increases the effort and increases the cost of lifting and transporting equipment. In addition, the hooking in is difficult and problematic for the operator, since the rockers must be coordinated with each other over the length of the truss. Such lifting gear needs constant control to avoid accidents due to improper handling.

From DD-PS 49 988 a load suspension device with uniform load distribution of the type mentioned is known. The load hooks are each attached to an extension of hydraulic pistons, the associated cylinders of which are attached to a traverse by means of bolts suspended in a swivel eye. By connecting the hydraulic units formed from the cylinders and pistons to each other via two connecting lines with ventilation, approximately the same force is achieved in all suspension points when a load is attached. A disadvantage of this known load-bearing device is that only a rod which is relatively thin compared to the piston diameter can be used as a suspension element, so that a large ring surface is available for large tensile forces. This limits the resilience of the facility. In addition, force distributions, which have shear components, arise at the points of application of the working cylinders and thus also at the cylinder pistons of the known load suspension device. These can easily break the hydraulic pistons, causing the attached load to drop unintentionally. It is also disadvantageous in the known device that the piston rod must be sealed and external forces, such as counter cylinders, are required for the withdrawal. The use of two separate connecting lines of the hydraulic system and the arrangement of a ventilation device can also be seen as an increased design effort.

Based on the above-discussed prior art described in DD-PS 49 988, the invention is based on the object of improving a load-bearing device of the type mentioned in such a way that a more robust connection of the lifting means to the traverse via the hydraulic system is achieved, thereby avoiding must be that if the hydraulic system fails, the load hook with the load accidentally falls.

To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the load hooks are movable with respect to the crossbar along a guide which is effective in the upward and downward direction of the load hooks and is provided on the crossbar and that the load hooks are held captively on the guide.

The hydraulic system is preferably arranged in the interior of the box-profile-like traverse, as a result of which it is protected against damage.

According to a preferred embodiment of the load-bearing device according to the invention, the hydraulic cylinder should be fastened to the crossmember and the load hook should load the hydraulic piston under pressure. In this arrangement, the weight of the load hook is not loaded by the hydraulic system, but in turn loads the hydraulic system via the hydraulic piston. This has the advantage over the device known from DD-PS 49 988 that the diameter of the hydraulic piston can be chosen larger and that in connection with the guidance of the load hook no shear forces are introduced into the hydraulic system when a load is attached to the load hook .

According to a preferred embodiment, the load-bearing device according to the invention has load hooks which enclose the crossmember with their front and rear hook plates. This enables a simple guiding of the load hook in the crossbeam and a simple construction.

If, according to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the hook plates are connected to one another by a connector running above the crossbar, the load hooks are held captively on the crossbar. This prevents the hydraulic system from failing Load hook falls from the crossbar.

However, the invention is not limited to solutions in which tapes are used as slings. The invention can also be implemented with other slings such as endless ropes, hook holders, hook ropes, eyelet ropes, crane hooks or ring holders, the list of aforementioned slinging devices not making any claim to completeness. In this case, only the load hook supported on the crossbar has to be adapted to the selected lifting gear.

Figure 1

Der Hydraulikzylinder 9 befindet sich im Inneren des Kastenprofils der Traverse 1.The load-bearing device according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 consists of a cross-section 1 in the form of a box profile, to which a plurality of load hooks 2 arranged symmetrically to the stop eye 3 are each suspended within a guide 4. The load hook 2 encloses with its front and rear hook plates 5 and 6 the crossbar 1 in a form-fitting manner. The two hook plates 5 and 6 are connected to one another by means of a connector 7 above the cross member 1. In the event of a failure of the hydraulic system, the connector 7 strikes the crossmember 1 and thus prevents the load hook 2 from falling down. The connector 7 carries the hydraulic piston 8, which is supported in the hydraulic cylinder 9 on the hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic cylinder 9 is located inside the box profile of the crossmember 1.

An upper and lower support plate 10 and 11 holds the hydraulic cylinder 9 in a defined position so that the hydraulic piston 8 can be immersed in the hydraulic cylinder 9.

Each hydraulic cylinder 9 has a nipple 12 for connecting a compensating line 13 which connects the hydraulic cylinders 9 to one another in the interior of the box section of the crossmember 1. Hydraulic pistons 8, hydraulic cylinders 9 together with the compensating line 13 form a self-contained hydraulic system 14 which, in accordance with the loads introduced on the load hooks 2, leads to pressure equalization, which ensures an even load distribution over the entire suspension system.

In the lower part of the front and rear hook plates 5 and 6, a hook opening 15 with tines 16 is incorporated into which the lifting belt 17 can be hung. The slipping out of the lifting belt 17 prevents a safety trap 18 fastened to the hook plates 5 and 6.
