Eine die Druckqualität erhöhende individuelle Verstellung des einzelnen Registerstiftes ist nicht möglich. Eine Verbindungsstange zwischen Registerstift und Stellschraube weist insbesondere bei den in der Nähe der Zylindermitte angeordneten Registerstiften eine sehr große Länge auf, so daß zusätzliche Führungen vorgesehen werden müssen, damit die Registergenauigkeit der Registerstifte mit zunehmendem Abstand von der Stellschraube nicht leidet. Die vorgesehene Stelleinrichtung ist konstruktiv aufwendig, d.h. sie benötigt viel Platz und erfordert hohe Herstellungskosten.

Die Einsatzleiste 3 ist lösbar am Plattenzylinder 2 befestigt.
