Abstract
Description
Auswerteeinheit. The invention relates to an intrusion detector arrangement with at least one glass break detector arranged on or in a glass pane, spaced apart from a glass pane frame, at least one evaluation unit arranged outside the glass pane and an electrical signal transmission between the glass break detector and the glass pane frame or evaluation unit.
In the known arrangements of this type, the glass break detector, for example a piezo microphone, is attached to the glass pane, for example by gluing. However, the glass break detector can also be designed in the form of wires embedded in the glass for monitoring glass breakage or applied to the glass. For safety reasons, it is mandatory that the glass break detector must be installed at a certain distance from the edge or frame of the glass pane, for example at a distance of 5 cm. The conventional arrangements of this type use a cable for the electrical connection of the glass break detector to the secondary control panel or the glass pane frame. Since a cable cannot be "laid" on glass, but can only be freely stretched or even sags on the glass pane, there are considerable disadvantages for practical use in that mechanical damage to the cable and the cable contacts, for example when cleaning windows, can easily occur, but also a easy cutting of the cable is possible in the event of sabotage. In addition, cable connections between the glass break detector and the window frame on the window pane are extremely unsatisfactory in terms of appearance and aesthetics.
From DE-A-32 33 867 an arrangement of a glass break detector on a glass pane is already known, which tries to solve the disadvantages mentioned in that the detector line is covered on its way between the glass break detector and the edge of the glass pane by a cover strip. As a result, the cable between the glass break detector and secondary control panel no longer runs unprotected, but due to the enlargement of the housing or the cover strip, the glass break detector is considerably larger and more striking, without this being necessary in terms of the dimensions of the sensor and the circuitry for the glass break detector itself. Because of the disturbing size, such glass break detectors with an enlarged housing for covering the connecting cable are therefore practically hardly used.
Theoretically, the possibility of an optical or radio transmission between the glass break detector and the glass pane frame or secondary control panel is possible, but is not permitted according to the regulations, because auxiliary power is required for such a transmission, but the safety regulations require that the energy supply must be carried out exclusively via the control center.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an intruder detector arrangement of the type mentioned, in which a cable connection between the glass break detector attached to the glass pane and an evaluation unit arranged next to the window or on the glass pane frame can be avoided, without thereby affecting the intrusion detector systems Claims would be violated.
Starting from the intrusion detector arrangement known from DE-A-32 33 867, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the electrical signal transmission between the glass break detector and the glass pane frame takes place with a contactless, inductive transmitter. In this way, disadvantageous cable connections between the glass break detector and the window frame are avoided without the need to use transmission methods, such as optical or radio transmission methods, which require their own energy supply.
An alarm transmitter arrangement is known from EP-A-316 872, in which a contactless, inductive transmitter is used in the case of movable windows or doors in order to achieve an exact measurement of the signaling state of an alarm transmitter or to be influenced by thermal influences. The possibility of using a contactless, inductive transmitter in order to avoid cable connections on the glass pane between the glass break detector and evaluation unit on the glass pane frame is not apparent from this known arrangement.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the inductive transmitter is a bandpass filter which operates in the high frequency range. The band filter preferably has a band filter circuit on the primary side associated with the glass pane frame or the evaluation unit and a band filter circuit on the secondary side associated with the glass break detector.
The coils of the primary-side and the secondary-side band filter circuit are aligned with one another and arranged opposite one another on the glass break detector or on the glass pane frame. The transmitter coils of the band filter circuits are optimally coupled in this way.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the band filter transmits both the supply energy from the secondary control panel to the glass break detector and the signals from the glass break detector to the secondary control panel. The non-prepublished DE-A-40 11 941 and DE-A-40 23 412, which go back to the same applicant, specify methods and devices for contactless, inductive transmission which are particularly advantageous and can be used in particular in connection with the present invention . In order to avoid repetitions, reference is made to these patent applications mentioned by the same applicant.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the glass break detector is a piezo microphone arranged on the glass pane, optionally with a memory. However, it is also possible to design the glass break detector in the form of a wire glued to the glass pane or embedded in the glass pane. Furthermore, it is advantageous to embed the glass break detector itself and / or the part of the transmitter assigned to the glass break detector in the glass pane. In the event that the glass break detector or the part of the transmitter assigned to the glass break detector or the wire is embedded in the glass pane, it is advantageous to use a laminated glass pane as the glass pane.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to a single drawing, for example.
In the illustrated embodiment, only the
The features according to the invention are particularly advantageous in connection with fixed panes, such as window panes, and are always advantageous when an electrical signal and / or energy transmission is required over a free path over glass. Although the use in connection with a glass break detector shows advantages, the inventive idea is not limited to this type of application; Rather, it can be used whenever an electrical signal or electrical energy transmission is to be carried out over a distance without wiring and without the use of transmission methods, such as optical or radio devices, which require auxiliary energy.
