Abstract

Bei Grosslösern soll z.B. der von der Förderluft getragene Zucker und Zuckerstaub (2) möglichst intensiv und damit schnell von der Flüssigkeit (23) gebunden werden. Es soll ohne Zyklonabscheider und ohne Filter gearbeitet werden können. Hierzu wird das zu lösende Feststoff-Schüttgut, z.B. Zucker, direkt dem Austrittsbereich (11) der Zirkulierleitung (6,6′,6″) der zirkulierenden Flüssigkeit vor deren Auftreffen auf dem Prallteller (5) zugeführt. Das Feststoff-Schüttgut, z.B. Zucker, wird im Austrittsabschnitt (11) bei hoher turbulenter Strömung der Flüssigkeit intensiv mit dieser vermischt, geht teilweise in Lösung über und der aus einer Austrittsdüse (4) des Austrittsabschnitts (11) austretende Strom trifft auf den Prallteller (5) auf. Von diesem wird die Förderluft in viele kleine Luftbläschen verteilt, die beim langsamen Aufsteigen in der Flüssigkeit (23) ein schnelles Binden des Zuckerstaubes mit der Flüssigkeit erlauben.
