In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 die Gehäusegrundplatte bezeichnet, in welcher ein Hauptlagerbolzen 2 für die Drehfalle 3, ein Lagerbolzen 4 für den Schwenkhebel 5 und ein Lagerbolzen 6 für die Wippe 7 befestigt sind. Ein Elektromagnet 8 ist über seinen Anker 8a mit dem linken Ende der Wippe 7 verbunden.
Links und rechts der Drehfalle 3 sind Abfragehebel 9, 10 auf dem Bolzen 2 gelagert. Eine mit dem Pfeil 11 angedeutete Feder dient dazu, diese Hebel im Uhrzeigersinn zu verdrehen. Die Drehfalle 3 ist im Schließzustand dargestellt. Ihre Klaue umfaßt den strichpunktiert angedeuteten türseitigen Kloben 12. das linke, untere Ende der Drehfalle weist eine Vertiefung 3a auf, die an einer Rolle 13 anliegt. Diese ist über einen Bolzen 14 auf dem Schwenkhebel 5 gelagert. Der Hebel trägt einen weiteren Bolzen 15 mit einer kleineren Rolle 16. Diese Rolle stößt gegen das rechte Ende der Wippe 7, wodurch der Schwenkhebel 5 und damit auch die Drehfalle 3 blockiert sind.
Wenn der Elektromagnet 8 an Spannung gelegt wird, zieht er seinen Anker 8a an und bewegt dabei die Wippe 7 im Uhrzeigersinn. Die rechte Sperrkante 7a der Wippe 7 läuft über die Rolle 16 nach unten, wodurch die Blockade des Hebels 5 aufgehoben ist. Mit 22, 23, 24 sind Durchgangslöcher bezeichnet, die der Befestigung des Gehäuses an der Türzarge dienen. Eine Gehäuseöffnung 25 gibt den Blick auf die Drehfalle 3 und die Abfragehebel 9, 10 frei. An diese Hebel sind Betätigungsflächen 9a, 10a angeformt. Der Mikroschalter wird erst dann betätigt, wenn der Schwenkhebel 5 die Position nach Fig. 1 einnimmt. In dieser Lage kann dann der Hebel 5 durch die Wippe 7 erneut blockiert werden, wobei diese Wippe durch die Kraft einer mit dem Pfeil 26 angedeuteten schwachen Feder in die Sperrstellung gekippt wird.
Die links und rechts von der Drehfalle gelagerten Abfragehebel haben die Aufgabe, eine Überlistung des Türverschlusses zu verhindern. Zum Einrasten der Drehfalle und zur Betätigung des Mikroschalters reicht es nicht aus, daß man bei offener Tür die Drehfalle herunterdrückt. Es soll also verhindert werden, daß die Maschine - gewollt oder ungewollt - bei offener Tür anlaufen kann.

Claims (6)

  1. An electromagnetic door lock for machines comprising a rotary catch encompassing a pin (12) and a swivel lever (5) blocking the rotary catch (3), said lever being locked by means of an electromagnetically activated rocker (7),
    characterised in that the swivel lever (5) features a first roller (13) which, in the locked position, rests in a depression (3a) in the rotary catch (3), that the swivel lever (5) carries a second roller (16) on which the locking edge (7a) of the rocker (7) rests and that the longitudinal axis (AB) of the rocker (7) and the longitudinal axis (CD) of the swivel lever (5) enclose an angle of just over 90°.
  2. An electromagnetic door lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the relatively little force required to activate the rocker (7) is provided by a low-voltage magnet whose circuit can be activated when the machine is at a standstill.
  3. An electromagnetic door lock according to claim 1, characterised in that safety levers (9, 10) are arranged on the left and right of the rotary catch (3) and spring-mounted on the main bearing pin (2) of said catch, said levers blocking the swivel lever (5) when the door is open in such a manner that the rotary catch (3) can only move into the arrested locking position when both the rotary catch (3) and the safety levers (9, 10) have been pressed downwards by the pin (12) of the door.
  4. An electromagnetic door lock according to claim 2, characterised in that the brackets of the closing pin (12) serve as feelers which act on the activation surfaces (9a, 10a) of the safety levers (9, 10).
  5. An electromagnetic door lock according to claim 1, characterised in that the swivel lever (5) activates a microswitch (19) which triggers the machine function.
  6. An electromagnetic door lock according to claim 1, characterised in that an additional emergency activation element (27) is provided which exerts a tensile or compressive force on the rocker (7) so that the door can be opened if the control or the low-voltage magnet fails.
