Die Erfindung betrifft einen elektrodynamischen Lautsprecher nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an electrodynamic loudspeaker according to the preamble of patent claim 1.

Bei derartigen Lautsprechern besteht die Schwingspule bekanntlich aus einem rohrförmigen Spulenkörper, auf dem eine mehrlagige Spule aus Kupferlackdraht angeordnet und befestigt ist. Die üblichen Schwingspulen sind sehr aufwendig und damit relativ teuer. So wird beispielsweise der Spulenkörper als Blockschnitt aus einer Folie ausgestanzt, zu einem Wickelkern geformt und mit einem Kupferlackdraht bewickelt. Anschließend wird ein Stromstoß durch die Wicklung geleitet, wodurch ein Anheften der Wicklung erfolgt. Das endgültige Verbacken der Windungen erfolgt in einem Wärmeofen und ist sehr zeitaufwendig. Ein elektrodynamischer Lautsprecher setzt sich in an sich bekannter Weise nach Fig. 1 aus einem Magnetsystem 101, einem Lautsprecherkorb 102, einer Zentriermembran 103, einer Schwingspule 104 und einer Membran 105 zusammen, wobei die dargestellten Teile durch Klebung miteinander verbunden sind. Die Schwingspule 104 besteht hierbei jedoch nicht aus einem rohrförmigen Spulenkörper, auf dem eine mehrlagige Spule aus Kupferlackdraht angeordnet ist, sondern erfindungsgemäß aus einer mit Leiterbahnen versehenen Isolierstoffolie. Die Isolierstoffolie 106 weist zudem zwei senkrecht zum Verlauf der Leiterbahnen 107 angeformte mit weiteren Leiterbahnen 110, 111 versehene streifenförmig ausgebildete Anschlußenden 112, 113 auf, die jeweils mit der ersten und der letzten Leiterbahn 107 leitend verbunden sind. Die als Stromzuführung für die Schwingspule 104 vorgesehenen flexiblen Leiterbahnen 110, 111 sind in ihren Endbereichen mit Lötaugen 114, 115 versehen, mit denen sie an im Lautsprecherkorb 102 angeordneten Flachsteckerstiften 116, 117 befestigt sind. dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwingspule (104) aus einer hülsenförmig angeordneten, parallele Leiterbahnen (107) aufweisenden Isolierstoffolie (106) besteht, wobei die Anfänge und Enden der einzelnen Leiterbahnen (107) derart miteinander verbunden sind, daß die Leiterbahnen (107) eine hohlzylinderförmige Spule (104) bilden.
