Claims (4)
- Druckventil für eine hydraulische Kolbenpumpe der Art mit einem Hauptventil, das die Förderleitung der Pumpe verschließt und von einer Feder mit starker Kraft vorgespannt ist, und mit einem Hilfsventil, das zur Ableitung der Luft während der Ansaugphase vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hilfsventil von einer Scheibe (12) gebildet wird, die auf dem Hauptventil (8) über einen an diesem ausgebildeten Vorsprung (8a) angeordnet ist und gegen eine Vielzahl kleiner Bohrungen (13) anlegbar ist, die in kranzförmiger Anordnung durch den Körper das Hauptventiles (8) hindurch verlaufen.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1, bei dem der Verschiebeweg der Scheibe (12) frei ist, d.h. daß sie bei ihrem Sitz auf dem Führungsvorsprung nicht von einer Rückstellkraft beaufschlagt wird.
- Ventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Bewegung der Scheibe gering, d.h. im wesentlichen gleich oder nur wenig größer als der Durchmesser der Bohrungen (13), ist.
- Ventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Verschiebeweg der Scheibe durch die Feder (9) des Hauptventils, welche gegen die Scheibe anliegt, begrenzt ist.
