Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Plakatschild. Plakatschilder werden als Wertbeträger und/oder Informationsträger eingesetzt. Sie sollen durch ihr äußeres Erscheinungsbild die Aufmerksamkeit eines Betrachters fesseln. Falls derartige Plakatschilder im Freien angeordnet sind, wird eine gute Witterungsbeständigkeit gefordert. Gleichzeitig sollen jedoch derartige Plakatschilder, die als Massenartikel vielfach zur Anwendung kommen, preiswert herzustellen sein.The present invention relates to a poster sign. Es ist bekannt, für Plakatschilder, die einerseits ein optisch ansprechendes Aussehen aufweisen und andererseits witterungsbeständig sind, Emailleschilder zu verwenden. Hierbei wird auf einen Metallträger, meist Stahl oder Gußeisen, ein silikatischer Überzug aufgeschmolzen, der als Oberflächenschutz dient, oder zur Verzierung ein leicht schmelzendes Spezialglas, das unter Umständen mit Farbkörpern gefärbt ist, aufgebracht. Derartige Emailleschilder sind in ihrer Herstellung relativ teuer, da neben dem Anbringen des Emailleguts dasselbe noch bis zum Erreichen seines Schmelzpunktes erhitzt werden muß. Als weiterer Nachteil kommt hinzu, daß die Emailleschicht relativ spröde ist. Schon bei relativ geringer Biegebeanspruchung kann es vorkommen, daß die Emailleschicht bereichsweise abblättert. Häufig ist es erforderlich, daß in derartigen Emailleschildern Löcher gebohrt werden müssen, um das Schild mittels Schrauben beispielsweise an einer Wand zu befestigen. Auch hier besteht infolge der Sprödigkeit der Emailleschicht die Gefahr, daß sich um den Lochbereich herum Abplatzungen und Risse bilden. Nachteilig ist ferner, daß die Emailleschicht nur einseitig und nicht auch beidseitig auf einer Trägerschicht aufgebracht werden kann. Des weiteren ist bekannt, als Plakatschilder bedruckte Kartonelemente zu verwenden. Diese sind jedoch nicht witterungsbeständig, so daß sie nicht im Freien verwendet werden können. Infolge der geringen Materialsteifigkeit kommt es beim Umgang mit derartigen Plakatschildern leicht zu Beschädigungen der Oberfläche, was sich ungünstig auf das äußere Erscheinungsbild des Plakatschildes auswirkt. Hinzu kommt, daß derartige Pappschilder nicht putz- und kratzfest sind. Insbesondere beim Aufstellen bzw. Anbringen derartiger Plakatschilder in Restaurantbetrieben ist es erforderlich, daß das Plakatschild, das infolge der relativ rauch- und fetthaltigen Atmosphäre leicht verschmutzt, des öfteren gereinigt werden muß. Ein Papp-Plakatschild, das zwar infolge geringer Materialkosten und einfacher Herstellung relativ preisgünstig angeboten werden kann, ist für einen derartigen Einsatz über einen längeren Zeitraum ungeeignet. Auch ist ein derartiges Plakatschild wegen seiner nichtglänzenden Oberfläche wenig attraktiv.It is also known to use printed cardboard elements as poster signs. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dementsprechend dadurch aus, daß die Farbträgerschicht eine mit Farbe bedruckte Matallfolie ist. Die Metallfolie ist wiederum durch eine flüssig aufgetragene Acrylschicht abgedeckt. Durch einen derartigen einfachen Aufbau kann ein Plakatschild im Vergleich zu einem Emailleschild deutlich billiger hergestellt werden. Gleichzeitig kann durch die Verwendung einer entsprechend biegesteifen Trägerplatte eine genügend hohe Steifigkeit gewährleistet werden. Die Metallfolie ist dazu geeignet, Hinweise, Informationen und/oder Werbepräsentationen darzustellen. Gold-, Silber-, Kupfer-, Messingmetalligfarben erzeugen auf einer Metallfolie den gewünschten hochglänzenden Ausdruck. Die auf die Farbträgerschicht aufgebrachte Acrylschicht gibt dem Schild ein optisch elegantes Äußeres, das durch die erzielbaren optischen Glanzeffekte vergleichbar ist mit dem Aussehen eines Emailleschilds. Gleichzeitig ist durch die Acrylschicht die Wetterbeständigkeit des Plakatschild gewährleistet. Auch neigt ein derartiges Plakatschild unter Biegebeanspruchung nicht wie ein Emailleschild dazu, daß einzelne Schichtbereiche abplatzen. Auch das Anbringen von Löchern ist problemlos durchzuführen, da die relativ elastische Acrylschicht nicht zu Abplatzungen und Rißbildungen im Lochrandbereich neigt.The invention is accordingly characterized in that the ink carrier layer is a metal foil printed with color. Erfindungsgemäß kann hierbei auch ein Plakatschild mit andersgeartetem Aufbau eingesetzt werden. Das Anbringen von Plakatschildern an Zapfhähnen ist nicht bekannt. Zum Kennzeichnen, welche Biersorte bzw. Getränkesorte an den jeweiligen Zapfhahn angeschlossen ist, wird bisher ein kettenartiges Gebilde mit Kennzeichnung um den jeweiligen Zapfhahn gelegt. Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Zapfhahnplakatschild kann jedoch in einfacher Art und Weise sowohl dem ausschenkenden Gastwirt als auch einem an einem Tresen in der Nähe der Getränkeschankauslage sitzenden Gast die Information vermittelt werden, welches Getränk gerade gezapft wird. Dies ist insbesondere dadurch möglich, daß das Zapfhahnschild auf der dem Gast bzw. dem Gastwirt zugewandten Seite einen Aufdruck der jeweils an den Hahn angeschlossenen Getränkemarke enthält. Zu einem optisch ansprechenden Äußeren gelangt man, wenn der Winkel zwischen dem Informationsbereich und dem Lagerbereich des Zapfhahnschildes im Bereich zwischen 70° und 90° liegt. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist an dem dem Informationsbereich gegenüberliegenden Ende des Lagerbereichs ein Konsolbereich angeschlossen, der in derselben Art wie der Informationsbereich gegenüber dem Lagerbereich abgewinkelt ist. Ein Plakatschild 10 weist einen im wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Informationsbereich 12 auf. Am unteren Ende des Informationsbereiches 12 schließt ein in derselben Ebene des Informationsbereiches 12 liegender weiterer Rechteckbereich 14 an, wobei dieser Rechteckbereich 14 eine geringere Breite als der Informationsbereich 12 aufweist. Am oberen Ende des Informationsbereichs 12 schließt ein kleiner schwalbenschwanzförmiger Bereich 16 an den Informationsbereich an. Auf allen drei Bereichen sind Informationen bzw. Werbehinweise aufgedruckt, die in Fig. 1 nicht dargestellt sind.A
An den Rechteckbereich 14 schließt ein plattenförmiger Lagerbereich 18 an, wobei der Winkel zwischen dem Bereich 14 und dem Lagerbereich 18 ca. 70° beträgt.A
Etwa in der Mitte des Lagerbereichs 18 ist über ein Niet 20 eine Haltevorrichtung 22 an den Lagerbereich 18 angeschlossen. Die Haltevorrichtung 22 weist hierbei zwei Schenkel 24 auf, die bereichsweise konvex teilkreisförmig verlaufen. In diesem teilkreisförmigen Bereich ist auf der Innenseite eines jeden Schenkels 24 Wattiermaterial 26 aufgeklebt. Infolge der elastischen Nachgiebigkeit der Haltevorrichtung 22 ist es möglich, diese an einem Rohrquerschnitt lösbar zu befestigen, wie beispielsweise an einer Zuführungsleitung 30 eines Zapfhahns 32 einer Getränkezapfanlage 34 (siehe Fig. 2). Auf der dem Anschluß des Rechteckbereichs 14 an den Lagerbereich 18 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Lagerbereichs schließt ein Konsolbereich 36 an, der in etwa um 70° gegenüber dem Lagerbereich 18 geneigt angeordnet ist (gemessen im Uhrzeigersinn).Approximately in the middle of the

Ein Plakatschild 40 weist gemäß Fig. 3 folgenden Aufbau auf. Als innere Schicht wird eine Tragschicht 42 aus Kunststoff verwendet. Die Tragschicht 42 wird von einer farbig bedruckten Metallfolie als Farbträgerschicht 44 umgeben, die wiederum in eine flüssig aufgebrachte und ausgehärtete Acrylschicht 46 eingebettet ist. Derartige Plakatschilder werden erfindungsgemäß als Zapfhahnschilder eingesetzt, wobei die Farbträgerschicht 44 bevorzugt Werbehinweise betreffend das aus diesem Zapfhahn gezapfte Getränk enthält. Ein derartiges Zapfhahnschild besitzt ein elegantes glänzendes äußeres Aussehen und vermittelt insgesamt in etwa den Eindruck eines Emailleschilds. Es ist in der Herstellung jedoch deutlich billiger als die Herstellung eines Emailleschilds. Ein weiterer Vorteil eines derartigen Zapfhahnschildes liegt darin, daß es beliebig oft gereinigt werden kann und eine relativ hohe Kratzfestigkeit aufweist. Daß ein derartiges Zapfhahnschild des öfteren gereinigt werden muß, liegt daran, daß in den Restaurant- bzw. Gaststättenbetrieben, in denen derartige Schilder verwendet werden, häufig eine rauch- und fetthaltige Atmosphäre anzutreffen ist.3 has the following structure. A
