  • the post 40 In the lower region of the post 40, five horizontal bars 42 ′ with eyelets 20 are attached on a dividing line of the upper region. In the case of an uneven terrain, where the lattice panels are arranged in steps, this serves to create a support for the lowest horizontal bars of the lattice panels at close intervals. In this case, the upper eyelets 20 of the post 40 only serve to hold the lattice panels perpendicular to their plane by means of the holding elements 5, but not to support the lattice panels vertically.

Description

The invention relates to a fence of the type corresponding to the preamble of claim 1.

In the case of the fence known from the "LEGI-R-System" brochure from Legi GmbH in D-413o Moers 3, the rod-shaped holding element consists of a clamping strip made of band iron, which extends across the height of the lattice panel on the front of the post and through a number of screws are connected to the post which engage rivet nuts in the post. The ends of the adjacent lattice panels are clamped between the terminal block and the front of the post.

The "front of the post" is to be understood as the side of the post on which the lattice panels are located.

In the known embodiment, the lattice panels consist of 4 mm to 12 mm thick rods made of iron wire, which form a right-angled lattice and are connected to one another at the intersection points by resistance welding. The grids are provided with rust protection after welding. In the known embodiment, the bars run horizontally and vertically.

In the known embodiment, which has proven itself over many years in practice, the introduction of the rivet nuts into the front of the posts consisting of rectangular hollow profile and also the assembly by screwing in the many screws requires a certain effort, which is a corresponding price of such Fence conditional.

From DE-U-86 17 638 a fence of the type corresponding to the preamble of claim 1 is known, in which the fence posts also consist of a rectangular hollow profile, which has a longitudinal slot on the front. At the locations of the horizontal bars of the lattice panels, the fence posts have horizontal incisions through which the horizontal bars can be inserted into the interior of the posts perpendicular to the fence surface. The edges of the longitudinal slot form undercuts. Between the front of the lattice panels and these undercuts, a rod-shaped holding element is inserted which extends over the height of the fence post and which holds the lattice panels in the fence post.

The production of fence posts from rectangular hollow profile with a longitudinal slot on one side and a number of horizontal incisions corresponding to the number of horizontal bars is complex. The holding element must span the width of the slotted side of the post and requires a corresponding amount of material. The longitudinal slot significantly weakens the stability of the fence post against deformation.

The invention has for its object to redesign a generic fence so that it can be produced with less effort.

This object is achieved by the invention reproduced in claim 1.

The aim is to fix the rod-shaped holding elements and thus the lattice panels by simply inserting the rod-shaped holding element, ie without screws. The connecting means no longer need to be movable in themselves, as was the case with the known connecting means consisting of a screw and the rivet nut. The lanyards consist of eyelets attached to the outside of the post, which allows the use of cheaper attachment methods such as resistance butt welding (stud welding) or simple bending processes (for a lattice post), whereby no incisions need to be made on a hollow section post. By pushing in all the connecting means can be brought into effect at once, in contrast to the first-mentioned prior art, where a large number of screws had to be tightened one after the other. The invention thus saves effort not only in the production of the connecting means, but also in the assembly of the lattice panels.

The holding of fence areas by means of inserted rod-shaped holding elements is known per se from US-A-1 355 754. Here, however, there are no rigid panels, but a fence with horizontal individual wires and concrete posts, in which a bending profile made of sheet metal is embedded. Horizontal cuts are made for the wires in the foremost bend. A vertical holding rod extends in front of the wires in the foremost bend and is axially fixed by a thread provided at the upper end.

The post can be designed in the manner shown in claim 2.

The rod-shaped holding element is pushed from above through the perforation of the head plate and the undercut connecting means located at intervals below and fastened by the locking member, which at the same time closes the perforation.

The locking member can be a screw, a rivet, a plug or the like (claim 3).

The rod-shaped element can be angled at the upper end under the head plate, the locking member engaging the angled part (claim 4).

Eine weitere in Betracht kommende Ausführungsform ist Gegenstand des Anspruchs 5.Another possible embodiment is the subject of claim 5.

Der Pfosten kann aus Hohprofil bestehen (Anspruch 6).The post can consist of a hollow profile (claim 6).

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the posts in cooperation with the invention is the subject of claim 7. Fence posts in the form of upright lattice strips are known per se from DE-U-69 05 441.

The lattice strips forming the fence posts can in principle be limited in parallel. For reasons of stability, however, it can be recommended that the grid strips widen downward in order to increase the support moment (claim 8).

In claim 9, an advantageous way of attaching a locking member is specified in a fence post consisting of a grid strip.

A practically important embodiment of a fence post consisting of a grid strip is the subject of claim 10.

While there are horizontal bars in the upper region which have a division of, for example, 200 mm corresponding to the division of the lattice panels, the division in the lower region can be, for example, 50 mm. This increase in the number of horizontal bars in the lower area contributes to stabilization on the one hand, but the more important function comes into play when the fence is to be erected on an inclined site. Rectangular grid panels are always arranged so that the grid bars run vertically or horizontally. In the case of a non-horizontal subsurface, a grating panel with a height step is added in the longitudinal direction. The amount of such a step depends on the slope of the terrain. The increased number of horizontal bars in the lower area of the post ensures that a support for the lattice panel is always offered at low levels, so that the horizontal / vertical alignment in the longitudinal direction of adjoining lattice panels can be accomplished with changing slopes of the terrain and always perfect support of the lattice panels .

Rundstahl bestehen (Anspruch 11).In the simplest embodiment, the rod-shaped holding element can consist of a rod made of round material, e.g. Round steel exist (claim 11).

A further developed embodiment according to claim 12 relates to a rod-shaped holding element, the The outer circumference is no longer circular, but its dimensions are different in mutually perpendicular directions.

With such a holding element, a tensioning of the lattice panels against the front of the post can be brought about by turning.

According to FIG. 1, the fence 100 consists of lattice panels 1 consisting of a rectangular lattice of horizontal bars 2 and vertical bars 3 welded to one another at the crossing points in the manner of a structural steel mesh mat.

The lattice panels 1 have a length of, for example, 2.5 m in the horizontal direction and extend from one post 10 to the next. They consist of iron wire with a diameter of 4 mm to 12 mm and are dimensionally stable, i.e. stable in itself, so that they do not require any additional means to stabilize the fence area, as is necessary in the form of the tension wires in fences made of limp wire mesh.

The posts 10 are embedded in the base 4, and the adjacent lattice panels 1, 1 'are connected to the posts 10 by vertical rod-shaped holding elements 5 running in front of the posts 10 and the lattice panels 1, 1'. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3, the posts 10 consist of a rectangular hollow profile which is closed at the upper end by a welded-on cover plate 6 in order to avoid the penetration of water.

On the front 7 of the post 10 at the locations of the horizontal bars 2 eyelets 20 are attached, which in the embodiment consist of a circular ring 21 with a radial pin 22 which is butt welded to the front 7 of the post 10 at 23. Such a weld is known as stud welding and allows a very simple and economical attachment of the eyelets 20. The "undercut" is formed in an eyelet 20 by the front part of the eyelet 20, which lies in front of the inserted rod-shaped holding element 5.

As can be seen from FIG. 3, the horizontal bars 2 in the lattice panels 1, 1 'are each provided in pairs at the same height on both sides of the vertical bars 3 opposite one another in order to give the lattice panel 1, 1' greater flexural rigidity. The front horizontal bar 2 of the right lattice board 1 'ends between the last two vertical bars 3 and 3', the rear horizontal bar 2 of the left lattice board 1 between the last vertical bars 3 and 3 ''. This applies to all superimposed horizontal bars 2, so that the terminal vertical bars 3 ', 3' 'are each connected only to a group of horizontal bars of the corresponding lattice panel located on one side of the vertical bars. The lattice panels 1 and 1 'are now arranged in front of the post 10 such that the terminal vertical bars 3' and 3 '' overlap one another, i.e. that the vertical bar 3 'of the right grid panel 1' is located to the left of the vertical bar 3 '' of the left grid panel. The eyelet 2o engages with its pin 22 between the terminal vertical bars 3 'and 3' '.

In the exemplary embodiment, an eyelet 20 is to be provided under each horizontal bar 2, but this is not absolutely necessary. The horizontal bars 2 rest in the manner shown in FIG. 2 on the eyelets 20, which therefore have the function of supporting the lattice panels 1, 1 '.

The other function of the eyelets 20 is that of the connecting means, by means of which the rod-shaped holding element 5, which extends from top to bottom in front of all the horizontal rods 2, can be fixed to the post 10.

In the exemplary embodiment, a head plate 8 is welded to the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element 5, which covers the post 10 exactly in plan and protrudes forwardly from it over the fastening area of the lattice panels 1, 1 '. The rod-shaped holding element 5 consists of round material, which on one side has a flattening 11 that is continuous along its length.

To produce the fastening, the adjacent lattice panels 1, 1 'are placed with their horizontal bars 2 on the eyelets 20, and the rod-shaped holding element 5 is then turned to the left by 90 ° relative to the position shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 inserted from above, which is shown by the dash-dotted position 8 'of the welded-on head plate 8 in Fig. 3 and in which the flattening has the position 11' indicated in Fig. 3. The extension of the rod-shaped holding element 5 in the direction perpendicular to the flat 11 is less than in the transverse direction. For this reason, the rod-shaped holding element 5 in the position 8 'of the head plate 8 can be pushed easily from above in front of the ends of the lattice panels 1, 1' through all the eyelets 20. When this has been done and the head plate 8 rests on the cover plate 6, the head plate 8 is rotated from the position 8 'by 90 °, whereby it is aligned with the post 10 and the rod-shaped holding element 5 is rotated so that its greater extension between the front of the grid panel 1 and the outside of the ring 21 is located. As a result, the lattice panel 1 and thus also the lattice panel 1 'are clamped under tension against the front side 7 of the post 10. The head plate 8 is screwed onto the cover plate 6 by means of a screw 9.

The post 10 points in this case a firmly welded projecting head plate 18, which has a threaded bore 16 aligned with the openings of the eyelets 20. Through the threaded bore 16, the rod-shaped holding element is pushed from top to bottom through all the eyelets 20 until it rests on a stop 12 attached to the bottom. In this case, the rod-shaped holding element 5 is flattened on two opposite sides 15 and can be rotated by its 90 ° rotation from the insertion position, in which the sides 15 run parallel to the front horizontal rods 2, into the position shown in FIG. 5. in which the rod-shaped holding element 5 presses the front horizontal rods 2 under tension against the front 7 of the post 10. The rod-shaped holding element 5 can be rotated through 90 ° with the aid of a suitable tool. It is then screwed in for locking and fixing the screw 13, which cooperates with a corresponding design 14 at the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element 5 in order to fix the rotational position.

Der freie Schenkel 5' kann durch einen Querzapfen 24, z.B. einen Kerbstift, gegen Herausziehen nach oben arretiert werden.6 and 7, only the attachment of the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element 5 is shown. 6, the rod-shaped holding element is bent back like a walking stick at the upper end by 180 °, so that the upper end of the holding element 5 and a leg 5 ′ running parallel to it at a radial distance therefrom are present, which are provided by perforations 17, 19 in the head plate 18 reach through in the manner shown in FIG. 6. The free leg 5 'can be replaced by a cross pin 24, e.g. a notch pin, can be locked against pulling upwards.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 7, the head plate 18 need not protrude so far. The rod-shaped holding element is angled by 90 ° at the upper end, the angled portion 5 ″ being arranged just below the head plate 18 and having a bore 25 into which a through-hole is provided Bore 26 of the head plate 18 engages from the pin 27 which is guided through from above and which can be designed as a threaded pin or as a grooved pin for driving in.

The embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9 differs from that according to FIG. 7 in that the angled portion at the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element 5 is formed by a laterally welded nut 28 into which a screw 27 passed through the top plate 18 from above intervenes. Here, too, the cross section of the rod-shaped holding element 5 is oval again in order to be able to bring about tension.

The embodiments according to FIGS. 6 to 9 have in common that a laterally protruding design is provided at the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element, on which a tool for rotating the holding element can engage by the 90 ° necessary for the bracing.

Die Öse 20''' der Fig. 13 besteht aus einer gelochten Blechlasche, die mit ihrer Grundfläche 30 an der Vorderseite 7 des Pfostens 10 sitzt.10 to 13 different embodiments of eyelets are shown, which are suitable for butt welding on the front 7 of the post 10. 10 shows the already described embodiment of an eyelet 20 with a toroidal ring 21 and a radial pin 22, which has the welding point 23 at its free end. Such an eyelet 20 is present in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 to 9 and 16. The eyelet 20 'of Figure 11 represents a loop, the legs 29 are brought together in their free ends. There is only one coherent weld here. 12 is bent in a U-shape and has two parallel legs 29 which are welded to the front side 7 of the post 10 at two points. The eyelet 20 '''of FIG. 13 consists of a perforated sheet metal tab which sits with its base 30 on the front 7 of the post 10.

In Fig. 14 und 15 ist eine Ausführungsform dargestellt, bei der an einem Pfosten 10 jeweils zwei in gleicher Höhe nebeneinanderliegende Ösen 20 angeordnet sind, denen jeweils ein stabförmiges Halteelement 5 zugeordnet ist, welches jeweils am mit einem endständigen Vertikalstab 3' versehenen Ende einer Gittertafel angreift.14 and 15 an embodiment is shown in which two eyelets 20 are arranged at the same height next to each other on a post 10, each of which is assigned a rod-shaped holding element 5, each of which has a vertical bar 3 ′ at the end of a lattice panel attacks.

The previous posts consisted of a rectangular hollow profile. 16 to 19, a modified post 40 is shown, which in turn consists of a narrow, to a certain extent strip-shaped grid panel 41, which includes horizontal bars 42 and vertical bars 43, which together form a rectangular grid. 16 three parallel vertical bars 43 are shown in solid lines, but the rearmost vertical bar 43 ″ can also be easily run obliquely, so that the grid panel 41 widens downward, as is indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 16. This increases the stability of the fence.

The front of the post 40 is defined by the front 7 of the rightmost vertical bar 43 'in Figs. 16-19 (Fig. 17). The uppermost horizontal rod 42 'overhangs the rightmost vertical rod 43' and forms an eye 44 on the outside with a toroidal ring through which a screw 27 engages from above, which engages in a nut 28 which, as in the embodiment according to FIGS 8 and 9 sits laterally at the upper end of the rod-shaped holding element 5.

Horizontal bars 42 of the post 40 lying underneath also protrude above the rightmost vertical bar 43 'and form there a toroidal eyelet 20 according to FIG. 10, through which the bar-shaped holding element 5 is inserted from above. From Fig. 16 it can be seen that in the upper region of the post 40 not every horizontal bar 42 must have a projecting eyelet 20; in the exemplary embodiment it is every second horizontal rod 42, so that there is a division of the eyelets 20 which corresponds to the division of the horizontal rods 2 of the lattice panels of, for example, approximately 200 mm.

In the lower region of the post 40, five horizontal bars 42 ′ with eyelets 20 are attached on a dividing line of the upper region.
