Die elektrischen Module einer Krananlage - z.B. Motoren, Umrichter, Schalt- und Steuergeräte - müssen einzeln auf verschiedene Funktionen geprüft werden. Die in den Patentansprüchen beschriebene Erfindung löst die Aufgabe, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, mit deren Hilfe die elektronischen, elektrischen und/oder mechanischen Funktionen einer mehrmotorigen Krananlage/eines mehrmotorigen Kransystems auf Abruf zu testen und im Einsatz ständig zu überwachen sind.

Durch mathematische Berechnungen wird aus dem Eingangsstrom und der Eingangsspannung des Gesamtsystems sowie aus einigen Steuersignalen, z.B. Hängetastersteuersignale, Frequenzumrichtersteuersignale, Funkfernsteuerungssignale, die vorschriftsmäßige Funktion der Systemkomponenten überwacht und getestet. Funktionen der Module in derKrananlage 5 werden über zu messende Größen, z.B. den Strom oder die Spannung, die über dieLeitung 2 zugeführt sind, erfaßt.

Bei einem auftretenden Defekt wird von dem Diagnosegerät 3 über eine Leitung 7 eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben, die kodiert sein kann.
