Gemäß der Erfindung wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß die Auflagen zur Kennzeichnung von einem färbigen Kunststoffteil gebildet sind, der aus einer den Schaft umfassenden Manschette besteht, deren lichter Querschnitt dem Queischnitt des Schaftes an der vom Kunststoffteil umfaßten Stelle entspricht, wobei vorzugsweise die Farbe des Kunststoffteiles für jede Werkzeug- bzw. Schraubenschlüsselgröße verschieden, für gleiche Werkzeug- bzw. Schraubenschlüsselgrößen aber dieselbe ist. Dadurch ist das Auffinden eines Werkzeuges z.B. Schraubenschlüssels bestimmter Größe ohne weiteres möglich. Der Hauptvorteil der Werkzeuge, insbesondere Schraubenschlüssel mit Kunststoff-Kennzeichnung in der erfindungsgemäßen Form und derem Farbgebung liegt in der leichten Erkennbarkeit. Die farbige Kunststoff-Manschette stellt, im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Ausführungen, eine Rundum-Kennzeichnung des Werkzeuges dar, sodaß die genaue Größe des Werkzeuges, z.B. der Maulweiten des Schraubenschlüssels in jeder Lage des Schlüssels und bei jedem beliebigen Betrachtungswinkel leicht und eindeutig erkennbar sind. Es ergibt sich ferner ein sehr guter Sitz der Kennzeichnung auf dem Schaft des Werkzeuges sowie eine sehr gute Handhabung desselben. Durch die bunte Kunststoffkennzeichnung erhalten die Werkzeuge ein augenscheinlich neues Erscheinungsbild und erleichtern dadurch auch den Verkauf. Der in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellte Doppel-Schraubenschlüssel weist auf einer Seite des Schaftes 3 einen Gabelkopf 1 und auf der anderen Seite einen Ringkopf 2 auf. Der im querschnitt doppel-T-förmige Schaft 3 weist nahe dem Gabelkopf 1 in seiner biegeneutralen Zone eine als Bohrung ausgeführte Durchbrechung 4 auf, welche durch die aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus mechanisch und chemisch widerstandsfähigem, thermoplastischem Material, bestehende Manschette 5 überdeckt ist. Die Manschette 5 weist einen lichten Querschnitt 6 auf, welcher dem doppel-T-förmigen Querschnitt des Schaftes 3 entspricht. Auf der unteren Breitseite ist ein zylindrischer Ansatz 7 angeformt, welcher im montierten Zustand die Durchbrechung 4 durchsetzt. Um die Montage zu ermöglichen, bzw. zu erleichtern, weist die Manschette 5 an ihrer dem Ansatz 7 gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Längsschlitz 8 auf, der das Überstülpen der Manschette über den Schaft 3 ermöglicht. Bei der Montage wird der Ansatz 7 durch die Durchbrechung 4 hindurchgesteckt und sodann durch Verschweißen oder Kleben zusätzlich mit dem Schaft 3 fest verbunden. Hiebei wird der Schlitz 8 geschlossen und die beiden den Schlitz 8 begrenzenden Stirnflächen 9 stoßen dann aufeinander, wie Fig. 2 zeigt. Die Manschette 5 weist eine der Größe des Gabelschlüssels zugeordnete Farbe auf. Ist der Ringkopf 2 für Schrauben der gleichen Größe bestimmt, so kann in der Nähe dieses Ringkopfes ebenfalls ein Kunststoffteil K bzw. eine Manschette 5 in der gleichen Farbe angebracht werden.
